"I can only really echo t...

"I can only really echo the previous testimonials. The house was great and we all hugely enjoyed our stay. The four floors provided plenty of space and the kitchen was a brilliant room for cooking together and entertaining in. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived and prettily decorated. The local shops a few minutes away were great for fresh bread and croissants in the morning or any other food we required. Biarritz was a lovely town too, lovely beaches and a buzzing nightlife."

"Nous avions loué cette maison pour un "team booster" d''entreprise. Parfaitement adaptée à ce genre d''événement, la configuration de la maison permettait de bien séparer les espaces de travail, de détente, et le coin nuit dans les étages supérieurs. Cette maison spacieuse comportant de nombreuses chambres, salles de bain et de nombreux lits séparés a permis a l''équipe de collègues que nous étions de préserver un minimum de distances. Comme décrit dans l''annonce, nous n''avons pas eu besoin de prendre la voiture : les commerces sont proches et la plage ainsi que le centre ville sont facilement accessible à pied. Les environs sont très calmes et la proximité du lycée n''est absolument pas génante. Cette maison très accueillante et décorée avec goût est parfaitement équipée (matériel de cuisine (machines et dosettes Nespresso!), vaisselle, salon de jardin, jeux de plage, jeux de société, guides touristiques...). Elle était très bien préparée pour notre arrivée et très propre. D''autre part, les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, réactifs et arrangeants. Excellente prestation, a refaire !"

"A very clean, quiet, well appointed and tastefully furnished house. We were delighted with the vast array of kitchen equipment and utensils. The interaction with the lessee prior to the contract and the lessee's agent for the introduction to the house and final inspection was welcoming, helpful and friendly. We very much enjoyed our stay in Biarritz!"

"The house could not have...

"The house could not have been more perfect! Inside it was very clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well equipped to look after a large group and had a good range of electrical appliance to cater for most needs. The garden is a great place to start the day and take in some early sunshine. The large patio table would comfortably sit 10 for a meal and probably 14 at a squeeze! The area in which the house sits is great, its a short stroll to the beach past some great deli's and bakeries. The welcome we had from the house-keeper was great and she was a welcoming face after a long journey to Biarritz."

"Maison familiale très agréable, accueillante et très bien placée, dans laquelle on se sent comme chez soi. Idéale pour des séjours réunissant deux familles, chacun pouvant préserver son indépendance. La grande cuisine spacieuse et très bien équipée est un vrai lieu de convivialité. Le quartier est calme et malgré tout proche des commerces, ce qui rend la voiture superflue.Très bon séjour de 2 semaines à Noël."
