Top Floor Oceanfront Studio #311 W/LANAI and A/C


COOL A/C IS AVAILABLE when ocean breezes aren't enough.
Unit # 311 - We have one of the few units in the building with an ACTUAL outdoor patio to enjoy the beautiful ocean view, which is direct ocean front, with famous Magic Sands Beach right next door! And with our COOL A/C, you couldn't ask for
a better place to stay! Magics Beach Grill, the onsite restaurant, is open right downstairs.
Our unit includes a 55" big screen TV with Blu Ray player, Netflix and free WIFI access, stereo system, along with extra bedding and linens. There is a large collection of DVD's and books to enjoy as well. The kitchen is fully stocked with small appliances including microwave, blender, coffeemaker, rice maker and coffee grinder along with glasses, pots, pans, silverware, and various seasonings and spices. The kitchen and bath have granite counters. The bathroom shower has a raised shower head for our taller guests.
We've also added plenty of extra amenities like extra large beach towels, snorkel gear, beach chairs, coolers, picnic blankets, boogie boards and beach umbrellas for your afternoons at the local beaches. We've provided fishing poles and binoculars for whale and fish watching from the lanai. There are two BBQ's on site by the oceanfront pool and a coin-op laundry room downstairs. Free assigned parking spot for one car is also included.
Please note that there is no elevator in the building and we are located on the top floor (third floor), but it's worth the steps for the fantastic views!
We are conveniently located within 2-3 miles of downtown Kailua-Kona and all it's inviting shops and restaurants.
THIS UNIT IS DESIGNED AND SET UP FOR TWO ADULTS.

Make sure to return the pool key for the next guests to use.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Check in time has changed to 4pm to allow our cleaning staff extra time to sanitize the unit for your arrival.

The host was fantastic. Excellent communications and the condo was exactly as advertised. Actually it was better provisioned than than advertised. The views and ocean sounds were so relaxing. Though we didn't spend much time there besides aleeping. The property itself was a bit old and rough around the edges. And the condo was kinda of crammed. Could only recommend this for solo travelers or couples. Those are my only "complaints" and they are very minor. For the price, you're not going to find a nicer and more convenient place to stay directly in Kona, with a front and center unobstructed view of the ocean right outside your balcony. I would definitely recommend this place.

The host was very quick to respond when I had questions or info to pass along. The balcony is beautiful and perfect to have our morning coffee at while watching the waves. The bed was comfy, the room had a lot of extra blankets, pillows, and towels available! The room just needs some small updates and the curtain railing was rusted which made it rough to open and close the curtains. Overall the views were unbeatable and I would stay again!

Here is the deal on Magic Sands property. You cannot beat the location if it’s your first time on the Big Island. Right on the ocean which is what you see once you are settled. That said it’s an older property and it’s got some funk. Our stay in 311 was very good in that the outdoor lanai, top floor made us happy to call it home for our week! The owners are super responsive and have been excellent in helping me retrieve a left item.

Absolutely beautiful beachfront! The location was perfect for us. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet, laid back vacation spot. I’m sad to leave it. The waves are quite loud which we enjoyed each evening. Mahalo.

Our stay was fabulous! The studio was spotless and beautifully decorated with everything we needed to prepare meals in the kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our morning coffee and sunset happy hour on the lanai, overlooking the ocean with the occasional glimpse of dolphins right in front of us. We look forward to returning!

My husband and I are so happy we chose this place. The view from the balcony was amazing. Perfect location + well appointed condo

We loved our stay at Magic Sands. The location was perfect for our daily trips exploring the island. We loved the view from the lanai while sipping our morning coffee as well as our nightly mai tai and listening to the crashing waves. I highly recommend this property.
