I sincerely apologize for the condition of some appliances, doors, and air vents, as well as the backed-up shower. I just had the plumber there the week before, but I am pleased the shower issue was resolved during your stay, I am taking your comments about the mold on the air vents seriously and will address it promptly. Your feedback helps the cleaning people improve the cleaning and maintenance standards, and I appreciate you bringing these concerns to my attention.

There is an outdoor rinse station outside of the pool entrance which is located across the parking lot from the condo. Thanks for the feedback. There are no elevators in the Beach Club Condo complex. The units are on 3 floors and my unit is on the 2nd floor. It is definitely not wheel chair accessible. I would recommend bringing smaller pieces of luggage instead of larger pieces of luggage for going up the stairs.
