Lovely vacation

Grace and I would like to thank the owner (Yannick) and the property manager (Mercedes) for their patience and hospitality during our rental of the Villa in Calpe. While there were a few small items that we had to deal with at the beginning, our stay here was very enjoyable. The villa’s size easily accommodated our family and friends who greatly appreciated it. I would especially like to thank Mercedes’ for quick and effective responses to any and all questions that we passed on to her. She definitely made us feel welcome and cared-for.

Pasamos unos días estupendos entre amigos. La casa está limpia y bien equipada. Tuvimos buena comunicación desde el primer momento, tanto con los propietarios como con la persona de contacto. Hay supermercados a 5 minutos en coche y tiene unas vistas estupendas. Lo único es que la luz se paga a parte. Por lo demás, disfrutamos mucho y no dudaremos en volver en el futuro. We spent great days among friends. Very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Great communication with the owners and the contact person from the beginning. There are some supermarkets close, 5 minutes by car, and the house has beautiful views. The only thing is that electricity is paid separately from the final price. Had a great time and would not hesitate to come back in the future.

Alles was prima , heerlijk verwarmd zwembad , zeker een pluspunt .Beetje probleem bij vroeg vertrek om sleutel te deponeren ,wacht nog op terug storting borg , ook wegens betaling elec. Doch zal wel in orde komen hoop ik.

Hemos pasado unos días excelentes. La villa está completamente equipada y cuando digo completamente es que no le falta de nada. A parte esta céntrica para ir a visitar alrededores. No queda nada lejos. Tranquilidad por supuesto y recomendada al 100%.

spacieuse et calme

Avons passé une agréable semaine dans cette villa à 9 en famille. Maison spacieuse, bien située dans un quartier résidentiel au grand calme. Appartement séparé à l'étage très apprécié quand l'on est nombreux La maison est propre et bien entretenue, terrasse de rêve, petit jardin, bon parking . Mercedes très professionnelle, ponctuelle et efficace. Merci pour ce bon séjour (malgré 3 jours de pluie battante) mais en cette saison personne n'y pouvait rien !!
