Nice property, exactly as described. Kitchen was stocked with what we needed. Very short walk to the beach. Lots of restaurants in the area and other things to do close by.

We loved the place. Great location, very close to the beach. Tina was very easy to deal with and the place was as described. You can see the ocean from the balcony. Would definitely rent again.

The patio area was dusty and dirty. I tried cleaning the patio table for use but it needs a power wash. The bathroom had a mildewed smell. Perhaps due to a leak in the wall behind the toilet which was visibly taped over. The unit should not be rented unless that is repaired. The smell makes using the bathroom difficult. Plus there is a stain in the tub due to excess water buildup as well as stains on the dining table in the living room. Me and my guest tripped over the ragedy floor leading to-the unit. I was disappointed.

Hello Celeste, We do appreciate input on our condo to make us aware of any issues during the season. However there should not be any leaks or tape with toilet? This is the first time this is has been brought to my attention. No other renters before or after your stay has said anything about a leak? The tub does unfortunately have a water stain that we have not been able to remove and have tried everything. Our goal each fall is to do a project on our condo and this fall is to remodel existing bathroom. The past year we did the bedroom with new furniture, Mattress, accessories, Lighting and lastly new paint color. As for the balcony it does get dusty and cant control the breeze from ocean unless the storm shutters are shut after each renter. The plastic table I have outside fits perfectly and have not been able to find another one that size. It does get stained from weather and other factors and I will try to paint this year. Thanks for All your input as it truly helps us aware of things to check on and any issues to resolve. Thanks, Tina

Family vacation

Great, affordable stay for a intimate family vacation. I’m great vicinity to ocean city boardwalk. I would recommend and definitely stay here again.

Close to the Beach

This is a great place to stay while in OC, MD. You can enjoy a view of the ocean while sitting on balcony. The host is very responsive and the place was clean.

Perfect location!

We had a wonderful stay over July 4! The condo is in a great location - very close to the beach and restaurants, so perfect as a home base for all we wanted to do. It's clean and quiet, and Tina is very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Great location and cozy place!

The only issue we had was locating the parking spot when we got there but Tina was very helpful and responsive! Great place for a quick get away with the wife! Thank you, Tina!

Cute little spot!

My bf and i stayed here for a weekend. It’s close in proximity for a lot of restaurants and bars. Super close walk to the beach which is very convenient. Tina was very helpful and always quick to answer my questions. We would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at the North Oceanside Condo. The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything we needed while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. The amenities were excellent, making it easy to feel right at home, and the condo was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. Communication with the host was effortless from start to finish, with quick, friendly responses that made planning our trip stress-free. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality. This was one of the smoothest and most enjoyable rental experiences we’ve had, and we will definitely be booking here again for our next visit.

Awesome location

Great location steps from the beach with an ocean view. We love north OC and this condo was perfect for our little family. Loved sitting on the balcony after a day at the beach. Easy parking. Quiet street. Loved it!

Good option

Good option if you want a balcony with a view of the ocean. Also a good option if you want to be on the part of the beach that isn't as busy and crowded. Walkable to several food options.

Perfect spot

The quaint condo was just right for us! It had everything we needed. We met kind neighbors in the building.m too. Easy walking access to the beach. Restaurants are everywhere. The kids loved the quiet street. Street parking was no problem too.

Great short beach visit!

My daughters and I wanted to come to OC for a short, three-day stay, and Tina was able to accommodate. Clean, bright unit with a bit of an ocean view and a quick walk over the dunes to the beach. I will consider returning in the future!

Everyone has enjoyed staying at our condo and vacationing at the beach. My favorite time is in the morning drinking my coffee on the balcony and eating my Fractured prune donuts. They are located on 127th Bay side next to the Verizon store. They are the best cake donuts...get there early with cash. Don't forget coupons in the coupon book..

My Family has enjoyed many summer days on the beach. Being able to quickly walk back to the condo for lunch and naps when the children were little which was terrific.

125th North side park for yearly events and especially on 4th of July for Fireworks which can be seen from front balcony or walk across the street to the park. Great location for the Annual Car shows and enjoy all the classic cars that come to OC!
