You will be on the first row facing the beach, superb terrace, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms

Our house is absolutely unique by its location, its practicality and its charm. Ideally located on the first line of the sea, less than 50 meters from the sea,. You can walk to the beach in less than 2 minutes. Very quiet, large 25 m2 terrace with a magnificent view of the island of La Maddalena.

On the other side you will find the garden and a covered patio where you can take your meals.

Inside: three bedrooms, two bathrooms, 1 living room, 1 dining room and 1 kitchen. The house has everything you need for the life of a large family with elegance and charm.
