You can only hear the sound of nature – the birds and the sea You can enjoy your absolutely privacy in the serene landscape of the house and live alternative luxury of the authenticity ™.

A house with many views for all the tastes! Every angle has views that vary with mountains, sea-shores, archipelago, bright blue sky or endless star-lit sky and sunsets painting the landscape different colours every day. You can “escape” in your own private world of Kionio while still being close to the main amenities. Far from the civilization but close to bliss and well-being.

One of the most beautiful homes in Greece

Photos cannot do the Kionio Sea House justice. The house is impeccable and everyone we met on the Island said that it was the most beautiful house in Ikaria. The house deserves to grace magazine covers. Apostolos is an absolute gem and the other members of his family we dealt with were so kind and accommodating. We felt very lucky to spend time there. Be mindful of distances to access other parts of the island as Ikaria is large, but being on the far end forces you to relax and switch off entirely. I look forward to when we can come again.
