Amazing time and very relaxing

Patrick and his wife are a wonderfully welcoming and friendly couple. The accomodation was as described, very comfortable. Out of the way of busy Nice but still very close to be able to access the city and public transport. Highly recommended I was sad to leave!

Nice stay

Overall it was very nice and very functional. With all the appliance needed for a nice stay. The bed was to small for two big Scandinavians, so one of us had to sleep in the front room. It was okay.

100 % recommendable

We arrived with two large dogs and were given a very warm welcome. The small garden is fenced in and escape-proof. The small wooden cottage is clean, cozy and equipped with everything you could need during a vacation. The location on the hills of Nice is quiet with a beautiful view. Thanks again to the landlords who could not have been more friendly and helpful. 100% recommendable!

great places to stay for a family

The little house with the gardener was a perfect place to stay especially with our to young children. it 's located on the hills of Nice, so it is very quiet and relax. you should have a car, it make things easier to get around and up on the hill . we were allowed to use the pool, which was very nice . it is secured with a fence, so there is no need to worry for the kid. the owners were very friendly and helpful . they made an appointment in a garage shop for us , so we could fix our flat tire. :)

Jardin très appréciable quand on a un animal de compagnie. très bien placé sur les hauteurs de Nice, donc calme. Très bon accueil du propriétaire qui nous donne de bons conseils sur les sites à visiter. Véhicule indispensable(les chiens ne sont pas admis dans les bus:dommage il y a une ligne toute proche). Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et sans hésitation.

Patrick est un hôte très accueillant et disponible. Nous avons étaient accueillis remarquablement bien. Le chalet est très bien équipé pour passer une semaine de vacances. Le jardin clos etait idéal pour nos deux chiens, aucun risque de fuite.Le chalet est bien placé sur les collines de nice, le bus est a proximité, bien qu'une voiture est nécessaire à mon goût.En sommes je recommande le chalet et top et Patrick est fort sympathique. Nous recommandons fortement ce logement

Patrick und seine Frau sind wunderbare freundliche Personen die uns gut aufgenommen und sich toll gekümmert haben- sogar Liegestühle haben sie uns gebracht und die Kinder durften ihren privaten Pool nutzen. Das Häuschen ist super süss ausgestattetet mit allem was man brauch, Geschirrspülmaschine, Waschmaschine usw usw. Unsere beiden Labradore haben sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt im Garten. Nach Nizza runter sind es 4 km über Serpentinen- war aber kein Thema trotz unseres großen Autos. Für uns 6 war das Häuschen vielleicht ein wenig eng- Teenager, 2 Erwachsene, 2 große Hunde und Kind mit 9 plus all unseren Sachen war schon eine Herausforderung- aber machbar. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen und wünschen Patrick und seiner Familie alles Gute!

Perfekt mit Hund

Ich war mit meinem Hund (Dackel) eine Woche zu Gast bei Herrn und Frau De Lafaye. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das kleine Haus bietet keinen Luxus, aber alles was man in den Ferien braucht. Für mich war der kleine, umzäunte eigene Garten wichtig, auch die funktionierende Klimaanlage, denn es war schon im Juni sehr heiß. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und dennoch zurückhaltend, also sehr angenehm. Ich werde diese Unterkunft meinen Freunden empfehlen und ggf. wiederkommen. Ein Auto ist aber unbedingt erforderlich; an die zahlreichen Kurven der (durchgehend asphaltierten!) Straße „Chemin de la Costière“ habe ich mich schnell gewöhnt.

Super beau chalet sur les hauteurs de Nice au calme, avec un jolie jardin privatif entièrement cloturé . Aucun probleme pour se garer nous pouvons nous garer juste a coté du chalet et si manque de place ( pas arrivé en 5j de vacances ) le propriétaire nous laisse son badge pour se garer dans son terrain . Accueil chaleureux , et propriétaire super gentil . Nous sommes venus avec 2 chiens , nous avons eu aucun problème . Je recommande a 1000% ce logement

Dommage, soleil et chaleur non garantis dans le contrat !

Nous devons avouer qu’en arrivant nous avons été surpris par la proximité de la demeure des propriétaires, car en effet, les photos étant prises de leur maison, il est impossible de l’apercevoir. Néanmoins, leur discrétion et leur gentillesse ont très vite permis d’oublier ce trouble du 1er moment. Nous avons d’ailleurs très apprécié la possibilité de garer notre véhicule chez eux et le fait de nous confier un bip prouve leur confiance à notre égard, nous les en remercions. Le chalet est propre, la literie parfaite. Quant à l’agencement, personnellement, n’étant que 2, nous aurions préféré trouver, à la place d’1 lave vaisselle et d’1 lave linge, plus de rangements. Il est vrai que nous sommes très mal tombés côté météo et de ce fait, nous sommes restés dans ce petit chalet beaucoup plus de temps que prévu. Pour les propriétaires de chiens, le terrain est bien clos et d’une surface suffisante pour permettre à nos amis à 4 pattes de pouvoir s’ébattre. Merci encore aux propriétaires qui se sont avérés très avenants pour pallier au moindre souci.
