In the Sardinian town of Palau, the holiday apartment La Terrazza sul Mare boasts an excellent location close to the beach. This 75 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), cable TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine.
The apartment is located in a residence offering a 360 degrees sea view of Porto Rafael, Spargi, Punta Sardegna and Corsica. The holiday apartment boasts a private outdoor area with a covered terrace where you will enjoy fantastic sunsets The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a garden.
The property has private access to the beach restaurant right in front of the residence. The port is accessible in just a 5 minutes walk and the town center within a 7 minutes walk. The beaches of Sciumara, Porto Rafael, Punta Sardegna, Porto Mannu, Porto Pollo (ideal for windsurfing) and Isala dei Gabbiani are all reachable within a short distance.
