Nestled at the southern end of Seven Mile Beach, this lovely, well-appointed, comfortable 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom condominium boasts a breathtaking view of the ocean, private oceanfront pool & hot tub and lovely wide-open lawns.

The master bedroom features a king sized bed and en suite bathroom with an oversized tub, separate shower and double vanity. A full guest bathroom and two guest bedrooms (one with a king sized bed and the other with two twins) are located on the opposite side of the unit, allowing for privacy and comfort for everyone. The condominium’s vaulted ceiling and 4-way airflow add to its spacious feel. The defining feature of the 1805 sq ft. unit is the private, screened-in terrace overlooking the ocean that runs the width of the unit, perfect for a sunrise cup of coffee, an alfresco meal or falling asleep in a lounge chair to the sound of the waves. The unit is furnished with all the amenities of a comfortable well equipped home: a large dining room table (seats 10), fully furnished kitchen, washer & dryer, two TV’s, a DVD player, Wi-Fi access, plus lovely oriental rugs, original Caribbean art, games, puzzles and books.

The views from this top floor condominium are absolutely stunning, looking straight out to the turquoise Caribbean water. Uniquely easy access to the unit is just 15 steps from the driveway to a detached, outside elevator, then only 20 steps to the front door. Stair access is also just around the corner from the condominium.

The Crescent Point complex (total of only 27 units) maintains a large oceanfront free-form pool with lounge chairs and umbrellas as well as lounge chairs just steps away on the private beach, perfect for reading a book or an unparalleled view of the sunset every evening. Lush, manicured grounds, out-door grills, freshwater beach showers and a Jacuzzi are all situated beachside and are available for use any time you’d like. An onsite property manager is available Monday through Friday and a free fitness center in is on the premises for your use.

Other Amenities:

Water sport rentals such as stand up paddle boards, wave-runners, parasailing, sea kayaks, and banana boat rides are available a very short walk up the beach. Why Lou Ann Hillman chose Grand Cayman

Our Family has been vacationing in Grand Cayman every year since 1978 when the airport terminal was merely a thatched roof building! As we were enamored with Grand Cayman and found it to be an excellent family vacation destination, we purchased a time-share unit in the neighboring complex, Plantation Village. Our family grew, with daughters-in-law, sons-in-law and eventually 7 grandchildren. So, we expanded our time-share ownership to three units at Plantation Village. Then, development of the track of land immediately next door started. We walked throughout the construction site, and loved the vaulted ceilings and the spectacular views up Seven Mile Beach, that unit #24 provided, so we purchased the unit to provide a permanent vacation home. Our family still continues to enjoy this treasured spot several times throughout the year. Clearly, we LOVE The Cayman Islands, and in particular, our quiet end of Seven Mile Beach. We have shared many fun days and weeks here together and created beautiful memories as our family has grown and evolved. We hope you too, will enjoy this unbelievably beautiful vacation destination with your family or friends!

What makes this condo unique

This condominium has stunning views! Even other owners in the complex marvel at the open, airy ambiance afforded by the vaulted ceilings of our unit, and the unique view that opens out across the Complex’s lushly landscaped pool area to the myriad of intense shades of blue offered by Caribbean ocean. Our home is tastefully decorated with a variety of furnishings that add to the beauty, charm and “hominess” of the unit. Unloading and loading your suitcases, gear, groceries or shopping bags is incredibly easy as you can pull your car right up close to the detached, outside elevator and you can lift those items (as well as yourself!) up to within feet of the unit’s front door. We are a licensed tourist accommodation, which is inspected by the Department of Tourism and meets their rigorous requirements for cleanliness, safety and quality.

We loved this condo!

This is is a very spacious and clean condo with an amazing view of the ocean and wonderful facilities. Lou Ann was very helpful and responsive with the booking. The beds were very comfortable and we spent lots of time on the wonderful screened balcony. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. The grounds are so beautiful and well maintained. The beach is relatively quiet and there was always an available sun lounger under the shade of the palm trees. This is a smaller complex, so is much quieter than larger resorts, so a bit of an oasis on seven mile beach. Location is great aswell as you can walk along the beach to the Marriott to Red sail sports for boat rentals etc, or to Icoa for great food. The supermarket is very close. Paradise! The condo manager Pauline is a very friendly and helpful. We would be back in a flash!

Perfect Condo and Beach Location!

Everything about this condo was perfect... it easily accommodated our family of 5 for a weeks vacation in late June. We were thrilled with the place, large, comfortable, clean and had a perfect view of the Caribbean from the 3rd floor screened deck. We planned to spend the week chilling at the pool and beach, in the condo and snorkeling just about every day and this is just what we did. The Crescent Point condo is on the south end of Seven Mile Beach, and besides the immaculate pool area and landscaping, has a private beach with amazing sunsets. Snorkeling and diving of course are a big part of the allure of the Caymans, but you don't have to go far for great snorkeling... each day we found ourselves in at one site or another on Grand Cayman, but you'll find that the swimming/snorkeling in and around the Crescent Point beach to be outstanding. The condo is perfectly located on the island, easily walkable to shops and restaurants and 20 minutes to the airport. Lou Ann was super responsive with booking info and answers to questions etc, and checking-in/out was seamless. There are lots of lodging choices on Seven Mile Beach, but it's hard to imagine a better on then this! I would definitely book this condo again!

A Great Choice!

We did a lot of research on a place to stay for our 10 day visit to Grand Cayman. We were there for a family wedding and didn’t want to stay at an expensive resort and have to pay all of the extra $ for meals, etc.

There were 5 of us. We narrowed down the search to two condos. After speaking with Lou Ann and being impressed with her attention to detail, responsiveness and helpfulness we decided to book her condo. We were not disappointed!!! Her on-site manager Pauline was also very helpful and made sure we were all set with what we needed.

Overall it is a wonderful location and the unit is spacious and comfortable. The condo was spotlessly clean and very well appointed with any items we needed. Other comments from the others in my family who stayed there include;

* lots of closet/drawer space for storing clothes

* nice touches of art/art work

* additional touches such as puzzles, books and games

* solid efficient air conditioning (so necessary!!)

* clean, well maintained pool & hot tub

* well maintained grounds

* large new BBQs for use by residents/guests

* responsive on-site management at the property

* well situated at south end of Seven Mile Beach - quieter section but easy access to more active areas

* easy car access to shopping @ Kirk’s food market (7 min.)

* easy 5 minute walk to beachside bar @ Marriott

We would rent this condo again if we are ever fortunate enough to be able to return to Grand Cayman!

Perfect Island Condo

If you want a perfect island vacation in the best condominium on the planet, this is the place to stay. My family and I had the immense pleasure to stay for nearly a week in this beautiful Crescent Point condominium. The unit is perfect in every way. The pictures are nice; but being there is better.

My wife and I rendezvoused there with our grown son for a little diving, snorkeling and Island Life. It might have been my best vacation ever and this condominium played a starring role.

It’s a short walk passed the pool to the private beach and snorkeling and an easy walk to scores of great places to eat and shopping. The location is ideal if you want to make your way to town (which is close), the marina, or to simply explore Seven Mile Beach and the hotels there (poor minions).

When we weren’t taking in the island, this place was the perfect “home” to come home to. We cooked BBQ out by the pool and elaborate meals in the big open kitchen. We played Scrabble on the big veranda overlooking the Caribbean Sea and had talks into the night in the expansive family room.

If you’re looking for a place for a romantic adventure or the best family gathering ever, this is the place to be.

I look forward to when I get to go back.

What a View!

We were looking for a place to unwind after a trying year and we found it. When we walked in the door of this condo right away we were walking on beautiful oriental rugs which lead to us to the huge balcony with the fabulous view of the sea. Wow! From then on the balcony was our favorite spot to eat our meals, read books, and just stare out to sea while sitting under the whirling ceiling fans.

The condo is nicely decorated, but still a home with everything we needed to cook meals, do the laundry, and just hang out. It was so nice to have so much space and privacy when compared to staying in a hotel. And, the grounds and swimming pool were perfect. Pauline, the rental manager, was often about making sure that the pool was maintained and that the grounds were perfectly groomed.

We were not inclined to rent a car because in the Cayman Islands they drive on the left, but that didn’t matter. We were able to walk almost anywhere including to the grocery store (the very well stocked Kirk Market) and even into George Town for dinner, if we were ambitious. When we were not up to walking, we found the local bus system to be great. Just wave a passing bus down, give them $2 Caymanian, and off we went to see the sights or out to lunch. The bus drivers were very helpful even going so far as to divert off the main road and take us in to the Pedro St. James Castle historic sight when we went there.

All in all, we are so glad that we went to the Cayman Islands and that we stayed in this lovely condominium.

Beautiful home - great location, wonderful vacation!

We had a great week in the Cayman Islands thanks to our stay in this beautiful condo! I was a little nervous renting with someone outside of the US for the first time, but the owner was incredibly responsive to all of my questions and it honestly couldn't have gone any smoother. The condo was very roomy and well appointed, the view out the back of the unit was breathtaking! We spent a lot of time in the pool out back as well as walking down the beach every morning. I'd highly recommend this condo over a hotel stay any day - whether because of the space we had in the condo, the washer dryer unit, the kitchen (we were able to save money by eating most of our meals at the condo) or all of the amenities - it was a fabulous week! Thanks Lou Ann and Pauline for all of your help!
