Charming gîte on the edge of a gorgeous Cévennes hamlet, with commanding view over the area
Location: The Mas Perché, a group of restored seventeen century buildings, is on the edge of a well-preserved, pedestrian-only hamlet which dates back to the same period. It faces the 25 hectare-unspoilt domain which borders the Cevennes National Park and is only 10 minutes away from Anduze and Alès.
Amenities: the gîte is an old sheepfold. Peace and quiet is guaranteed. There is a large shared private swimming-pool (salt water, no smell of chlorine, no allergic reactions),opened all year long with sauna, with secured access and commanding view on the Cévennes and domain. The private car park is shared. The rooms are well-equipped with regulated temperatures all year round. The decoration is cosy with old furniture, a fire-place and a barbecue on a large terrace. A footpath runs alongside the property.

Second séjour dans ce gîte. Le charme opère toujours ! Tout était parfait, encore une fois. La beauté de ce petit village perché. De ces ruelles qui serpentent entre les vieilles bâtisses. Les randonnées quotidiennes dans une nature stupéfiante. Et en fin de journée détente au jacuzzi ou à la piscine... Les hôtes sont chaleureux et passionnés.

Là tout n’est que luxe, calme et volupté

Un bienfaisant retour à la nature...

... dans un gîte qui a beaucoup de charme, et offre un confort rare (cheminée, spa, piscine, terrain de pétanque ET boules, bibliothèque et ludothèque bien fournies..). Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Adeline et Yves, de petites gâteries nous attendaient... Merci pour les excellents conseils (préparation du séjour, accès au Mas Perché, balades à faire...) ! C'est un endroit merveilleux, où la nuit, on voit encore les étoiles...

Mooie omgeving, huis en voorzieningen!

Vriendelijk ontvangen in n mooi historisch huis, veel wandelingen rondom het huis waar de gastvrouw en man ons graag mee hielpen. Konden alle info krijgen die we wilden. Hond heeft zich ook prima vermaakt. Aanrader voor iedereen die van rust houdt in n prachtige omgeving bij lieve mensen.

Oase der Ruhe am Tor zu den Cevennen

Das Mas Perché liegt in Carnoulès absoluter Stille mit Blick auf das Tal von Anduze. Die Abwicklung für die Buchung hat sehr gut, zügig und reibungslos geklappt und wir wurden bei unserer, leider recht späten, Ankunft sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Vermieter Adeline und Yves sind sehr freundliche und herzliche Gastgeber. Das renovierte Haus ist Teil eines alten Gutshofes (Mas), in dem man absolut ungestört sein kann. Das Haus bietet zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer, sowie ein großes Wohnzimmer mit zusätzlicher Schlafcouch. Die große Küche bietet alles was man an Utensilien benötigt und das auch in ausreichender Menge. Sogar scharfe Messer sind vorhanden und wer Französisch versteht, kann sich von den vielen tollen Koch und Backbüchern zu schönen Gerichten inspirieren lassen. Von der Küche geht man auf die sehr große Terrasse, die einen tollen Ausblick bietet und zwei verschiedene Sitzbereiche bereit hält. Wenn man mag, kann man hier auch den gemauerten Grill verwenden. Den Gästen stehen zudem ein Pool mit ausreichend Liegen und Sonnenschirmen, ein Whirlpool und eine Sauna zur Verfügung. Die Gastgeber wohnen im Nachbarhaus auf dem Gut. Man sieht sie zwar kaum, aber wenn, dann stehen sie den Gästen gern mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Yves hat uns seine Wanderkarte geliehen und schöne Wanderungen empfohlen, sowie auch gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel. Für Wanderungen kann man einfach vom Mas aus losgehen und muss nicht erst mit dem Auto irgendwo hinfahren. Dennoch lohnt sich auch ein Ausflug in die Umgebung. Es ist ein sehr friedlicher Ort an dem jeder Gast für sich selbst zur Ruhe finden kann. Nach Alès oder Anduze fährt man mit dem Auto ca. 10 Minuten. Die Straßen sind teils sehr eng und sehr kurvig. Es gibt aber recht wenig Verkehr. Anduze ist ein pittoreskes Städtchen mit 3500 Einwohnern und hat uns persönlich besser gefallen als Alès, das zwar eine als ehemalige Bergbaustadt mit nur 46000 Einwohner ist, aber dessen Charme uns irgendwie verborgen geblieben ist. In Anduze gibt es Donnerstags einen kleinen Markt. Hier haben wir sehr gutes und leckeres Brot kaufen können. Wir möchten diesen wunderbaren Ort gern weiterempfehlen.

Ruhe und Natur genießen, Medien einfach ausschalten. Das Haus ist in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand, Küche bestens ausgestattet. Viele Möglichkeiten aktiv zu sein (wer es mag) oder auf der Terrasse liegen und einfach in den Himmel schauen.Wir waren hier mit drei Kindern, die nie lange Weile hatten. Für Liebhaber Frankreichs

Amazing place and great owners

The one week stay at Le Mas Parche surpassed any and all expectations we had. The photos do not even begin to describe how beautiful the place is and how great the owners are. We've had such a relaxing week there! It is peaceful and quiet place, so when you're looking for a cottage to relax, this is definitely it. We will be back for sure. Oh, and just for recap, this place has got ALL you need - it is perfectly equipped and you will not lack anything. Thank you Adeline and Yves!

Que du Bonheur!!

Par quoi commencer ? Tout était si parfait… Une région superbe aux paysages multiples, une piscine de rêve avec une vue panoramique sur ce magnifique coin des Cévennes, de multiples activités ludiques, sportives et culturelles à proximité. Adeline et Yves attentionnés, disponibles , à l’écoute mais d’une discrétion absolue ont pu nous faire partager leur passion pour ce beau pays et nous faire découvrir sa culture, son histoire. Merci encore pour leur généreux accueil, leurs bons conseils, les cartes IGN, etc… et les merveilleux textes sur les Cévennes que m’a fait découvrir Adeline. Le Nid porte bien son nom. Un joli cocon décoré avec goût et aux prestations de grande qualité. Tout est fait pour votre bien être et il ne manque rien. Et toujours cette vue…. Un petit coin de paradis….Où nous reviendrons ! vacances ressourçantes

Nous avons passé un très bon Noel en famille dans le gite "Le Nid". Le gite est parfait pour quatre (même 4 adultes),les propriétaires sont vraiment à notre écoute pour nous aider a passer de très belles vacances.L'endroit est parfait pour ceux qui aiment la nature ,les vielles pierres ,le calme et les randonnées dans les bois !

Traumhaus

Wir haben 2 Urlaube in Mas Perché verbracht und beide waren grandios. Die Landschaft, die Ruhe, die Aussicht- einfach ein Traum. Das Haus ist wirklich so schön wie auf den Bildern. Alles war sauber und gepflegt, die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Neben dem Pool gibt es noch eine große Terasse und einen kleinen Balkon. Alle Räume sind groß und schön, lediglich das zweite Schlafzimmer ist etwas dunkel, das stört aber beim Schlafen auch nicht. 2 getrennte Bäder und Toiletten bieten allen Komfort. Das Wasser im Pool ist ungechlort und die Aussicht wirklich traumhaft. Die Vermieter sind ausserordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Umland bietet tolle Ausflugsziele zum Wandern, Paddeln oder nette Städtchen besichtigen. Auch ein Ausflug ans Meer ist in 1,5h machbar. Wenn man nicht lieber die Ruhe und Schönheit vor Ort geniessen möchte. Zum Einkaufen muss man das Auto benutzen und nach Ales fahren. Kleinigkeiten kann man auch in einem netten Cafe / Tante Emma Laden 30 Fuss- oder 5 Autominuten entfernt besorgen. In Summe haben wir zwei tolle Urlaube mit unseren Jungs (9 + 11 Jahre alt) verbracht und können Le Mas Perché uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Des propriétaires remarquables, discret et intéressant. Merci à vous. Très très belle villa, très soignée, dans un magnifique jardin avec piscine, jaccuzi et sauna, très bien entretenu, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de vacances inoubliables. Tout y est, mais vraiment tout !! Dans un très bel endroit, dans le calme et de très beaux villages à visiter. Je recommande vivement ! Un seul regret, ne pas avoir choisit la bergerie...

Superbe !

Nous occupions le gîte La Bergerie avec 5 enfants et un bébé durant 15 jours. Environnement magnifique, Vue à couper le souffle, Village typique, Des valeurs bio, d'économie raisonnée, un gîte écologique et tout cela avec des prestations de grande qualité : piscine, équipement, literie, cuisine, divertissements et même des herbes aromatiques fraîches à disposition !) Adeline et Yves sont très accueillants, disponibles, attentionnés et complémentaires tout en restant discrets. Bref nous recommandons vivement ce joli endroit où nous y avons trouvé tout ce que nous attendions même plus !

Des vraies vacances

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans la Bergerie et nous n'avons rien trouvé à redire. Le gîte est conforme aux photos (mieux encore en réalité!!), très bien équipé et agréable. La localisation est parfaite aussi bien pour du farnienté sur la terrasse panoramique que pour de la randonnée ou autre activité sportive. De nombreuses activités ludiques et culturelles se trouvent à proximité. Les propriétaires, Yves et Adeline, sont disponibles et de bon conseil tout en restant discrets. Notre seul regret, n'avoir réservé que pour une semaine...

Le "Mas Perché" porte bien son nom, la vue panoramique y est impressionnante. Très beau gîte "Le Nid" que nous avons loué pour une semaine à quatre. Le site est très agréable, bien agencé, au calme et avec une piscine magnifique. Le gîte est superbe avec beaucoup de caractère, très bien équipé, la literie est parfaite. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, donnent des informations très intéressantes et personnalisées sur la région tout en restant très discret. Très bon séjour pour Noël

Le mas est grand, le site magnifique. Les propriétaires sont généreux : VTT, boules de pétanques, piscine, sauna. Mis à disposition de DVD, livres de tout genre. Cuisine avec beaucoup d'ustensiles, plats. Et pour Noël : la cheminée ! Nous en gardons un très bon souvenir. Merci

"L´appartement "Le Nid" e...

"L´appartement "Le Nid" est situé dans un joli ensemble d´anciens bâtiment dans un hameau avec l´environnement tranquille. Il est èquipé très bien et très confortable, idéale pour 2 à 4 personne. Le jardin et la piscine offrent un séjour très agréables. Il y a beacoup de découvrir dans un rayon de 15-30 km. Nous avons passés deux semaines très reposantes et nous recommendons les gentilles propriétaires Adeline & Yves C."
