Make yourself comfortable in our spacious home away from home, it is not your everyday rental unit. Decorated in a Southwestern motif, it is a perfect desert getaway. We have provided everything you need for your vacation in this paradise called Moab.

With a king bed, a queen bed, two sets of twin bunk beds, and a pull-out queen sleeper with a brand new Tempur-pedic mattress, 10 people are easily and comfortably accommodated. We also have a playpen for babies with sheets provided. A full size washer and dryer are provided so feel free to pack light! There is plenty of storage in each bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to 'dine in', including new dishes, glasses, silverware, and more. There is a gas barbeque grill on the back patio for your use, along with a patio dining table. Satellite TV's and a DVD player are also provided along with free Wi-Fi. An oversized attached 2-car garage gives you a place to park and work on your 'toys' between rides. Also in the garage is an air hockey table and a foosball table! Just a short walk away is the community pool and hot tub!

Why Michelle Tychsen chose Utah

We discovered Moab in 2003, and in 2007 decided we wanted to buy a place. We had several custom features put into the home as it was being built making it an even more comfortable and unique space. It is at the far end of the street away from the highway and has plenty of street parking for trailers (we love people who have trailers...that means they like to have fun!)

What makes this townhome unique

This twinhome is a single story home. We love the open floor plan and the fact that it has a fenced in yard. My husband loves the oversized garage and had them put a hot/cold water spigot in when it was built. Guy stuff! The Moab Rim is in our back yard....you can't beat that!

A pleasant refuge!

We have nothing but good things to say about this property. We spent only one night there, and it wasn't long enough!

The home is beautifully decorated in a cozy, southwest style. It was meticulously clean. All of the beds were very comfortable - even the bunk beds! The towels and bedding are all of good quality and in excellent condition.

The owners haven't missed a detail. Even something as simple as labeling the light switches is appreciated when you're in a strange environment.

We are a family of 9 and fit comfortably in this house (baby was in pack'n play). The older kids loved the foos ball and air hockey tables in the garage, and preparing meals in this well-equipped kitchen was a pleasure.

We didn't use the pool or the grill as we weren't there long enough.

We've stayed at several rental homes and this is an absolute favorite. This house is about 15 minutes from Arches, and close to all the essentials you'll need in Moab.

If you appreciate a clean, comfortable environment, in a great area, this is the house for you!

Perfect getaway for two families both with 2 young children between 5 and 10! Decor was fabulous!

We cannot say enough about our stay. It was a tremendous value for what we paid. This particular home is one of many listed in this housing community, but I challenge anyone to show me a more comfortable, convenient, well stocked, high quality home. The decor is clearly professional level with every nuk and cranny filed with thematic south western items in high quality and high class. The owner did all the decorating herself and you can tell it is done with a love and flare for decorating. However everything was sturdy enough to withstand our rambunctious crowd. Little touches like extra linens, comfortable pool towels, every light switch labeled for convenience, 3 bathrooms and super comfortable living room furniture were touches that placed this home at a 5 star rating. The garage was clean and comfortable, yet they left instructions about how to clean your vehicles if you so wished. Air hockey and foosball were a big hit along with a closet filed with games that were not missing pieces. The bedding and beds were comfortable and high end, the t.v.s were high end, the gas bbq was in great working order and an extra propane tank available just in case. In addition to all of this, Michelle was so so nice, easy to access and willing to do anything if needed. Even her next door neighbor, who is also on vrbo raved about her. This home was I macula te when we arrived, washer and drier worked well, tge fine and back yard manicured with nice green grass. I read in a review that tge pool house smelled of smoke, however, we were there a lot and it must definitely did not. Her was no reason to use it for us unless your big family rented several hinges and you had a get together, but it was nice to get it if the sun and into air conditioning, comfortable space furniture, t.v., no games or ping pong anymore, but clean bathrooms. Although the pool is small and next to the high way, it was cold and refreshing, the hot tub was fine and it was a fantastic addition. It's open fron 10 to 10 and was always perfectly clean and kept. Great place to stay!

Our second stay, planning on more!

Once again we decided for spring break in Moab. After our first stay we were so happy we didn't spend much time looking for another place. This house has it all! Great layout for a group of 10, well stocked with all needs in the kitchen for dining in. Everyone sleeps comfortable in great beds. Plenty to do with the garage games (love foosball!) and the pool and hot tub and what I enjoyed this time was the great neighborhood. Several mornings neighbors were out discussing the next ride and helping with new places. Finally the owners response and care shown to those using there place is top of the line. Stop and don't look any further, contact this rental today!

This property was excellent!

We loved staying here and would definitely stay here again! Everything was clean and very well organized! There was plenty of room for the 7 of us. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of plates, pots and pans etc. We also appreciated that there were lots of games to use, towels for swimming and laundry facilities. Thank you!

Know your way around

Michelle was wonderful in suggesting a hike that we could go on. It was a quiet hike and showed us a part of Moab none of us had seen before.

I LOVED the labeling for light switches and plates/bowls/etc. It really made it easy to find your way around.

The only thing I did not like, which was not Michelle's fault, was that the hot tub was unavailable! After biking and hiking for 4 days we really wished it was available.
