We had a wonderful stay! Kitchen was well-stocked, and sleeping areas already set up for our family of 4. Plenty of room for our dog crate. Everything was extremely clean as exactly as expected from the pictures on the listing. Thank you for your hospitality!

Sally's Cottage ist ein Traum. Die Lage perfekt - top Wohngegend! Es ist wirklich einfach alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Sally ist eine super Gastgeberin. Sogar für den Willkommens Kaffee war alles vorbereitet. Kommunikation mit ihr top. Für eine Familie mit 3 Teenagern etwas klein, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Wonderful place to stay. Beautiful master bedroom, kitchen, living room, bathroom and well designed laundry/utility room. Because it is just a one bedroom cottage, those who sleep on the pull out couch and trundle beds have a cozy experience in the living room, which is what this grandma was looking for!

Close to the main house, but still a very private stay. Lovely, quiet neighborhood, good for morning and evening walks with our dog. The cottage itself is lovely: beautifully decorated, comfortable King sized-bed, and all other necessities, especially AC as it was in the 90's during our stay! Close to Old Sac, downtown, and wonderful family-owned restaurants nearby.

Always a pleasure to stay here

We have been staying at this property annually for 4 years usually 2 weeks at a time. It is always clean and ready for us. It’s in a very beautiful and safe neighborhood. Sally is very easy to work with and always pleasant.

My daughter graduated from high school and I rented this cute little cottage for my in-laws to stay. They loved it! They walked the neighborhood every morning and sat outside on the front patio. They both said it was very comfortable. My mother in law is already thinking about when they can come out again and stay in the cottage because she liked it so much.

We are semi retired, originally from East Coast. Adult daughters and grandchildren are all living in San Francisco and Sacramento. We built the guest house to accommodate their frequent visits with growing families. We are golfers, skiers, tennis players, gardeners and pet owners.

We have lived in the main house for 35 years. Guest House stands on the site of the original barn and caretaker's cottage, which we tore down in 2013. Lot size is 1.3 acres, leaving a huge lawn in front of the guest house patio. Very private, cozy. Shady, large pet enclosure.

Private outdoor space, fenced in yard for occasional dog tenants. Dogs must be approved by owner. Plenty of parking. Cabin style interior with all new (or antique) furnishings and appliances. Dedicated wifi. Significant weekly discount going to $126 per night with 7 plus day rental.
