Our fantastic condo has just received a to the studs remodel and is amazing!

# bedrooms, 3 full baths, impeccable design and furnishings!

This 1500 sq. ft condo features a master suite with a ski slope view deck, mini fridge, coffee maker, en-suite bath and lots of space.

Upstairs we feature a second master bedroom with ensuite bath, and a bunkroom with 2 twins and a queen bed.

The living area has brand new leather furniture, west facing deck and modern fireplace. Washer Dryer in unit.

The bus stop for the free Park City bus system direct to Main Street is in front of the ice rink on the plaza.

Check out Smiths Grocery Store Click-it. Combine with Canyon shuttle which lets you stop for the groceries on the way up. You can place your order beforehand and then when you arrive, simply stop by the Smiths on the way up the canyon and your groceries will be already scanned, bagged and ready to just pay and go. Great time saver.

            We had a fantastic time at this recently renovated condo right at the base of the mountain. It is conveniently located to downtown shops and restaurants which were accessible via public transportation.

            Highly recommend and will return!

            I like the layout of the condo, great view overlooking Payday lift. If I had to complain, the water in the master bath shower had to be on hot only, no cold water, and I would have liked it a little warmer. This should be an easy fix turning up the water heater. We have been staying at Mountain Village for years and I would definitely stay in this condo again.

            The loft had a bonus extra sleeping room (interior room without windows) attached to the upstairs bedroom. This was a nice surprise. Accommodations are basic, but comfy. Kitchen well equipped with nice welcome basket. Location cannot be beat, right by the lifts. Balcony overlooks slopes and lifts. Owner was very responsive to emailed questions during our stay.

            We really enjoyed our first family ski trip to Park City. Michael with Sky Run Vacation Rentals was very nice to work with. The location of the condo was perfect. Ski in ski out allowed family members to start, take a break, and stop on their own schedules. This was very nice with the kids and we were able to eat in at lunch which was a big cost savings. The condo was comfortable and could easily sleep eight or (two families) The only negatives concerning the unit was the noise from the snow cats late at night and it could use a little updating. I would definitely recommend this unit to families with young children.

            This condo is very convenient--steps from the Payday and Crescent lifts. We found it also to be clean, well maintained, and comfortable. Owner is attentive and promptly responded whenever we had questions. The bus terminal for the ski area (free) is very close, so we only used our car as airport transportation.

            We stay at PCMR every year, usually in a privately owned condo. This place is TOP on our list. We've even stayed in the same complex, just a few doors down, and we still love this one the best. Great accommodations for 2 families-plenty of sleeping room. Kitchen just the right size with everything we needed. Owner was very nice in ensuring we had everything we needed like parking passes. Would definitely recommend for large families or two families. Balcony overlooks First Time Run, elevators are close and lead right to the little-ones ski school drop off. Plenty of ski storage within unit.

PRICING: The rates above do not include 10.45% UT and local sales taxes, a 7% resort booking fee, and a $72 accidental damage waiver which will all be added to your reservation. Rates DO include clean linens and towels when you arrive and include a cleaning after you leave. You are responsible for cleaning during your stay.
