My favourite complex and unit in Kaanapali! Can’t wait to come back next year!

Kaanapalli Alii

Unit was fantastic but I would like to see better coordination between the unit owner/mgmt. and the building management. I needed a pillow and blanket for the pullout and when I went to the office/frontdesk they informed me that I had to pay to rent the pillow and blanket from the property because the unit mgmt. company never returned my call/request.

The property is gorgeous and the unit was beautiful and perfect for our family!

Owner's Response: You should have called Trinity and they do not charge extra for extra pillow. Classic is not out cleaning agent. Sorry you had to pay and we will reimburse you $10..Trinity came for in between cleaning and you did not open door. I am trying to get you your cleaning refund.

Comfortable, clean and well furnished.

I would have given this beautiful unit 5 stars except for the minor details that were immediately taken care of when we moved in. Completely furnished in detail, excellent mountain views, lovely pool and BBQ facilities. Would definitely come again and recommend to friends.

Lovely condo in great location

The condo was clean and well appointed with everything needed for a great time. The location was great for walking to eat and and shop. We enjoyed using the grills looking out at the ocean complete with a fresh herb garden near the grills.

Great Location, Gorgeous Resort, Comfortable Condo!

We just returned from a stay in this unit. Unit was very clean upon arrival. It comfortably accommodated 3 adults and 3 kids (ages 11,6,4). The pull out was great for 3 kids to sleep on (2 on bed, 1 on remaining portion of couch). Unit is exactly as advertised. Grounds are gorgeous and clean and really well maintained. We enjoyed many rainbows over the mountains on the lanai. Pool was never crowded. Never an issue finding seats together at the pool, although the shade is limited if you want a lounge chair. They do have a lottery system for some of the hut shade umbrellas. Sign up the day before and if you "win" your name will be on the hut the next day. Kinda a cool system. There is an area right next to pool with comfortable patio seating and a tv that is all in the shade. Beach was great and literally a 3 min walk from the condo. So convenient to be able to walk to so many restaurants down the beach path as well as the ABC store at Whalers Village for some necessities! We were treated just like any other guest of the resort. We grilled out a few nights, which was really nice. Grilling area has a cabinet with some spices and grilling necessities. No floats or balls allowed in the pool. Hot tub was a great temperature! Sat was attentive prior to the trip with booking questions and last minute questions about the condo. The small gripe I had was that we chose to pay extra for the "In between" cleaning and it was not as thorough as I would have hoped for the price we paid. I alerted Sat and he said he would talk to cleaning company. We were glad we didn't pay extra to book an ocean view room because we were not in the condo all that often and the rainbows over the mountain were so cool! Loved this condo and the Alii! Thanks for a great experience!

Kaanapali Alii is a very special spot for our family!

Things went without a hitch. The staff is very kind. The location is the best spot on Kaanapali Beach! the room was as advertised. One of the queen mattresses was very firm. The TV's and remotes took some getting use to. The room has a loading dock below. Infrequently trucks backed up with warning horns beeping loudly. Our 3 year old was so tired from playing in the pool and beach she slept through it though.

Owner's Response: Beds are changed.sorry we donot have any loading dock ,loading and unloading is done near elevator and that is not close at all.We specifically changed bed on urgent basis at the guest's request.
