Full hotel services include 24-hour front desk, daily maid and bell services, concierge, room service, daily complimentary in-room coffee and newspaper, grocery delivery and guest charging privileges at select restaurants and golf courses. Television/DVD player, CD player and in-room safe is all included. No Resort fees!

Absolutely wonderful!

This was the perfect condo for our recent vacation to Hawaii. The separate temperature controls in the bedrooms were unexpected and very much appreciated! We thought that the condo had a well supplied kitchen for the meals in. The washer and dryer were top of the line. Owner was very responsive and easy to work with! The pool area and covered Lani was a great place to watch Sunday football poolside. We would come back there again!

Wonderful place to stay

We had a wonderful vacation staying at this property. The condo is spacious, maintenance is great, view is breathtaking, and beach is perfect for all kinds of enjoyment. We will go back again for sure and would highly recommend this property to friends and family.

Kaanapali Alii Unit 244

Overall we had a great stay at the Kaanapali Alii. This is our favorite property on Maui due to the great beach, easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping, and awesome pool area staff. We took advantage of the cabana chairs every day! Unit 244 was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The only drawback was that some of the lightbulbs burned out while we were there, and due to the other lamps with low wattage bulbs, the place seemed dark. That said, we did not contact the front desk about the light bulbs, but it was not a big deal. Sat was very quick in responding to all our questions and a pleasure to work with.

Kaanapalli Alii

Unit was fantastic but I would like to see better coordination between the unit owner/mgmt. and the building management. I needed a pillow and blanket for the pullout and when I went to the office/frontdesk they informed me that I had to pay to rent the pillow and blanket from the property because the unit mgmt. company never returned my call/request.

The property is gorgeous and the unit was beautiful and perfect for our family!

Owner's Response: You should have called Trinity and they do not charge extra for extra pillow. Classic is not out cleaning agent. Sorry you had to pay and we will reimburse you $10..Trinity came for in between cleaning and you did not open door. I am trying to get you your cleaning refund.

Comfortable, clean and well furnished.

I would have given this beautiful unit 5 stars except for the minor details that were immediately taken care of when we moved in. Completely furnished in detail, excellent mountain views, lovely pool and BBQ facilities. Would definitely come again and recommend to friends.
