Ideally located in the Crozats district, apartment at the foot of the slopes, with decoration. modern. The residence is very quiet. Departure on skis, by small blue track which passes in front of the residence. Splendid view of the resort, the slopes and the Morzine valley. 2 balconies (3 and 4 m²) facing south. Plan of the apartment available on request. Ski locker on the ground floor of the residence. Activities in the center of the village: skating rink of 450 m², Aquariaz aquatic complex, bowling, cinema. 650 km ski area. Possible access to Morzine by cable car.

Apart ideal!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour a 6, l'appartement est vraiment grand, avec plein de rangements pratiques, une cabine de douche et une sdb. Le kit produits vaisselle prévu a l arrivée est vraiment pratique également. La vue est magnifique et la remontée vers Antares très pratique avec 2 ascenseurs publics.

Excellent appartement, bien agencé et au pied des pistes!

Excellent appartement, tres bien agencé, avec balcon et au pied des pistes. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour, grace a la superbe neige, Avoriaz, et un appart qui ne nous a pas fait faute. Le grand salon est aussi un vrai plus pour un appartement de ski Lits: possibilité de faire dormir 7 personnes. Une chambre avec un lit double, 2 lits superposés dans le couloir, un canapé dans le salon ou peut dormir une personne, et un lit gigogne aussi dans le salon (1+1). 2 salles de bains + 1 toilette séparé. Que demandez de plus.... Cuisine: Bien équipé (avec lave vaisselle), mais il manque un four plus puissant pour pouvoir faire des gros plats. Il n'y avait pas de condiments, donc amenez sucre/sel/poivre/café/filtre etc... Les superettes sont a 5 minutes a pieds Access a la station/restaurant: 5 minutes du centre d'Avoriaz, avec 2 ascenseurs publiques. Tres pratique et facile, meme avec les courses. Acces ski: on peut partir et rentrer ski au pieds. Il y a un casier a ski assez grand pour y stocker ski et snowboard facilement (au moins pour 6, voir 7). Navette gratuite a l'arrivée et au retour, ou il suffit de demander des tickets a la reception, avec possibilité de prendre des caleches si vous n'etes pas trop nombreux. Nous conseillons vivement cet appartement!

Bel appartement avec une belle vue

L'appartement se situe au second étage de l'immeuble. Magnifique vue sur toute la station et les montagnes de l'appartement car C'est l'immeuble le plus haut en altitude de la station. Il s'agit d'une résidence Pierre et Vacances. A l'arrivée nous avons été transportés par une chenillette jusqu'au bas de l'immeuble avec nos bagages du parking. Au retour, nous avons pris une charrette trainée par un cheval pour revenir au parking. Accès ski au pied aux pistes de l'immeuble. Au calme. Accès en cinq minutes à pieds au centre de la station par des passages couverts et 2 ascenseurs publics. Intérieur très fonctionnel : il y a une salle d'eau et une salle de bain, ce qui est bien pratique à 5.

"Belle appartement spacie...

"Belle appartement spacieux et très agréable, ce pendant il y aurait juste deux points qu'il faudrait améliorer, concernant les mitigeurs thermostatiques de la baignoire ainsi que la douche, qu'ils sont mal réglés car soit nous avions de l'eau bouillante soit de l'eau froide et concernant le radiateur électrique de la salle à manger qui ne chauffé pas beaucoup."
