ワンダフルウィローコテージ

Thank you so much for staying with us

Hi, Thank you so much for your lovely feedback. We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay and that the house was suitable for your mixed-generation group. It’s also great to hear that you enjoyed the location. Thank you for bringing these points to our attention. We will certainly pass the feedback on to our housekeeping and maintenance teams so that the floors and bathroom flush can be looked into. Regarding the mosquitoes, we are a little surprised to hear this, as it is the first time this has been mentioned to us, and our cleaning team did not notice anything unusual during their visit. Nevertheless, we will keep an eye on this. Regarding wheelchair access, we appreciate you highlighting this. While the property offers spacious, single-level accommodation internally, we understand that the steps at the entrances and the gravel outside can present difficulties for wheelchair users. We will review how we describe the accessibility of the property to ensure expectations are clear for future guests. We are a little sorry that these matters weren’t brought to our attention during your stay. We did reach out to ask whether you needed any assistance, and we would have genuinely appreciated the opportunity to help or address any concerns while you were with us. Nevertheless, thank you again for taking the time to share your feedback. It is genuinely appreciated and helps us improve the experience for future guests.

Thank you so much for your lovely and detailed review. We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the property, particularly the spacious garden, well-equipped kitchen and dining area, and that it provided a great base for exploring the New Forest and Hampshire/Dorset coast. We’re also pleased that you found our communication excellent and that we were able to resolve the couple of issues quickly during your stay. We’ll certainly look into the patio door mat and the toilet flush. As the property is not connected to mains drainage, we do ask guests to only flush toilet paper, as flushing anything else can unfortunately cause blockages in the tank. We really appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Thank you as well for your other feedback. It’s really helpful to us and we’ll take your comments on board as we’re always looking for ways to improve the property and provide the best possible experience for our guests. It was a pleasure hosting you and your family, and we hope to welcome you back again in the future. 😊

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're thrilled to hear that you and your group enjoyed the space, the garden, and all the modern touches. It's great to know the house worked well for your vacation. We agree a car makes exploring the nearby beaches and attractions much easier, and we're glad you found it convenient. We'd love to welcome you back anytime!

Thank you Melissa what a wonderful review. You're welcome back anytime!

thanks so much Alison we would love to have you back again

Thank you for your thoughtful review. We’re so pleased you enjoyed the house, location, and communication throughout your stay. We really appreciate your feedback regarding the garden and the back door mat, and we’ve already addressed the mat issue to make the area safer. Thank you as well for mentioning the maintenance points — these have now also been sorted. Your feedback is genuinely helpful and allows us to keep improving the experience for our guests. We’re glad you had an overall lovely stay and would be delighted to welcome you back to the New Forest in the future.

Hi Ian, thanks for your excellent review. It was a pleasure hosting you. We agree that it's a great location on a quiet road. I'm so pleased to hear the whole family LOVED the cottage! Regarding the kitchen, this is first feedback we’ve had of that, and we will replenish the kitchen ASAP as seems some things may of gone ‘missing’ thank you for your understanding and we’d love to have you back!

Thank you so much for staying with us, would love to have you back again.

Thanks so much for staying, we are so glad you enjoyed the place we agree it is in the ideal location. The garden being the ideal place for children to run as you’ve mentioned. The lounge rug we’ve never had this raised as an issue by multiple familiars over the year but will get an anti slip under it. The rad box was screwed on prior to your check in it seems a little person might of thought it was a climbing frame! 😄 anyway would be lovely to have you back again warmest

Thank you for your kind words! We're so glad the house worked well for your family gathering. It's great to hear you enjoyed the spacious rooms and the garden perfect for kids to run around! We definitely try to maintain a peaceful environment for everyone, so we appreciate your understanding regarding the neighbors. It sounds like your stay was just what you were hoping for, and we're happy to have been part of your trip!

thanks very much for staying we'd love to have you back in the future warmest

Hi Priya thanks for your message it's such a shame that you felt the need to leave a 2-star review over this (and our only 2 star review to date) which has nothing to do with the cottage and experience. For the sake of clarity your original messages went to spam, as soon as you left a voice message our team located the emails in junk and immediately paid the £165.00. In fact this has already been paid to you prior to this review date and time. On top of that we had planned to pay a £50 goodwill gesture on top of that today. We wish you the best but are disappointed in how you have portrayed this. Such shame. Also for the sake of other guests, the overcharge happened due to the many changes Priya kept making to her booking, (making two bookings/ changing the dates /wanting to add a date etc.) So this was a genuine oversight due to the confusion of the many changes.

thanks so much we hope to have you back again!
