Peu convaincant

L'extérieur serait agréable sauf barbecue non entretenu et inutilisable et pas de transats. L'intérieur est vétuste, équipement cuisine insuffisant et très usager, ameublement sommaire et malcommode. Ce n'est pas ce qu'on attend dune location de vacances normale, même modeste

Le barbecue a été utilisé tout l'été, s'il manquait quelque chose, vous pouviez le communiquer afin que nous puissions nous en occuper Le transat est sur le côté de la maison et le mobilier intérieur est exactement ce que vous voyez sur la photo

Villetta in zona tranquilla

Ottima posizione, fuori dal caos cittadino e comoda ai collegamenti per tutte le migliori spiagge di Alghero. Padrona di casa presente e disponibile ma mai invadente, anzi sempre pronta per spiegazioni o suggerimenti. Particolarmente apprezzato lo spazio esterno

Casa bella e ottima posizione , arredamento e bagno anni 30 e mezzo rotto

Per noi ( essendo solo 2 amici) è andata bene ma non lo consiglio per famiglia con bimbi , box doccia oltre che piccolissimo tutto rotto cassetta wc rotta e comunque anni 30 arredamento da rivedere , detto questo è un peccato perché la casa invece è molto bella e veramente a 7 min dal centro ma anche questa è lasciata un po’ così , luci parco ( rotte( funziona 1 su 4 ) ripeto per amici va bene se fossi venuto in famiglia forse avrei cambiato casa

L'arredamento è esattamente quello che si vede in foto, per cui mi pare un commento inutile. Per quanto riguarda gli altri interventi, non ci sono stati da voi segnalati per cui non siamo potuti intervenire, mi dispiace.

Vacanza ad Alghero

Appartamento curato con ampio giardino in una zona molto tranquilla in periferia a circa 1km da Alghero. Sicuramente sé dovessimo tornare in vacanza in zona sarà la prima scelta. Consigliato!!

L'endroit extérieur est agréable mais la cuisine n'est pas propre et vétuste, la porte de la douche ne ferme pas correctement , les WC sont entartrés, il y a plein de fourmis, et le dépôt des poubelles n'est pas sur place....

Vacanza ad Alghero

Appartamento molto tranquillo a meno d 10 min dal centro ma in zona silenziosa con ingresso indipendente(solo il cancello d’ingresso e’ in comunione con l’altra casa presente nella proprieta’).Posizione strategica per visitare tutte le più belle spiagge d Alghero e dintorni fino alla splendida Stintino,l’Asinara e le grotte di Nettuno.

Nice little house in pretty garden.

This house is in a great location for getting into Alghero easily and is close to a Conad supermarket. You can also take the road past Fertilia to the beaches - Bombarde, Lazzaretto and Mugoni - without going though Alghero itself. It's also an easy drive from the airport, about ten minutes, although we arrived in the dark and got slightly lost! However, it's very easy to find in the daylight with Daniela's instructions. Daniela e molto gentile! Our flight was very late and it was after midnight when we arrived, but she was very kind and welcoming. The house was a perfect size for us (a couple) and the kitchen was well-equipped. It's on a residential road so there was a bit of noise from the neighbours, but mostly it was very peaceful and tranquil!

Soggiorno ideale per famiglia con bambini (5 anni e 2 1/2). Proprietà molto ben tenuta. Casa pulita. Daniela (la proprietaria) molto disponibile e gentile. Da consigliare a chi desidera il mare, ma... con calma e tranquillità. A pochi minuti da tutto (Alghero, supermercati, spiagge). Accoglienza sarda leggendaria! Raccomandiamo vivamente.

La location è molto tranq...

La location è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, a un paio di kilometri dal centro di Alghero e vicina a tutte le più belle spiagge del litorale. Ovviamente è consigliato a coloro che con macchina propria amano girare un po' cambiando spiagge. Posto auto comodissimo, inoltre c'è un bellissimo giardino curato dove poter prendere anche il sole e un bel patio dove pranzare (solo a colazione batte un po' il sole) buona pulizia generale e fornitura di accessori da cucina adeguata. I proprietari sono molto cortesi e disponibili, in definitiva un posto ideale dove soggiornare per scoprire Alghero e dintorni senza il caos della movida.
