Wunderbarer Aufenthalt! Tolle Lage und sehr nette Gastgeberin. Dazu eine sehr ruhige, entspannte Gegend. Herrlich! Und der Blick auf das Meer direkt vor der Tür wird unvergesslich bleiben.

Nice seaside getaway

Maite was a great host and was available to answer any questions. The apartment is located at a local beach and the area is quiet and tranquil at night. The proximity to the beach was perfect.

Sería genial que hubiera ventiladores de techo o aire acondicionado en las habitaciones. A pesar de tener todas las ventanas abiertas de la casa, hacía demasiado calor por la noche.

Perfekt für den Strandurlaub

Das Appartment ist kompakt, aber bot genug Platz für unsere Familie mit zwei Erwachsenen und drei Kindern. Die Ausstattung ist gut; es gibt alles, was man benötigt. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist wunderbar, und durch die Außendusche kann man auch den Sand außerhalb des Hauses halten. Maite ist eine klasse Gastgeberin - bei der Ankunft waren einige kalte Getränke bereit, so dass wir uns direkt willkommen fühlten. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar. Ansonsten reichen das Meer und der flache, feinsandige Strand für einen absolut erholsamen Urlaub.

Un remanso de paz privilegiado.

La casa muy limpia, camas nuevas confortables, cuarto de baño grande, las vistas inmejorables, una casita con todos los detalles, los dueños super amables que saben cuidar a sus inquilinos. Un apartamento práctico en altura lo que impide que se llene mucho de arena. Sin duda volveremos. Gracias Maite.

La casa muy acogedora con una vistas espectaculares, duermes escuchando las olas del mar, lo cual hace que te relajes muchísimo. 10 días de ensueño

Hemos estado este verando 10 días en esta propiedad donde Maite desde el primer momento ha sido súper amable y súper atenta. No puede estar mejor ubicada para pasar unos días tranquilos enfrente de la playa, casos funcional y perfecta para estar de vacaciones con todo lo que necesitas. Frente a la playa sin masificar incluso en agosto. El bajar unos escalones y poder salir descalzo a darte un baño no tiene precio, además si le sumas que hay una ducha en la puerta de entrada para quitarte la arena y la sal mejor que mejor. Todo un acierto estas vacaciones, sin lugar a duda se la recomendaria a todo el mundo para tener unas vacaciones de relax. Importante tener coche para desplazarte y lo mas importante cuando llegues relajate y disfruta estaras todo el tiempo escuchando el maravilloso sonido del mar... Ojalá que pueda volver. Gracias Maite por todo.

Excelentes vacaciones

Hemos pasado una semana estupenda en esta casa. Estaba muy limpia y bien equipada. Maite, la propietaria, fue muy amable y maja en todo momento. La zona es tranquila, la playa fantástica y el entorno muy relajante. Seguro que volvemos.

SUPERBES VACANCES LES PIEDS DANS L'EAU !

Nous avons été très satisfaits de cette location sur la plage. L'accueil chaleureux de Maité, la maison très bien entretenue, et surtout le calme du quartier. Les voisins très sympathiques, toujours prêts à nous renseigner. Le boulanger qui vient livrer son pain tous les matins à 9h30, le top ! il faut juste prendre la voiture pour faire les courses. Aucune note négative. On a pu manger au restaurant Di FRATELLI, on y mange très bien, bonne adresse, on y va à pied. Denia est une ville sympathique pour s'y promener et visiter le château et son quartier ancien pittoresque, ainsi que les fêtes du 15/8 à ne pas louper!! Encore mille fois merci à Maïté. Le voyage fut long jusqu'à Toulouse et pas envie surtout de repartir....

Access to the beach is not a problem :-)

Very warm and welcoming host, beautiful location, right on the beach. We were there in October, still warm, can swim in the see and the most important ---- the beach was not crowded at that time. Had an excellent time. We'll be coming back next year. hint, hint, could do with a tea kettle.

Precio calidad estupendo

Los propietarios son encantadores,ha sido una estancia estupenda, la casa es estupenda y el entorno más. Tan cerca de la playa no se puede pedir, más un sitio tranquilo para descansar y relajarse de verdad. Muy recomendable. MIs padres han disfrutado mucho, y mis hermanos también. Volverían seguro.
