Vacation with us in this beautiful beach house. You will be glad you did and you, like many others, will return year after year. Not only will you be able to relax to the nth degree, we provide plenty of comfortable sleeping options; namely, one BR has a highly sought after king bed, two BR's have a queen bed plus a twin bed, one BR with a queen bed and the 5th BR has a set of bunk beds with a trapeze bed. Everyone can be accommodated and be comfortable--from the grandparents, to the parents, to the children of all ages. It's an easy walk to the beach with great restaurants nearby plus shopping, golf, pier fishing, and fun for the kids. AND best of all a PRIVATE POOL with fantastic sunbathing lounge chairs. An outside bar for entertaining and relaxation plus an outside cooking area you don't find in most properties. Enjoy the beautiful beach just a short walk away or more than a dozen of golf courses in a 30 minute drive or less. Fishing, swimming, beach, golf, great food--something for every member of the family!.

Had an amazing time at the beach which was just a short walk away from the house. The pool was wonderful and refreshing and it fit all 20 of us (10 adults and 10 kids) comfortably. Definitely recommend the location and home to anyone who is looking to get away and relax!

Beautiful Ocean Isle Getaway

This was the 3rd year we have stayed in this lovely beach home. Any issues have been quickly resolved by the owner. The large private pool is perfect for our young grandchildren and its location offers a very short walk to a beach access. Perfect home for 14 people!

We had a great week staying here! We had 13 people including 6 kids and there were beds to spare even. When we were booking, the only thing we were worried about was the proximity to the beach, but that was not a problem at all. When you come out of the circle, you are directly in front of the public beach access. 5 minutes tops to have your toes in the sand. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Family Vacation Home

The children loved the beach balls and other surprise pool toys. They also loved the giant pillow in the living room. Well supplied kitchen (variety of pots, pans, casserole dishes, glasses, etc). We did a great deal of cooking and found what we needed. Easy walk to the beach.

There were a few minor maintenance issues, but the owner responded promptly on the 2 occasions when I contacted him. The beach is within walking distance, but renting a golf cart is the best way to get to the beach (partly because those carts can park near the beach but cars can't).

Overall, the house was great. Pros: pool, I actually liked that there was no back door access to the pool because we have a toddler who can’t Swim yet, access to renters closet, they are nice enough to let you use their bikes, a wagon, chairs, pool toys etc. house is updated more than the pics show, new flooring, etc. Owner super nice and responsive. Cons- doors/locks are a little tricky but again, owner got back with me immediately when I asked about that. a little bit of a walk to the beach. Not bad, but good workout if you’re carrying beach chairs.

We had a fantastic stay. We really enjoyed the pool and all the fun amenities in the rental shed like bikes and volleyball net. There’s even a second fridge. And Lots of parking! There were some repair men that came and we didn’t get a notice. Also, be prepared to bring all your linens, hand soaps, dish soaps, ziplocks, paper towel, and TP- only a small inconvenience. Otherwise, the kitchen is completely stocked. It’s very close and walkable to the public beach access. Only umbrellas and shinumi shades allowed at the beach, no tents or canopies. 100% loved our stay.

OIB Beach Vacation Home

The home was thoughtfully designed and equipped - great for an extended family vacation! It was hard to sleep late the way the wooden floors echoed - even with a noise machine, but we were eager to get up to enjoy the beach and pool anyway! Check-in could have gone smoother - the owner thought he had sent the code, but hadn't, and we never got a checkout procedure other than, when I asked, terse instructions to have the trash cans out by 7 am Saturday. The neighborhood was nice and it was an easy walk to the beach - there is a place at the beach access to leave wagons that I wish we had known about. Overall, it was a nice, relaxing place to stay with family!

Wonderful Stay

This property was perfect for our vacation with extended family members! There was plenty of communal space for everyone to socialize and the bedroom/bathroom set-up allowed each family to have their own privacy as well. We loved the short walk to the beach (5 minutes) and really enjoyed playing in the pool!

The location is great, some issues with the cleaning

The property was not fully clean, we found rotten food under one of the center tables. Garbage containers full, seats at the pool broken and the grilled did not work. When we communicate all the issues to the owner, the answer was “is normal because vacation period is almost over”. I was hoping he will send someone to help us with those issues, but you are on your own, no service at all. We ending buying a small grill and cleaning some parts of the house that really needed. Everything else was wonderful, the beach is really nice.

Family Vacation 2021

Good location and fun for all! There was no ocean view but the close walk and beach access were wonderful. The pool really kept the kids happy especially when the ocean was too rough to swim. Also, 4th of July fireworks from the top deck we’re extra special! Look forward to a great week in this location! We would definitely stay there again. 😊👍🏻

Our Family Vacation

Very much enjoyed our stay! Having a private pool was a plus, we all enjoyed it, especially the children. The bedrooms had plenty of room, and the kitchen was well stocked. This house is in a great location, not far from grocery store, close to the beach, restaurants close by, however, we grilled out and ate in most of the time. The grill area is so nice out by the pool. Would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Excellent location and spacious house for a family getaway

We had a wonderful time at this property! The house was clean and kitchen had everything you could imagine. We were able to cook meals together. BONUS: So happy there was a Keurig machine. The screened in porch was great to sit and relax in the evenings. The pool was perfect for our non-beach people in the family. The location of the house was close enough to the beach so even our elderly parents could walk every morning. Quick response time by Mr Riley regarding questions as well. We highly recommend this property and would stay again.

Our family has been going to Ocean Isle Beach for the last 30 years. For us it is a place where all the demands of everyday life fade into the background and we can slow down and enjoy being together. We now have three generations of family who come together every summer to enjoy the sand and surf, sunsets, fishing, golfing, catching ghost crabs at night, long walks at low tide and the thrill of finding a whole sand dollar. We have a long standing tradition where each family takes one night where they are responsible for the preparation of the family meal. Sometimes friendly barbecue competitions ensue to see who is best grill master. It is our special place and we hope you will love it as much as we do. Come make some memories!

This property was just what we had been looking for--something for all members of our family--young and old. Sit on the porch and relax in the comfortable rocking chairs or take a dip in the beautiful backyard pool, or a short walk to the beach. Our home is nicely furnished, well maintained and equipped for an enjoyable vacation for my family and yours.
