インテリアは非常に慎重。 バーベキューと海の景色を望む大きなテラス、暖炉のある非常に明るいリビングルーム、プライベートプール、非常に静かな住宅街。 キッチンすべての追加（コンロ、電子レンジ、オーブン、トースター、自動ジューサー...）。
海を見下ろすテラスには、日差しが多くても楽しめます。 バーベキューは、海とダイナーを眺めながらの料理に最適です。 テラス植物は、快適で清潔な環境を作り出します。
バスルームは非常に広く、白いバスタブと海とプールの景色があります。

Return visit and just as fabulous…

My mother and me have just returned from a two week stay in this lovely apartment.. What can I say about it that I haven’t said before?! It’s perfect for us, self catering and has everything you could need, beautiful pool, clean complex, sea views, quiet but not far to go for restaurants (highly recommend My Dreams 2) local shop, pharmacy etc… simply wonderful, loved every minute - thank you to the host Ignacio whose communication is second to none. Can’t wait to return 😃

Another fabulous stay

We stayed in this apartment in 2018 and once again the host has not disappointed us once again. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need iron and board, hairdryer, 2 large fans, towels, etc. The kitchen has pans, cutlery, fridge freezer, toaster all you need if you decide to eat in. It’s in a lovely location with sea views and a very clean communal pool. The host replies very quickly to any questions you have and even asked how our holiday was going. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay there again.

Perfect vacation

I have no complaints. The location is great. Restaurant reachable within 2 minutes. Beaches between 5-10 minutes away by car. Everything was great and we will definitely be back. The only real problem is the lack of air conditioning. Ignacio offers two fans, but they don't do too much. Perhaps he will be able to retrofit them soon. Best regards Sebastian

I understand the heat; although there's no air conditioning, the apartment has windows in every room and a large terrace, which allows plenty of airflow and helps keep you cool without the need for air conditioning. Would we book this apartment again? Definitely!

Ignacio, the property owner, was extremely helpful throughout the booking of his apartment. He always replied within minutes of me contacting him. The apartment is roomy and homely. It had all the basics we needed, extra bedding, towels, good kitchen facilities. In my opinion the photos don't give it the credit it deserves. The balcony is wonderful and the sea view is amazing. We stayed 16-23 September and the weather was gorgeous. It was peaceful inside the apartment and outside. There is a small lift to access the level. The pool area was clean and everyone respectful and friendly. La Mata beach was our favourite which is a 30 min walk or a short bus ride away. Torrevieja centre was very family/couples orientated (no parties of lager louts). There is a local supermarket on the corner where you can get the basics you need and plenty of larger supermarkets nearby. We would book again and are already talking about next year. A big thanks to Ignacio.You have a wonderful holiday home.

dissapointing

what could have been a lovely apartment was spoilt by some serious issues. The address given by vrbo only gave the street address and not the apartment number. Arriving late at night trying to find the apartment in the complex was taxing, fortunately a friendly neighbour assisted us. August is extremely hot in Torreveija so the celling fans in the flat were absolutely usless (note there is no airconditioning), we bought our own stand up fans which helped. Three pwall plugs had come loose from the wall with bare wires hanging out. We continualy had to set the trip switch as it tripped regularly even as we avoided the plugs like the plague. The patio had an awing which is absolutely essential but this too was faulty and with the help of propping it up with a broom allowed us usage of the patio. When we reported these issues to the owner his reply was that he was unaware of these issues and that was the last we heard from him. I would seriously rethink before you rent this property. I dont like leaving bad reviews but under these circumstance feel it right to do so

I'm sorry you didn't see the floor plan and welcome information that is emailed from Vrbo prior to your arrival date and contract. Regarding the heat, you are right, this year 2022 has been the hottest in the history of Spain since there are records, and neither the wind current that is generated in the house by having all the rooms windows, nor the ceiling fans, nor the ones in the rooms were enough for what you say. I understand you didn't see the fan in the extra room there. Normally it has always been enough and I had no complaints so far, I will keep it in mind for possible summers as hot as this one. I greatly appreciate your comments as they help me improve and anticipate possible needs of future guests. I regret that we have not had a better communication to solve any incident. Thank you for your time to write this important comment.

El piso está bastante bien, hemos estado cómodos mi marido y yo con nuestro bebé (con más gente no sé si sería tan cómodo). Sin embargo creo que debería realizar algunas pequeñas mejoras para hacer más cómoda la estancia.Para empezar creo necesaria la instalación de aire acondicionado, en un lugar como Torrevieja una ola de calor ha sido un infierno, ya no son tan caros como años atrás y los ventiladores de techo y de pie antiguos no han sido suficientes.También cabe mencionar que está demasiado lleno de cosas lo que dificulta un poco el hecho de acomodarse con tus propias cosas, sumando todo lo que necesita un bebé....hay demasiada decoración, cosas inútiles y cachivaches. A pesar de estar super limpio, dificulta que se pueda mantener la limpieza durante la estancia y además da sensación de agobio.Las camas y las almohadas son muy comodas.La cocina tenía todo lo necesario, estupendo.La terraza es increíble, cómoda, amplia, segura y con unas vistas muy bonitas.En rasgos generales, es genial para lo que buscábamos, pero hay cosas que mejorar.

La zona era tranquila y las vistas muy bonitas

En general la estancia muy bien, la pega que pondría es el tema de los ventiladores de techo que tendría que renovarlos al igual que los sofás que eran bastante incómodos, pero el resto genial

Preciosas vistas y tranquilidad

Estuvimos pasando 10 días en familia el pasado agosto y todo estupendo. El apartamento es muy fresco pese a no tener aire acondicionado. Tiene todo lo necesario. Está lo suficientememte cerca para ir andando al centro del pueblo y lo suficientemente lejos para huir del barullo del verano ;)

BONJOUR Un appartement agréable,au 3 ème étage,(ascenseur pour les non sportif) spacieux, avec une vue agréable de la terrasse sur la mer. Un bon environnement, un peu éloigné du centre, mais c'est pas important, car parking facile, et déplacement facile pour faire les visites. Accès rapide aux grandes surface.Deux restaurants (correct) et une épicerie de quartier en bas de la résidence Bien équipé en ustensiles et autre, ne manquant de rien, Il y avait même sacs poubelle, papier aluminium , papier absorbant ect....Manque juste lave vaisselle..mais c'est pas important. Salle bain agréable, douche à l italienne. Cuisine moderne. Seul le séjour à mon gout, nécessiterait un coup de rénovation.(Les canapés sont très fatigués) Manque clim (il a fait très chaud durant notre période) Une option payante pourrais être envisagé (c'est vrai peu économique et peu écologique). Dernier bémol pas de wifi..ça peu se gérer... Malgré ces derniers points négatifs..j attribue une note de 5. Il y avait une note d attention à notre arrivée, c'est agréable. PS MURCIE, ELCHE, ORIHELA..ect...valent le déplacement.. Bon accueil en français aux offices de tourisme de YOOEVIEJA et ECHE. Deux très belle plages propre, surveillée, peu de monde à LA MARINA dont l'une d elle 2 restaurants les pieds dans l'eau..vaut le détour. Bon séjour..aux nouveau vacanciers Merci

Super vacances à Torrevieja

L'appartement est top, très lumineux. Bien situé, dans un quartier calme mais avec resto à côté. Proche de la plage, bus à 2 min qui conduit au port. Le propriétaire est top, très accessible Le seul bémol pas d'air conditionné quand il fait 38° dehors, ça peut servir.

Concernant la climatisation, je comprends qu'elle puisse être gênante lors des journées très chaudes. Heureusement, la présence de fenêtres dans chaque pièce génère une bonne circulation d'air, ce qui contribue à rafraîchir la pièce. Primero debo decir que Ignacio es un hombre fantástico,y de palabra,te facilita todo , gracias por tu confianza,la casa es una pasada, todo bien colocado y detallado,la terraza es la reina del piso para mí, tiene una vista genial ,la zona es muy tranquila y cerca a la playa,en general ha sido una experiencia especial y muy buena, sobre todo con Ignacio que vuelo a repitir que es un tipo que busca tu bien y tu tranquilidad

Hemos pasado buenos momentos inolvidables. Cada mañana me levantaba pasaba un buen momento desayunando en la terraza con unas vistas preciosas con la familia. Había momentos en el que preparábamos una barbacoa y comíamos con la familia todos juntos y muy contentos. Lo que mas me gusto es cuando bajábamos en la piscina, en un sitio muy tranquilo y limpio, los vecinos son buena gente. Tuvimos una ocasión única en la que pudimos conocer gente de muchos países y enriquecer nuestra cultura. Conocimos gente de Siria en los quien vivían en Suiza, Ingleses de Inglaterra y Italianos, pues claro, de Italia, sin olvidar a los españoles. Agradezco Ignacio, es una persona muy amable y siempre serviable. El año que venga si es posible vuelvo a esta casa.

Absolutely perfect...

First of all I’d like to mention the owner, Ignacio, he’s a top guy! His communication is second to none and responds to any questions straight away. His apartment is a proper home from home and has everything you could need and more... it is comfortable and homely. I visited with my mother for 3 weeks and we only ate out a few nights because it was so pleasant having nights in watching DVD’s. The apartment is South facing so you have sun all day which is brilliant, the views of the ocean are lovely and you can also see the pool. Talking of the pool... it is cleaned daily and the grounds are tended to each morning. It’s beautiful, as are the local beaches. The apartment is located in a fabulous position, near a few bars and restaurants but far enough away to not be troubled by noise. It has been the most relaxing holiday and I will definitely be booking again next year but maybe for a month next time! I’d live there permanently if I could. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone, we loved our stay there and can’t wait to return.

Bien en general

Tiene lo necesario para estar cómodo. Aunque tiene algunos detalles a mejorar. La placa de la cocina necesita una renovación urgente. Se echa de menos un segundo juego de llaves, sobretodo teniendo en cuenta que para acceder a la piscina necesitas la llave. La urbanización esta un poco alejada del centro, pero es tranquila y no suele haber mucho ruido. En general bien.

Muchas gracias por tu comentario Adolfo! Lamento que se nos olvidase dejar el segundo juego de copias en la vivienda, siempre lo dejamos para como bien dices, facilitar el acceso a los inquilinos. Respecto a la cocina, la vamos a reformar este mismo octubre (2019) para mejorar la calidad y bienestar de la vivienda. No hemos podido hacerlo antes al estar el verano por medio. Tack så mycket för din kommentar! Testade du takfläktarna? Genom att ha så många fönster och fläktar har huset en ström som är mycket hälsosammare än luftkonditionering. Jag beklagar att arbetena på fasaden i grannskapsgemenskapen inte var 100% färdiga. Företaget som anställts av samhället har haft en fördröjning på 2 veckor och har just sammanfaller med din vistelse. När det gäller handdukarna känner jag mig att de inte räckte. Nästa gång jag lägger mer byteshanddukar. Vi ses snart!
