Esta casa ultra moderna de cuatro dormitorios y tres baños ofrece una vida de lujo y una base perfecta para explorar The New Forest y las playas cercanas.

La casa incluye una acogedora sala de estar con dos grandes y cómodos sofás, una estufa de leña y un televisor de 45 pulgadas con Sky.

En la parte trasera de la propiedad hay una gran sala de estar de planta abierta que tiene calefacción por suelo radiante con puertas plegables que se abren a una gran área de terraza y jardín con área de juegos para niños.

En el área abierta planificada hay una cocina de alta especificación con refrigerador y congelador de estilo americano, refrigerador para vinos, cafetera, lavavajillas y horno empotrados.
También hay un cómodo sofá con un televisor inteligente de 40 pulgadas con Netflix y una mesa de comedor con capacidad para ocho a diez personas.
Esto conduce a un aseo de guardarropas de abajo y un cuarto de servicio que tiene una lavadora y secadora.

Arriba está el dormitorio principal que tiene una lujosa cama king size y TV. También cuenta con un baño ultra moderno con ducha grande y calefacción por suelo radiante.

El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama con cremallera, puede ser una cama super king size o dos camas individuales.
También tiene una hermosa chimenea victoriana.

El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama doble y una cama individual, y a pedido también podemos agregar una cuna.

El baño familiar tiene una bañera grande y una hermosa ducha con cabezal de ducha tipo lluvia y calefacción por suelo radiante.
El cuarto dormitorio está abajo y tiene una lujosa cama king size con un sofá cama.
Y una hermosa chimenea victoriana y lámpara de araña.

Afuera hay un gran jardín trasero que es completamente seguro. También hay una gran área de terraza con un sofá al aire libre, mesa de comedor exterior y sillas para 8 personas y barbacoa. También hay una zona de juegos para niños con columpio, tobogán, columpios, arenero y sala de estar. Los mantendrá entretenidos durante horas mientras usted puede relajarse.

La propiedad tiene una unidad cerrada que puede acomodar de tres a cuatro autos, también puede estacionar en la carretera frente a la casa.

Beautiful property, well laid out and suited all our needs. Family of 10, 3 months to 70. Garden was great, lots of space, play equipment and the garden safe and secure for the children. Plenty of parking for cars as well.Layout of the house was good for family gathering, 1 large bedroom on ground floor and a lounge which was seperate from the open plan living area. House was well equipped and position was great for the forest as well as local beaches. We will be back.

The house is lovely and Jackie made the whole process from the point of booking through to our departure incredibly easy. I would highly recommend!

Fantastic Property

We booked this beautiful house to accommodate our family whilst in the area for our Sons wedding. We were amazed by the space and comfort that offered us everything we required. The bi fold doors were well used so we could create the lovely open space. It is a great location for the New Forest and coast. Many thanks Jackie for lovely welcome basket. . Thbasket

Don’t believe the photos!

The listing promises a lot- a luxury house- but the property does not live up to this. The photos were maybe taken when it was newly refurbished? The reality is that now the property is very tired.. the leather seats peeling- mould in the shower & other places- sofa& beds have had the life kicked out of them and are grubby etc. Cleanliness and how worn out everything is were our main gripes. In the bathrooms the sink and toilet were cleaned- the shower not. There were crumbs on the dining room chairs… dog hairs under the table.. left coffee granules in the coffee machine which have caused mould in the machine.. headboard of the main bed in the main bedroom dirty… dog faeces in the play area.. the sheets looked dirty but I was assured that they were cleaned and that maybe bleach had been used which may have caused the stains, but the duvet and pillows were so old and used, it just gives one a feeling of „uncleanliness“ . The carpets weren‘t hoovered and extremely grubby- You can see a shadow where people have walked. The baby chair was dirty and ripped and the kettle falling apart. To Jackies credit she did replace these the next day. Communication with Jackie was good but we left a day early as we couldn‘t stand it anymore (and beforehand had nowhere else to move to!) and I asked for a partial refund which has been ignored. I only received a refund for the cleaning fee- after i chased.

Perfect family staycation

We had a lovely time at Jackie’s property. Great space for 8 adults and 2 kids and really well equipped for cooking and socializing at the house. Jackie was really quick to respond if we had any questions. Location was close to beach, pubs, biking and lots of other activities to keep us occupied. Would definitely recommend for a family trip !

A Family Wedding Get Together

A large well proportioned modern house in the amazing New Forest. The open plan kitchen, dining, sitting room was perfect for our group. The grandchildren loved the garden play area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Ideal setting.

Lovely property, situated in the New Forest with many walks a few minutes drive or walk away. Also perfectly situated for local restaurants and shops also just a short drive away. The house was large and comfortable and warm. My family loved it and even the dog enjoyed the freedom of the garden once the gates were closed, a really nice touch. Would happily stay again.

Nice house and pleasant area

We had a lovely week here in April 2022. The weather was exceptional which always helps, but the house was clean and tidy and mainly as expected from the images. The location was good for exploring around the area though you do need to travel for shopping etc if needed. All was expected though, looking at the map! The play area was a big help to entertain our children (7y and 18m) and there was enough space inside and out for the 7 guests to cohabitate easily. A few small niggles but nothing unexpected as things are regularly used so no fault of the owner who was excellent with her response and communication when needed. Information folder and a welcome pack was very well received as well.

Jackie was a very welcoming host and very responsive to messages when we booked at late notice for a party of 7, 5 adults, 2 kids. Her welcome was very warming and she left a lovely welcome basket of goodies for us. The house was beautiful and incredibly well equipped. The garden is huge and a really safe space for kids to run around. My two (7 & 5) really enjoyed the climbing frame and trampoline. We would definitely stay here again, thank you Jackie

Nice Property

A nice property, with a well equipped kitchen. Comfortable lounges with log burner and all the tv channels which pleased my son and son in law. Good proximity to the forest and local beaches. My only issue was we paid £50 extra for my daughter’s dog and the list of restrictions for her, were we thought excessive. But all in all we would happily stay here again, but perhaps without the dog!.

Sadly not as described

We booked this house primarily because of the children's play facility. This was our last family break away before my son and his family emigrated. I am also a holiday let owner . This was the most expensive property we have ever booked (Two thousand eight hundred pounds for 4 nights), and as such, we expected it to be top quality. Sadly, it fell short. Most importantly the play area (the reason we chose this property) was too dangerous to use. (broken rotting frame & jammed door on playhouse. The climbing frame, swing and slide ustable and unsafe. Other issues included Bathroom not cleaned at all with dirty laundry left in bedroom. Slip covers of dining chairs /bar stools grubby and marked. Sofa in kitchen dirty. The decking area overall dirty moss growing. Unwashed crockery in kitchen cupboards. Carpet on stairs grubby There were also a number of other smaller issues. I realise our experience was at odds with all other reviewers however it was a premium let and it ruined a very special break away for us all. Jackie the host explained it was a new cleaner, but the two hundred and fifty pounds refund given in no way reflected the disappointment we experienced. I hope things improve

Lovely house with a great children’s play area in the garden

This great family house Is an ideal base for exploring the area. There are a good selection of pubs in the area all a short drive away. The house is well set up for cooking meals at home with an outdoor seating area and a gas barbecue.

Beautiful House

Really lovely, spacious house in the heart of the New Forest with all mod cons and loads of space for a big family group such as ours. Everything of a very high spec and lots of useful extras (such as soap, dishwasher powder etc) which were very appreciated. Lovely comfortable beds and bed linen. Huge garden and plenty of parking for all our cars. Would highly recommend as a base for family gatherings to this lovely area.

Amazing property and Hosts

I have stayed at many properties, however we always end bringing the whole kitchen as in spices and other bits. This house had it all there and not only that Jackie also left a lovely Welcome hamper with Prosecco, bread, crackers and other bits. This house was amazing cleaned to too standards, bbq outside! Honestly one of my favorite places to stay! The neighbours so friendly, our dog went through a whole in the front garden and ran away! The neighbours even the post man helped. I will definitely be booking again. Thank you Jackie we loved it xxx

Everything you need for a great getaway!

This his was wonderful for my family of 4. With 2 young children. It had all the amenities we needed and great outdoor space. A short drive to all you need. No hesitation to book.

Family time at tiptoe

Lovely property, very spacious, clean and everything you need there, we had two babies with us and had to use the car every time we went out because of no pavements outside property and narrow country lanes But didn’t stop ya going out, the only minor downside was the outside lighting in the garden, could do with a bit more, especially over the b b cue area as we like to cook a bit later and it got very dark and we couldn't see, but we had a fantastic time at this lovely house and would definitely go again
