I was living in Aspen, Colorado, and staying in Scottsdale for the off season for years. I have a rental property in downtown Aspen that I have been renting it out on VRBO for several years receiving over 35 5 star reviews, and love the interaction with guests and want their experience to be first class. This is a second home that I completely remodeled. I have since moved and kept this elegant condominium as a VRBO vacation property. Since this unit was my personal home, it is filled with the top of the line upscale finishes and furnishings. It is immaculately CLEAN, VERY MODERN AND UPSCALE AND VERY CONVENIENT! I completely remodeled this property. When I purchased the unit I installed all new top of the line appliances, custom wood floors, Italian marble in both bathrooms, Carerra marble vanity tops, all new Moen plumbing fixtures and have chosen nice upscale furnishings from Restoration Hardware, as well as custom window treatments throughout, a 2 car epoxy coated garage, new Air Conditioner and hot water heater. The kitchen is completely stocked for any length of stay. It is also great for hosting intimate dinners, as it is stocked with china dishes, and elegant glass and stem ware. The outdoor decks make it nice to enjoy a peaceful evening with partial mountain views and city lights at night
What makes this Condo unique
This property is unique because of its location and convenience to 101. It is an 8 min drive to Kierland, located a few minutes away from McDowell Mtn. golf course, and 5 minutes or less to Grayhawk. It is alos very convenient to the Mayo clinic, and it is stocked with special glass ware and storage containers, to suit those guests staying here for medical purposes.

Kurtis and Kathleen were wonderful tenants. They were also so responsive if their communication with me regarding anything I needed to let them know pertaining to the condo. They also left the unit very clean and I just really enjoyed hosting them.
The condo is a very nice property.
We loved our five weeks at this condo. It was very clean. Loved all of the windows. Loved that we were close to the pool. We had plenty of room. We were close to enough things in Scottsdale without being in the hustle and bustle. It is a gated community and we liked that.
Ann was very quick to respond to any questions I had. She makes lots of suggestions of things to try in the area too.
We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was all it was advertised as. It was tastefully furnished and meticulously clean. The location is ideal with easy access to freeways, shopping and dining. Ann was always available to answer any questions or concerns. I loved being there and look forward to future stays.

I will send a contract to the traveler before the funds are accepted. During the summer months (May-October 1) the Air conditioning is added on to the amount due. The renter is responsible for paying for the APS bill mentioned in the summer rental agreement.
