Our townhome-style condo provides an exclusive experience with no neighbors above or below, ensuring your privacy.
The main floor boasts a welcoming open-concept layout, a convenient half bath, and access to a spacious wrap-around lanai. Step outside to this serene outdoor space, where you can unwind with a morning coffee or enjoy a sunset cocktail. With patio seating and barstools, it’s the perfect spot to relax while surrounded by lush greenery and the soothing sounds of nature.
Access to the condo is simple and secure with an electronic lock and touch keypad entry. Your secure code will be provided to you 2 weeks before arrival.

Welcome into a beautifully designed modern living room—the perfect space to kick back. Unwind on the spacious couch and enjoy movies or games on the Smart flat-panel TV with Blu-ray player, or gather around the coffee table, filled with board games for some downtime fun.

Kitchen and Dining:
Perfect for home cooks, this kitchen comes with high-end appliances like a Jura espresso maker, large refrigerator, glass-top electric range, microwave, and dishwasher. The granite island is surrounded by four bar stools, great for cooking and gathering.
Our fully equipped kitchen includes practical cookware, utensils, dinnerware, silverware, a crockpot, blender, toaster, rice cooker, and more to make meal prep a breeze. We also provide a complimentary starter supply of hand soap, paper towels, dish soap, kitchen sponges, garbage bags, and other essentials to ensure your stay is as convenient and stress-free as possible.
Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area features a dining table that seats six, providing the perfect setting for enjoying meals and making memories with family and friends.

Plenty of Room for Everyone:
Upstairs, you’ll find three beautifully appointed bedrooms, a den, a laundry room, and two additional lanais.
- Master Suite: King bed, smart TV, private lanai with seating for two, distant ocean views, and a workspace with desk and chair. The en-suite bathroom offers 2 sinks, shower/tub and a walk-in closet.
- Second Bedroom:Queen bed, a smart TV, and a private lanai with seating for two, offering partial mountain views. The bedroom includes a closet and a separate sink area with pocket door leading to the shared Jack & Jill bathroom, which is equipped with a shower/tub combination.
- Third Bedroom:Queen bed with walk-in closet and a separate sink area with pocket door leading to the shared Jack & Jill bathroom, which is equipped with a shower/tub combination.
- Open Den: A flexible space with a convertible Euro lounger sofa twin bed, ideal for kids or extra guests.
- In-Unit Laundry: Washer and dryer machine located upstairs for easy laundry access.

Each bedroom is equipped with quality bedding, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, and eco-friendly plank flooring creating a pleasant atmosphere. We provide bath towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, beach towels, one infant pack and play, laundry detergent and a starter supply of toilet paper for your convenience.

2-Car Garage and Island Essentials:
Your vacation begins the moment you arrive, with secure keyless entry to the garage and condo, an attached two-car covered garage, and easy access to all the island essentials you’ll need—beach chairs, a beach umbrella, boogie boards, bikes, an infant Bob stroller, cooler and more—ready for your adventures. There is a hose right outside of the garage for washing sand and dirt off.

The condo is equipped with Wi-Fi coverage throughout.The internet service is provided by Spectrum.
