Amenities were good. Cook ware is not so good. Coffee pot needs to be replaced. Layout was very good. Location is great. Could stand a deep cleaning. We enjoyed our family time.

Bonita, Sorry the new coffee maker was not to your liking. The annual deep clean is done in Dec. of each year. The only issues you reported during your stay was when your husband jammed the sink closed and could not figure out how to open the drain in the sink.

This was an incredible condo! The views were spectacular, common areas were extremely spacious and it was very clean and well decorated! The beach view from the main living room was jaw dropping! The deck view was also amazing! We saw dolphins 3 days during our trip from the deck, so incredible and relaxing! Not to mention that you are just feet from the beach! Loved every minute of it! I highly recommend this rental!

Easy check in, great location, comfortable furniture, everything we needed to cook a few meals. Dryer was painfully slow and we never found the switch for the disposal.

Great stay!

This is a great property, right on the water. Easy access to stores and restaurants. We enjoyed a week of relaxing, taking in the views and having fun. Plenty of space for everyone. Internet was great as well. I would book again without thinking twice.

We stayed at this townhouse for 4 nights 5 days. It was my husband, son (15), daughter and her best friend (both 11). I was VERY pleased with the communication. SeaStar Lewis was awesome. The townhouse itself was spacious, clean and had what we needed. Couches were comfy, 3 decks were awesome, everything worked, dishwasher door was a little wonky but still worked so who cares, and they indeed have "soft, fluffy towels". The kids said that their beds were comfortable. The best thing, and the reason why we came to Destin, was to go to the beach. I found a couple of condos that were a bit cheaper. They had pools. After discussing with my husband we chose the townhouse. We have a pool, but if you don't I STRONGLY encourage you to do this townhouse. It is ON the beach. You walk out the lower level door onto a deck, down your private ramp, right onto the sand. The beach is there with your chairs and umbrella waiting. NO lugging a wagon full of crap out your condo door, down a hallway, to wait for an elevator with random strangers. No trucking it back to your condo because someone is thirsty or you ran out of sunblock. No getting to the beach before 9 AM so save your spot. At this townhouse, you get to the beach when you want. The beach is private. It's a quick run up to the townhouse for anything missed. I was also comfortable with the kids running to the townhouse by themselves, I could see them and its just so easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Destin Vacation

Loved the townhouse we stayed in. Right on private beach, large covered bottom level deck to enjoy eating lunch. Walking distance to several local beach restaurants. ❤️ It!!!

Overall the place was nice, access to the beach fantastic. Great location!

My family had a fantastic time, renting the property was easy! We were told there was no place to charge a golf cart, however, the neighbors all used the outside electrical outlets to charge theirs.

Beach Getaway

Great location, beautiful condo. Love being right on the beach. Great response from management—Our dryer broke and was promptly replaced the next morning. Clean, comfortable and well equipped property. Will definitely stay again.

Great week!

We had a fantastic stay at green reef #3. The layout is great and the living area is so spacious and comfortable. Access to the beach is the best we’ve had. There is a security guards that keeps the beach truly private and we were very thankful for that. Highly recommend this property.
