Studio that can sleep 2 with oceanfront views from the lanai
PORTABLE A/C UNIT was added in 2016 when ocean breezes and fans aren't enough.
We have one of the few units in the building with an ACTUAL outdoor patio to enjoy the beautiful ocean view, which is direct ocean front, with famous Magic Sands Beach right next door!
Recent upgrades include a 55" big screen TV with Blu Ray player, Netflix and free WIFI access, stereo system, queen mattress with memory foam topper, extra bedding and linens, and an added TV above the armoire in the bedroom area. There is a large collection of DVD's and books to enjoy as well. The kitchen is fully stocked with small appliances including microwave, blender, coffeemaker, rice maker and coffee grinder along with glasses, pots, pans, silverware, and various seasonings and spices. The kitchen and bath have updated granite counters. The bathroom shower has a raised shower head for our taller guests.
We've also added plenty of extra amenities like extra large beach towels, snorkel gear, beach chairs, coolers, picnic blankets, boogie boards and beach umbrellas for your afternoons at the beach next door. We've provided two sets of binoculars for whale and fish watching from the lanai.There are two BBQ's on site by the oceanfront pool and a coin-op laundry room downstairs. Free assigned parking spot for one car is also included.
Please note that there is no elevator in the building and we are located on the top floor (third floor), but it's worth the steps for the fantastic views!
We are conveniently located within 2-3 miles of downtown Kailua-Kona and all it's inviting shops and restaurants.

My husband Glenn, and I have been vacationing on the Hawaiian Islands for the last 30 years. With our children now grown and moving on, we decided to make one of our dreams come true by owning our own little piece of heaven in Kona. Great place to stay! Clean and had everything we could need. The view from the Lanai is spectacular! Loved waking up to the sounds of the ocean. Great beach right next door. We would stay here again, thank you!
Excellent Oceanfront location!!!
Jan and Glen have thought of everything. The dining deck is perfect with the Ocean a few feet away. The location next to Magic Sands Beach, literally steps away, and close to shopping and dining is great. Excellent hosts and great communication. Super clean, all amenities, wonderful ocean breezes night and day. Run, don’t walk, to this vacation rental. Aloha!

Fabulous stay in a great location!
First time to the Big Island and hit it right with this condo. Beautifully decorated, very clean, right size for a couple, and not in a huge complex. We often saw dolphins, outrigger canoes, and more just sitting having our morning coffee from our third floor, ocean front perch. With an active jewel of a beach on one side and a park on the other, we spent good chunks of time without needing to get in the car. We loved the location overall - not far from a grocery, Captain Cook, farmers markets, etc. And when it rained elsewhere we were the driest spot around. Thank you for the use of this condo. It was truly a treat!
It really does help to be oceanfront, and only a few miles from all the shops and restaurants. The beach next door has some of the best snorkeling in the area too!

Great ocean view.
Would recommend it to friends. In this condo complex our unit was one of the few that had a lanai. The others had a sliding door that opened to the outside (with a railing across the opening) but there wasn't a separate lanai/balcony area. That arrangement probably gave those units more interior room, but our unit was spacious enough. In the morning we could see small yellow fish in the breakers right from our chairs on the lanai. The sound of the ocean at night was soothing.
