Fantastisk nyrenoveret studiolejlighed med køkken i god størrelse og stort badeværelse. Beboelsesområdet er blevet redesignet, og badeværelset ombygget fra bunden. Forbedringerne inkluderer et nyt skab, ny maling, nye kabler / telefonledninger, nye fliser i badeværelset, nyt badekar og mere.

Denne enhed er bekvemt beliggende i et roligt område med hurtig adgang til 280 motorvejen og inden for blokke fra offentlig transport. Masser af gadeparkering til rådighed. This property was perfect for our 5 day stay in San Francisco. Super safe and quiet neighborhood, wide streets with plenty of space for parking if you have a car, clean and well-appointed apartment. Mike has thought of everything one could need for their stay. The bed is incredibly comfortable, the shower and bathroom are spacious and the kitchen is just the right size with everything we needed if we wanted to cook a meal. We loved it and hope to return.

Quiet Getaway

Everything I needed and a good location. Ample parking here at all hours which was nice. Very quiet and access was never an issue. I would book this property again.

The location was perfect. A quiet neighborhood in the Sunset/Lakeside District, away from the hustle/bustle/traffic/noise of the City by the Bay. We were traveling with friends, who stayed in the City. He had a conference, so we drove in every day to pick up his wife, and traffic is horrendous. We hit some restaurants on the ocean side and they wished they could have stayed with US! The bed was softer than we are used to, but we slept very well. Did not hear much noise from the residents upstairs. The street parking was ample, and we had no issues. There was a full sized fridge, hot plate, coffee maker, hot water pot and microwave. Shopping, restaurants and the ocean were all within walking distance. Mike was very responsive and we actually ran, ok walked into him, as we arrived. He was very pleasant and affable. We asked for some suggestions for restaurants. We tried Ebisu, Sushi/Japanese. It was EXCELLENT and reasonably priced for SF. We went for lunch to Bursa, a Mediterranean restaurant. It was about a 20 minute walk from the studio. We definitely needed the walk. The food was delicious and portions generous. If you're looking for a quiet, quaint place to stay, this is it!

Nice little place!

Mike is really great. He even showed us a map and gave us tips for getting around! Nice, quiet, little place in a nice neighborhood. Really close to public transportation!

2019 choir rehearsal visit

Excellent stay! Quiet neighborhood, ample parking, easy access to public transportation so as to get downtown without any driving at all. Complete privacy. Well-stocked full kitchen, easy to cook for one's self if desired.

Fantastic stay!

This was a perfect place to stay away from the craziness of downtown but close enough to get to everything and everywhere! Quiet and clean, and Mike was helpful and brought lots of clean towels whenever needed! Would definitely stay here again, as we just took the transit to get around in the city and down to the pier, water, and city Center, but could come back at night to a quiet clean place. Thanks!

Nice place to stay

My husband and I stayed five nights in San Francisco and this apartment was relaxing to come back to after a busy day. I agree with previous posts about the quiet neighborhood, public transit convenience and Mike's willingness to help. In addition to the shopping mall and Trader Joe's there is a Walgreens within walking distance (I think it's closer than the mall) which is perfect if you unexpectedly need medicine or first aid items. I would stay here again.

Nice room for 2

This was a cozy place for 2 to stay. The best part is that it has its own kitchen. You pretty much have everything you need for a comfortable stay. This location is close to a shopping center so if you need something you are not far. There is plenty of parking in the street. Happy customer!

Good choice !

Nice apt, met our expectations and what was shown and offered. Quite far from main attractions if you don’t rent a car. We met the host by casuality on the street, but he made our arrival and departure very easy and smooth through whatsapp.

Great neighborhood with Stonestown Galleria just around the corner

It's really exactly like what it is advertised. Mike provides all the essential needed in the studio. Location is 5 stars because public transport like buses, MUNI are within walking distance. Same with Stonestown Galleria too, where you can get all your groceries within walking distance, great for people who do not drive but love to cook their own meals. The area or town is having its own micro-climate too Where its summer is cooler compared to other places in San Francisco.

Cozy studio in a convenient location

The studio was large enough for two people. It was clean, had a full and separate kitchen and bathroom. Street parking was plentiful and we always found a space right in front of the house. Watch the signs for street cleaning, though. The apartment is very close to the Stonestown Mall where there are many eating places and a Trader Joe's. We have stayed in Mike's other apartments, and he has always been very easy to contact and responds quickly to any type of inquiry. We look forward to staying at Mike's apartments any time we are visiting San Francisco!

A gem amongst the eucalyptus!

We came to SF to visit our son. As hotel and parking fees are excessive in this city we chose to rent thru vrbo. We found a lovely apt in Lakeshore close to where our son lives. The apt was the perfect size for us, a well equipped kitchen that allowed us to cook some meals, a comfortable queen size bed to sleep in and a bathroom with a huge tub to relax in. This location was very close to the mall that contained Trader Joe's, in walking distance of the new YMCA where we exercised, and close to West Portal district which had great restaurants. Although it was cold in SF we were warm and comfortable in this apt. Mike and Marina were very welcoming. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

nice studio apartment in quiet neighborhood

This was a great property for us since we were visiting family who just lived a few minutes away. It's also close to Stonestown shopping area which has a huge Whole Foods grocery store. We bought breakfast items there and ate at the apartment. If you wish to cook meals there, it's well equipped with lots of dishes, pans, a 2-burner stove (no oven), microwave, etc. We also went to the outdoor market just a few blocks away on Saturday morning. Great fun! Also fairly close to the ocean if you have a car. While the apartment is a studio, it feels larger because of the new kitchen which is a separate room. We had plenty of room and there's a big closet and a large chest of drawers for your clothes. There's also a lot of street parking in this very nice neighborhood. Mike is great to communicate with--he answers almost immediately! The apartment is very clean and tidy. We would definitely stay there again.

Great apt. for short term visits

Perfect for a couple! The best parts: Recently remodeled. Wi fi is excellent. Bathroom is very well appointed. Bed is comfortable. The kitchen is small, with a two burner stove, coffee maker, and a full size fridge, etc. There's a washer/dryer just a few feet away that the owner allows guest to use (for a small fee), that's super convenient. The bus line is only about a 5 minute walk, so it's convenient for getting around. Trader Joe's is about a 10 minute walk, as is a major mall for shopping. Only a couple of negatives: There's 1 really comfy chair, and another "suitable" chair, and they're on opposite sides of the room - so not so conducive to hanging out. The TV has a Roku player, but no local TV to catch the weather forecast, or updates on local news. If you're in town for sight seeing, you find it to be a perfect comfy home away from home.

Small one bedroom studio with plenty of room for two. Very clean, roomy bathroom with tub/shower and plenty of soap, toilet paper and towels provided. Plenty of seating for two in the bedroom and at small kitchen table. Adequate kitchen supplies for simple meals. We only did cold breakfast and microwaved snacks. All appliances and electrics, etc working properly. Quick responsive communications from owner and clear instructions for entry and usage of wifi, TV, etc. Very nice, safe and quiet neighborhood with oodles of on-street parking (amazing for San Francisco). 4 blocks walk away is a large shopping center with Whole Foods and Target and eateries. Buses nearby. We lodged for 4 nights. Very comfortable stay and we would book again if in the area. Very, very satisfied. Thank you, Mike!

This apartment is a terrific location when visiting San Francisco. Located on a quiet street with lots of parking available. My wife and I have rented this unit 4 times in the past 6 years and look forward to another visit soon.

We had a wonderful stay! Communication was good; check-in was a breeze. The unit had everything we needed. Loved the location. Easy access to mass transit, shopping and nearby pickleball courts. Street parking was always available.

Fantastic SF Neighborhood

Nice cozy stay in a very nice neighborhood. I really liked that there was excellent parking in a city that really loves to tow cars for minor infractions. No problem at all!
