Great Apartment

The apartment was as described, and the owners very helpful. The bathroom is a little cramped, but was fine for 2 people - might be a problem if there are more than 2 guests. Plenty of storage etc, and patio furniture. The expectation that guests either provide their own linen, or wash it prior to departure, at 10.00am, was we felt a little unrealistic. Overall a great stay.

Het appartement is goed bereikbaar, de concierge is erg hartelijk, de locatie is aan een rustig strand. Een auto is noodzaak voor boodschappen of een terrasje of een uitje.Het appartement is naast het trappenhuis met lift. Je hoort het als deze in werking is en ook de mensen die in en uitstappen. De entree (aan de galerij) is ook de slaapkamer met een stapelbed.Verder is er een krappe slaapkamer voor 2 kleine mensen: Bed van 1.40m/1.90m met loopruimte rondom van 40cm. In het toilet staat de wasmachine. Wastafel en douche met plakkerig gordijn is in een aparte ruimte.De leefruimte is circa 25m2 met keukenblok, eettafel en slaapbank. Als je tv wil kijken zit je aan tafel of op de doorgezakte bank. En ja, is inderdaad een router voor wifi.We vonden het aardig van mevrouw dat we eerder in het appartement konden want de huurders voor ons waren onverwacht eerder vertrokken. Het appartement is zeer gehorig en zeker nu de naaste buren hun appartement aan het renoveren zijn. Helaas werden we hierover pas 1 dag voor aankomst door de aardige mevrouw ingelicht. Ze hoopte dat wij geen overlast zouden ervaren en verzekerde dat het echt niet lang meer zou duren. Valse voorwendselen want wij zagen dat het nog wel 2 à 3 maanden zou duren. Na mijn verzoek om compensatie bood ze genereus aan dat we nog een week mochten blijven. Op mijn melding niet langer in de herrie en bouwstof te willen zitten kwam geen reaktie meer van de aardige mevrouw. Helaas...

Schöne Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick

Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt.Check in problemlos der Hausmeister ein sehr netter Mann hat uns Restaurant Tipps gegeben und die Abwicklung mit Schlüssel und Kaution war reibungslos. Die Wohnung hat alles was man benötigt. Kommunikation der Vermieter sehr nett . Betten sind sehr gute Matratzen. Wir haben unseren Urlaub genossen.

Sehr gute Lage. Vorne das Meer mit Sandstrand und hinten duftende Orangenbäume. Besonders zu erwähnen sind die guten Parkmöglichkeiten auch mit großen Autos sicher in der Anlage und der nette und immerzu hilfsbereite Hausmeister.

Sejour Flamingo Denia

L'appartement est bien situé. Il est toutefois très encombré. Nous avons recensé près d'une centaine de cintres de récupération dans les placards déjà remplis de divers objets. Peu de place pour ranger les valises. Les ustensiles notamment les poêles encrassées doivent etre changées. Un mini-four posé en équilibre instable sur le micro-ondes. Des fleurs séchées très poussiéreuses. La TV est très ancienne et mérite d'être changée. Nous pouvons rajouter les travaux de ponçage et peinture realisés durant notre sejour occasionnant une énorme poussiere dans tout l'appartement. Nous avons fait preuve de patience !

Résidence et emplacements idéals

Petit appartement très bien placé car donnant directement sur la plage. Le parc et la piscine sont idéalement entretenus. L'appartement en lui même est très fonctionnel, très bien équipé et la terrasse de belle taille. Les photos sont conformes, que de bonnes surprises. La remise des clés par le gardien très sympathique et très disponible et prêt à vous renseigner si besoin facilite les choses. Les propriétaires ont eu la bonne idée de mettre un petit classeur à astuces pour ceux qui ne connaissent pas la région. Le centre ville et port de Dénia sont à 10mn en voiture et une grande surface à moins de 5mn. Bref le pied à terre idéal pour se poser et/ou visiter.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines agréables à Dénia dans cette appartement, la proximité de la plage, la piscine, la tranquillité aussi car nous étions décalés par rapport aux vacanciers....Un petit "b mol" il manquait la climatisation pour passer de meilleur nuit....Mais si non la ville de Dénia est bien placé pour visiter les alentours...très belle région.

El apartamento se ajusta a lo descrito. Apropiado para 2-3 personas, más quedaría bastante justo. Menaje y equipación correctos. Urbanización tranquila, al menos en mayo, a pie de playa. Ojo, el propietario cobra 15 euros más, a pagar al portero, que no están especificados en la oferta ni en el pago final.

Notre séjour s'est très bien déroulé. L'appartement est parfait pour une famille de 5 personnes, il est également très bien équipé. Nous avons apprécié (surtout les enfants) la piscine de cette résidence et l'accès rapide et en toute sécurité à la plage. A recommander.

Notre séjour à DENIA s'est très bien passé, nous avons trouvé le logement très propre, très bien agencé, une literie tout à fait correcte et la résidence parfaitement entretenue. Nous avons pu apprécier : - le calme de la résidence, - l'accès direct à la plage, - toutes les documentations misent à disposition par la propriétaire pour faire des excursions (La région est vraiment très belle et à cette période de l'année il y a peu de touristes) - et la possibilité de pouvoir bénéficier du Wifi. La disponibilité et la gentillesse de la propriétaire est vraiment un plus. La location est à recommander c'est certain. Philippe M

Nous avons trouvé cette location à la dernière minute ... Je peux vous assurer que cette location est bien réelle et que nous y avons passé une semaine fantastique ! L'appartement est tout équipé , wifi etc il est très propre et la literie très bonne. Nous avons profité de la belle terrasse avec vue sur la mer ainsi que de l'accès direct à la plage et de sa piscine. La résidence est très bien entretenue comme l'appartement ! Vous n'aurez aucun soucis pour le parking puisque l'appartement a aussi un parking à disposition. Le centre est seulement à quelques minutes du logement ce qui vous permet de profiter du calme de la plage et de la vie animée le soir. Je finirais par remercier la propriétaire avec qui j'ai eu un excellent rapport et je la remercie pour sa disponibilité en tout temps si vous désirez la joindre. Je classerais cet appartement au dessus de 5 étoiles et la gentillesse de la propriétaire rare de nos jours. Une location à ne pas louper !!! Encore merci et nous y reviendrons cela est certain . Appartement très agréable...

Appartement très agréable, avec le double avantage de permettre l'accès à la mer au sable fin et à la piscine à la fois. Il vaut mieux prévoir une voiture pour qui souhaite visiter Denia et les alentours. La propriétaire et le gardien sont de plus d'une gentillesse extrême. A recommander sans aucun doute.
