HAVE A LARGER PARTY? - We have other units just a short walk away that also sleep 10 each, check out VRBO #722418 and #852139, and unit 875621, which is right next door!

Make yourself comfortable in our spacious home away from home, it is not your everyday rental unit. Decorated in a Southwestern motif, it is a perfect desert getaway. We have provided everything you need for your vacation in this paradise called Moab.

With a king bed, a queen bed, two sets of twin bunk beds, and a pull-out queen sleeper with a brand new Tempur-pedic mattress, 10 people are easily and comfortably accommodated. The 11th bed is a fold out chair "pad," great for younger kids, requires your own sleeping bag/pillow. We also have a playpen for babies with sheets provided. A full size washer and dryer are provided so feel free to pack light! There is plenty of storage in each bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to 'dine in', including new dishes, glasses, silverware, and more. There is a gas barbeque grill on the back patio for your use, along with a patio dining table. Satellite TV's and a DVD player are also provided along with free Wi-Fi. An oversized attached 2-car garage gives you a place to park and work on your 'toys' between rides. Also in the garage is an air hockey table and a foosball table! Just a short walk away is the community pool and hot tub!

Why Michelle Tychsen chose Moab

We discovered Moab in 2003, and in 2007 decided we wanted to buy a place. We had several custom features put into the home as it was being built making it an even more comfortable and unique space. It is at the far end of the street away from the highway and has plenty of street parking for trailers (we love people who have trailers...that means they like to have fun!)

What makes this townhome unique

This twinhome is a single story home. We love the open floor plan and the fact that it has a fenced in yard. My husband loves the oversized garage and had them put a hot/cold water spigot in when it was built. Guy stuff! The Moab Rim is in our back can't beat that!

Perfect for our 2 families

Both of our families had a great vacation in Moab with our young children. The house was very clean and comfortable for the eight of us, and it had everything we needed. We hope to return! Thanks for providing a perfect home away from home for us while we explored the beautiful outdoors surrounding Moab making memories with our kids.

Definitely will come back.

We stayed in this house for three nights. What other reviews and the description on VRBO are all true. On top of all those good things about this house, I'd like to add some more:

(1) Owner Michelle is very response. I emailed her and texted her. She was fast on responding to me.

(2) I have stayed in several vacation houses. This house is by far provides the most accessories.

While all the houses say they have "everything" you need, most of the houses only offers minimum. For example, I met one owner gave us only "ONE" trash can bag. I texted her, she said I have to buy my own. Also the paper towel in kitchen, there was only one! If you stay in a house for three and more nights, one trash can bad and one kitchen paper towel are not enough. We all know that trash can bags and paper towels are not that expansive. It is not about the money, but about the attitude of the owners.

Here in Michelle's house, she gives you every thing, in plenty! I really appreciate her considerations.

(3) The garage is big. There are Foosball and airhocky. We still parked two cars in the garage.

(4) We followed the checkout rules and got deposit back without a problem.

We definitely will come back. Thank you Michelle. We had a great time!...:)

Michelle's home was beyond comparison to any other vrbo we have stayed. It was comfortable for 10 of us with beautiful furnishings and attention to detail in all of the decor. It had nice bedding that did not seem cheap like many we've stayed in, and had a kitchen that was so nicely stocked with everything you would need and matching dishes! We even made margaritas with the blender one night and had real margarita glasses to put them in! We had bbq's out on the back patio and enjoyed the magical view of Moab Rim. It was far enough out of town to be quiet but close enough to be in town in a couple of minutes. The kids loved the air hockey and foosball tables in the garage and it was nice to be able to have them not be underfoot while we were preparing meals. And it was so nice to have the pool at the end of a day of adventuring. Plenty of board games were provided. And above all, it was CLEAN! We will definitely be back in the spring!

Very clean, decorated nicely, stocked well.

Who doesn't love Moab! Great views from anywhere. Close to town. Our only let down was the pool/hot tub area. Just expected a little more from this area.

Pricing was great... for the area. I would definitely stay here again.
