VILLA LUNITA JIMDO WITH HEATED POOL IS SITUATED AT WALKING DISTANCE FROM THE BEACH, very comfortable villa of 2, 3, 4 or 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, very nice private HEATED pool of 8X4.

Pretty villa of 200m2, consisting of 2 buildings: MAIN house and guest house.
All on one level, and very well equipped villa with 3 air conditioning + ceiling fans in all bedrooms, FREE WIFI, flat screen 46 "+ SAT ASTRA TNT.(some english programms)
well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, 2 refrigerators, oven etc. The kitchen is very bright and very pleasant because it gives directly on the terrace, the summer lounge and dining area pergola shade.
One of the 3 bathrooms is outside next to the pool.
Nice HEATED private pool 8X4m and easily accessible thanks to the built-in stairs. Garden furniture, loungers, pergolas with dining area, barbecue.
Large fenced Mediterranean garden of 1000m2, closed parking for 4 cars. Ping pong table, badminton net, beach equipment and pool and beach games.
EXCELLENT LOCATION, in quiet residential area but very close to shopping, beaches and downtowm.
Beaches and downtown: 700mètres = 10 min walk.
Supermarket: 400 meter further = 5 min walk
Supermarket (bakery, grocery, fruits vegetables, newspapers etc): 40 meters
At 10km you have the beautiful golf course of Altéa, or the Ifach'Golf of Benissa or the Benidorm Golf courses at 20 min.

From 25 augustus to 6 July the prices shown are for the main house 4 people (max 4 adults + 1baby).
The guest house is then closed and unoccupied.

If during this period more than 4 persons+1baby want to occupy the villa you must rent the guest house.
The price per week for the guest house varies from 300 € to 800€ following the season and nr of persons and how many bedrooms you want to occupy.

Extra Charges consists :
Cleaning : € 110€ for main house or 155€ for entire property
Wifi : 15€/week - 30€/month
Energy: 0,30 € / Kwatt meter reading (low-energy air conditioning, LED lighting)

Absolutely beautiful villa

I stayed at Villa Lunita with 4 generations of my family. We all had a wonderful time and we were very sad to be leaving. Everything you could possibly need or want was provided, even down to condiments. We actually couldn’t believe how well equipped the villa was. Isabelle and Francis made themselves available should they be needed and were lovely! The pool was amazing and fabulous size. We would most definitely return..thank you Villa Lunita for a wonderful holiday x

Very nice hosts, beautiful property

Isabelle and her husband were very nice hosts, the property is gorgeous and well looked-after, the outdoor bathroom and kitchen with access to the patio made it easy to keep the apartment clean and dry, kitchen had all the appliances you need including a juicer and a standup mixer. You can‘t rent pool towels, though there were some extra towels meant for upholstery protection. You can also get pool towels in town for cheap. There‘s also an abundance of pool floaties and even umbrellas and sun loungers you can take to the beach. We would definitely book here again!

The best holiday!

We had the best holiday at Villa Lunita! The villa is in the perfect location for exploring Calp. The villa it’s self was spotless & the hosts Isabelle & Francis were super helpful with any questions we had and we had great communication with them. Lots of room inside the villa, lovely kitchen lots of seating and a nice view of Ifach. The heated pool was a nice addition to our trip and we enjoyed swimming throughout our holiday. There are plenty of sun loungers and places to sit and eat. The property is completely secure so perfect if your bringing a dog. There was also a badminton net & pingpong table we enjoyed using. The villa is just a few minutes walk from the local Lidl, but even closer is a small independent shop. We couldn’t fault this villa at all. It was perfect for us and we hope to return again!

Amazing holidays

Our family (4 adults and 4 children) have spent wonderful 2 weeks in Villa Lunita. Everything, from the first contact to the day we left the villa, it was all good. The owners, Isabelle and Francis, are the nicest people you can imagine. Always helpful and service-minded. The villa itself is very spacious, with 2 separate building (main house and guest house), lovely fenced garden and very nice pool-area, with summer bathroom. Perfect for 2 families with children. In the kitchen with direct access to the pergola and barbecue is very well equipped, you will find everything you need, and then some. We ll try to come back this autumn has the pool has a heating pump, so our kids will enjoy the pool everyday during your next stay in november. I truly recommend Isabelle if you are looking for a holiday home in Calpe!

Merveilleuses vacances en famille

Séjour très agréable dans la villa, très bien adaptée à des vacances en famille et très bien équipée, à proximité des commodités. Isabelle et Francis sont accueillants et avenants. Ils ont su être disponible et nous ont réservés un accueil formidable.

Schöne Zeit in Spanien

Wir wurden von den Eigentümer herzlich empfangen und die Villa entsprach der Beschreibung. Idealer Urlaub um auch zu Fuß alles zu erreichen. Und auch unsere zwei kleinen Hunde konnten sich frei auf dem eingefassten Grundstück bewegen, so dass wir uns ganz entspannen konnten. Leider war das Wetter nicht immer so schön und nachts hatte es stark abgekühlt. Dank dem Pelletofen waren es aber immer sehr schnell warm. Wir können die Gastgeber nur weiterempfehlen.

Excellent séjour, location bien équipée et très agréable. Propriétaires à l'écoute et tres réactifs au bien être pendant le séjour. La location est très bien située, mer et commerces. Tolle Villa und Gastgeber

Wir hatten einem wunderschönen Urlaub, den ich mit meiner Familie und der Familie meiner Freunde verbracht habe. Wir hatten das Glück, in einer Villa zu bleiben, die super sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet war. Die Kinder und wir hatten jede Menge Spaß beim Schwimmen, Grillen und Spielen. Es war wirklich ein Urlaub zum Erinnern. Die Gastgeber, Isabelle und Francis, waren sehr nett und freundlich und haben uns das Gefühl gegeben, willkommen zu sein. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und konnten unseren Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen. Das einzige Problem war, dass wir nur eine Woche Zeit hatten. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Herzlichen Dank Isabelle und Francis

Sehr schönes Haus mit beheiztem Pool

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in einem wirklich herrlichen Haus verbracht . Alles ist sehr sauber gewesen und schön eingerichtet . Besonders herrlich war der mit 30 Grad beheizte Pool . Es gibt auch eine Tischtennisplatte , die wir gut genutzt haben und ein Netz mit Federballschlägern . Dazu eine gemütliche Hängematte, die wir auch gerne mal genutzt haben. Isabelle und Francis sind wirklich ganz besonders nette Vermieter die immer zu erreichen waren . Wir können diese Villa nur empfehlen und kommen gerne mal wieder! Alles war perfekt! Jederzeit wieder!!!

Perfekter Urlaub! Sehr nette Vermieter! Superschönes Haus! Sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet (Küche, Handtücher und Co.), gepflegter Pool und Außenanlage. Kleiner Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke. Strand und Lebensmittelgeschäfte auch gut ohne Auto zu erreichen. Zwei Strandpromenaden mit zahlreichen Bars und Restaurants; für jeden etwas dabei. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Definitiv empfehlenswert! Danke!

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus

Nach der flexiblen und zuvorkommenden Übergabe des Ferienhauses konnte man sofort anfangen den Urlaub zu genießen. Bei der Ausstattung merkt man sofort, dass der Gast im Mittelpunkt steht. In der Küche gibt es genügend Teller, Besteck und Kochutensilien, so dass man nicht nach jedem Essen sofort die Geschirrspülmaschine benutzen muss. Nett fand ich auch die gut bestückte Gewürzschublade. Der Fernseher verfügt über mehrere funktionierende HDMI-Eingänge, so dass man auch seine mitgebrachte Spielekonsole anschließen kann. Der Internetzugang war zuverlässig und bietet etwa 7MBit Download und 600 kBit Upload. Wenn mehrere Personen gleichzeitig z.B. Videos auf youtube schauen wollen, könnte es aber etwas knapp werden. Man hat auch am beheizten Pool guten WLAN-Empfang. Die Wärmepumpe des Pools wird bei der Übergabe auf ein gewünschte Temperatur bis 29 Grad eingestellt. Im September kann man je nach Wetter und gewünschter Pooltemperatur mit Stromkosten zwischen 25 und 50 Euro pro Woche für die Poolheizung rechnen.

Perfect and magnificent holidayhome

We had a wonderfull holiday in this beautifull house. Everything you need is present. We felt directly at home in this cosy decorated house. The location makes walks to shops and beach peanuts. The owners are kind and helpful people who are always available for information about the region or other aid. One day the wifi was out, next day they made sure it was repaired and it worked great. Beds very good, airco super. The outside bathroom next to the pool is like paradise and an unique experience. We've eaten always outside under the pergola what gave us a real holiday feeling . We want to thank Isabelle and Francis and hope to revisit one of their houses. Thank you so much . We recommend this villa to every one

Parfait !

Pour la deuxième fois, de reposantes vacances chez Isabelle et Francis. La villa est toujours aussi propre et bien équipée ! Des nouveautés encore cette année avec un salon de jardin confortable et son store électrique. Une vue toujours aussi magique sur le Penón de Ifach... Alors allez-y, mais pas trop, je veux pouvoir y revenir !

Super séjour !!

Nous avons passées d’agréable vacances dans votre somptueuse villa. Qui d’ailleurs et très spacieuse, très bien située près de plusieurs petits commerces, plage, vieux Calpe. Villa équipée d’une piscine, transat, barbecue,.. tout le nécessaire pour passer d’agréable vacances et profiter du beau temps d’Espagne. Cela va maintenant faire trois fois que nous venons sur Calpe, nous avions pour habitude de prendre celle de la comète, Lonita était une première et cela nous as en aucun cas dérangé tout au contraire ces deux villas sont toutes deux parfaites. Fantastic holiday

We arrived very late due to the transfer bus taking forever. Despite the hour Isabelle was there to meet us. Couldn't help but be impressed by the villa. Beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean and very spacious. There were 4 adults and 3 children so there was plenty of room. The pool was a fantastic bonus. We had a really lovely holiday staying in this villa. My only negative comment is that as we weren't due to fly out of Alicante until 9:30pm, which meant we had to lug our suitcases around Calpe from about 10:00am. It's a pity that there wasn't anywhere to leave them until the afternoon. But this didn't in any way detract from our fab holiday. We were really pleased to meet Isabelle, who couldn't have been more helpful. We look forward to a return visit in the future. We would highly recommend this villa to family and friends.

To familier på 8 personer tilbrakte to herlige uker i Calpe og i villa Lunita. Området og villaen kan anbefales på det varmeste. Isabel er veldig profesjonell og vennlig. Informasjonen du får på forhånd er også veldig god. Vi ble positivt overasket over standarden på huset. Huset er godt utstyrt, og har det meste du trenger hvis du ønsker å lage mat selv. Det er matbutikker i nærheten, en koselig rett rundt hjørnet der du får ferske brødvarer hver morgen. Strendene er i gåavstand, og du har ikke behov for leiebil. Isabel og Francis legger ned mye arbeid for at alle skal føle seg velkommen og ha et bra opphold. Vi takker for fine og avslappende dager!

Cant Wait to come back again!

We spent a great week in this house. It is fully equipped, the heated pool is great. Besides, the owners are helpful and they have the house clean and tidy. Having a car is not necesary a must because there are no supermarkets, restaurants or shops in the area since it is located in a very calm area. Thanks Isabelle and Francis for another fantastic holiday, we have been coming with our children with my sister and her family for the last 2 years The new kitchen and dining room is wonderful and the badmington court was brilliant but my boys took it far to seriously, we played everyday!! We spent a great week in this house. It is fully equipped, the heated pool is great. Besides, the owners are helpful and they have the house clean and tidy. Wwith two younger boys and teenage Girls there is enough for everyone to enjoy in Calpe and surrounding area, and one of the first quality of the villa is its exceptional location the situation. It is close to all amenities , Walking distance 10 min Beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, Shops etc We strongly recommend the house and we will come back for sure in the future.

The villa is very well maintained and nice decorated, and you will find all the necessary equipment to enjoy a great holiday (Private and heated Pool from easter to november, air conditioning in living room and bedrooms, WIFI, TV French channels and foreign channels, barbecue, Closed garden 1000m2, private closed parking for 4 cars)
