Liliane is a wonderful host and her apartment is spacious, clean, and conveniently located. Check in and check out were simple. Liliane was communicative and helpful. Would recommend a stay at her apartment!

Nice place to stay when in Nice

Value was worth the fees. One street from the beach, many restaurants, large & small grocery stores, tram two blocks from apartment. Don’t need a car, trams run every 10 min throughout the must sees in Nice.

Amazing

The location of the apartment is perfect. Has the trem 50m away, and the beach is 150m. We were 3 friends and it us perfect for us. I highly recommend this apartament and I’m sure I would come back

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

We had a lovely stay in Nice thanks to Liliane and her apartment! She was quick to communicate and incredibly accomodating. The location is perfect; right by the tram for easy transportation around the city. Also a beautiful apartment with an AMAZING balcony. Thank you again for helping us have a wonderful weekend!

Perfect location

We stayed here for 5 nights and it was the perfect location to explore the area from! A block away from the sea, a tram stop literally outside the door, supermarket a 2 minute walk and a 15 minute walk to the train station. The garage is a must to book if you have a car - takes the hassle out of trying to find street parking! Others have commented in the right garage parking but it’s fine especially if you have someone guiding you. The apartment is bigger than it appears from the photos. Liliane met us and showed us around the apartment and her English is much better than our French and we managed to communicate very well.I would recommend this place to anyone who is considering booking.

Perfect

Liliane was friendly, welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. It was really helpful to have use of the garage for the car. We found the apartment spacious and comfortable and very well equipped. We made good use of the lovely balcony and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

"The situation of this appartment is fantastic; a shop in downstairs, a busstop in front of the house,the sea within two minutes of walk and a huge balcony. The owners were VERY helpful and friendly. Very clean and all the things were in a good condition. We also felt our staying very safety."

Very comfortable

A nice friendly welcome on arrival. We had a relaxed stay, the apartment is located just one road away from the sea front/Promenade des Anglais, it was part of a secured gated complex close to the shops. We found it very well equipped and we had everything we needed. We also had use of the garage, not large but the Jag F Pace fitted in. I recommend it!

Super stay in Nice

The apartment was great. It was very clean and well equipped. The location is a few hundred metres from the beach and close to supermarkets and restaurants, also the tram stop is only 200 metres away. It's a little noisy at times on the balcony but with the double doors closed its very quiet. The only thing which we missed was WiFi but we had mobile data packages which sufficed. We would go back to this apartment with no hesitation.

Great Place Downtown

We stayed here in July with our 2 kids for a week. Liliane was friendly, easy to communicate with, met with us and helped us settle in when we arrived. We liked the location as it was a block from the beach and easy walking distance to all the good things to see in Nice as well as shops, etc. The apartment is well equipped and the fold out couch in the living room is comfortable for sleeping. We ended up staying during a heat wave and we needed a fan (extra 15 euro) but could have used one or 2 more as there was no AC. The balcony is big and nice to relax on but the street is quite loud so if you need to keep the windows open for air at night bring ear plugs for sleeping. Overall for the price we would certainly stay again.

Wonderful in every category!

I stayed here in March with my 16 year old daughter for a mother-daughter trip. We absolutely loved it here! Everything is sparkling clean, there is a fully set up kitchen, a balcony with morning sunshine for breakfast, and a very comfortable bed. This is a fantastic location, and secure building. Everything you need (groceries/ pharmacy/ bank) is a very short walk away. We especially enjoyed being only one block to the ocean. We walked into the Old Town in about 20 minutes. The host is absolutely lovely, and very responsive. I really appreciated her walking us through the property and giving us a full orientation instead of simply having a key drop. She really cares about her apartment and her guests. I highly recommend this listing and I hope to return!

Good place, need a clearer listing

We thought the property itself was great! The check-in process was different than expected, we were not prepared for a large cash deposit on arrival. This isn’t something that is allowed where we’re from, and we generally don’t have any contact with the property manager. I have also searched the ad and cannot find anywhere that says it is cash only. Wifi was also an extra charge, but it was small so was okay. Further, a cleaning fee was not made explicit in the ad which we were told upon arrival, but we just cleaned ourselves.

Madame, Monsieur, Je suis surprise par vos remarques sachant qu'avant votre séjour je vous avais envoyé le contrat de location que vous aviez daté et signé confirmant en avoir pris connaissance. -Sur le contrat figurait le montant de la caution, restituée le jour du départ, où je donnais la possibilité de payer en dollars canadiens pour éviter des frais. Pour toutes locations il est d'usage de demander un dépôt de garantie. -Sur le contrat les conditions de ménage étaient clairement indiquées. -La participation du Wifi est mentionnée dans l'annonce. Vous aviez la possibilité de me contacter pour tous renseignements. J'espère que vous avez passé un bon séjour à Nice malgré une météo qui n'était pas vraiment clémente.

Nice a Nice place stay

Nice close to the beach one road from the promenade.Transport links are really good. Straight from the airport to the stop called university, get off there on the wall the is a black number spayed on the wall. Walk up the road, in the same direction as the T2 to the port lympia The block is 124. A note when you get off the plane leave the building. Turn right. Get on the T2 to the port. Note do not buy a ticket here this part of the journey is free. (if bought at the airport it will cost additional 10 euros) Get off at the third stop agrand arenas. Buy a ticket from the machine. You will have to buy a card le carte ticket at the time of writing it is 2 euros the fares 1 trip to many more. I understand this card can be used on buses, once activated it can be used for a period on other transport. We did not use this facility. Get off at theNice to sit out on the balcony, it is very long by any standards, anytime of day or night.Full sized oven, fridge freezer, microwave washing machine and dish washer.The flat is well equipped. The flat is spacious, It is well subscribed, but we'll worth it.
