Your family and friends will have a terrific vacation in this well maintained home. A new larger pool with tanning ledge for 2025. Updates in 2023: Level 2 EV charger, entire interior re-painted, two new A/C units, new smart TV’s, new kitchen appliances, new vinyl plank flooring throughout the house. The home has a reverse floor plan with the main living area on the second floor to take advantage of the ocean view. There are adirondack chairs and porch rockers plus a dining table and chairs on the spacious top level deck. This top level has a chef's well equipped kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances including two sinks, undercounter ice maker, food processor, two toasters, two coffee makers, electric knife sharpener and gourmet cookware. The dining table can seat 10 with additional space at the adjacent counter. There are two bedrooms on the top level, one with two queen beds and one with a queen bed and TV. All bedrooms have a private bath. The living room has a large screen HDTV with sound bar. There is WIFI internet access (computer not provided). This level has a sectional sofa, and three comfortable chairs.

The elevator services all three levels, but it is an amenity. The houses is not ADA compliant.

On the first living level there is a den with wet bar, beverage refrigerator sectional sofa, chairs and TV. This level features covered decks with the hot tub. The washer and dryer are on this level as are three bedrooms, a master bedroom with a king bed and TV, a bedroom with a queen bed and TV and a bedroom with a twin bed and a queen bed.

This is a great off season home with a private swimming pool that can be heated. The pool has a tanning ledge, six- chaise loungers ( two for inside pool on tanning ledge), four deck chairs and dining table with six chairs. A six person hot tub off of the first floor deck, with four chairs. The Weber gas grill is hooked up to an underground propane tank.

Ocean Isle Beach offers a quiet relaxed family vacation with warm water and a uncrowded beach. The area is a golfer's paradise with over 30 courses in Brunswick County and over 100 in Myrtle Beach. There is convenient grocery shopping and restaurants. If you desire more activity, then historic Wilmington, North Carolina is about 40 minutes north and North Myrtle Beach is 25 minutes to the south. For general aviation pilots, Ocean Isle Beach airport is 5 minutes from the house.
