ヴィラには3つのベッドルーム、キッチン、リビングルーム、4つのバスルームがあります。
長さ12メートル、幅4メートルのスイミングプールでリラックスできます。
Montisiの中世の村は1kmも離れていません。 5kmはSです。 ジョヴァンニ・ダ・アッソの古城には、13世紀にさかのぼり、ホワイト・トリュフ・フェア（3月と11月）があります。

The grounds were beautiful. A spectacular outdoor space. Amazing sunsets! The villa had plenty of space with great accommodations. Loved that each room had it's own bathroom as well as an additional bathroom to use. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking delicious meals all throughout our stay. We loved how close and convenient it was to the small town of Montisi. The weekend festivities in town are a must experience! Luigi was an awesome host giving us lists of things to do, places to visit and information about the area. We couldn't be happier with the entire experience. I can't comment on the pool because we visited during the off season, although it looked clean, and inviting and had all the things that would be needed to have an enjoyable pool experience had it been heated.

Luigi was a fabulous host. He was prompt to address any questions. Offered great recommendations. The villa is so sweet. Hard to find places with 4 bathrooms, all with showers and bidets!! Kitchen well equipped too. Lovely sunsets.

The house is a true gem…perfect size, gorgeous views and a beautiful pool. The location is ideal for day trips to many of the surrounding hill towns, wineries and local restaurants. This is my third time staying at one of Luigi’s properties. He is a gracious host and provides terrific recommendations. We will be back!

Kleines Paradies in einer klassischen Toskana Landschaft. Ruhige Lage in der Nähe von Montisi. Das idyllisch gelegene Haus mit schöner Aussicht hat einen wunderschönen eingezäunten Garten und einen fantastischen Pool. Die Inneneinrichtung der Zimmer und die neue Küche lassen keine Wünsche offen. Der Kontakt mit Luigi war jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit. Durch die Lage perfekt geeignet die größeren aber vor allem auch kleineren Orte in der Provinz zu erkunden. In kurzer Distanz sind sowohl sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten als auch gute Restaurants vorhanden.Definitiv eine Villa in der man gerne wieder seinen Urlaub verbringt.

Fantastic property with stunning views - especially of the sunsets each evening. The kitchen has everything that is needed (and more). A really good sized pool, large beds and en-suites for every bedroom was such a bonus. The owner, Luigi, is so approachable, friendly and helpful suggesting places to visit and even organising a vet visit for our dog to have his medical check before our journey home. Montisi is a perfect Tuscan village beautiful but without the tourists and has a couple of bars, a couple of restaurants, a small shop for emergencies and someone who offers a watercolour painting session whatever your ability (would really recommend this with Elizabeth Cochrane)

Tranquility in Tuscany

This was a stunning property and we thoroughly enjoyed our time enjoying the pool and the beautiful yard. Luigi was very helpful and quick to respond with any questions we had. The little village of Montisi is cute and we enjoyed walking there in the mornings. The location is a short drive to other towns and some of the best wines in Tuscany. It was very hot the week we were there - a few nights we found it difficult to sleep. Overall it is a beautiful location and Luigi was a fabulous host. Thank you Luigi for sharing your home with us.

Was für ein schöner Ort! Luigi ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber, der sehr aufmerksam war und immer erreichbar!Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und gepflegt und hat alles, was man braucht!Tatsächlich paradiesisch ist der wunderschöne Garten, der tolle Blick in die toskanische Landschaft, die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit und der fantastische Pool, in dem man hervorragend schwimmen kann!Durch das eingezäunte Grundstück, das wirklich groß ist, hatte auch unser Hund viel Spaß! A beautiful Tuscan villa!

A wonderful stay of six nights at the villa just outside Montisi in a beautiful rustic setting. Very clean, as seen in the photos with a new kitchen that has recently been added. Montisi is not too far a drive away to get supplies as/when needed and a great base to explore Tuscany from. Luigi was a fantastic host and there when we needed. We loved the en suite for every bedroom and spent the evenings outside on the terrace. Would absolutely recommend!

Comfortable and Relaxing Home!

Two stays in two years should be a good indicator of how well I enjoyed this home and its location on the fringe of Montisi. The setting is spectacular, just as shown in the photos.The furniture was comfortable, the renovated kitchen was well-furnished, and the pool (still a bit chilly in April) was clean and well-maintained. Luigi was an outstanding host from check-in to check-out.

Beautiful Tuscan Villa w/ Views

What a great stay in Montalcino! We cooked breakfast and dinner every night in the villa. Beds were pretty comfortable for Europe. Living room was comfy with satellite and Netflix after watching the sunset over the Tuscan countryside. The yard was so enjoyable. A little chilly to swim in May. Short drive to Montalcino and Montepulciano vineyards. Hot springs were awesome! Might be time to change some of the bath towels.

The views from this charming villa, the beautifully manicured grounds, the outdoor eating space, made our stay fantastic. The living area and kitchen were comfortable and functional. Bedrooms are not super bright but opening the shutters during the day helps immensely and each room has a great view! Luigi was very friendly and responsive. Would 100% book this place again.

Beautiful setting in Montisi

Luigi went above and beyond in providing suggestions of restaurants and things to do in the area. He was also helpful when we were have trouble calling our car rental….always willing to help out and answer questions. The home is very clean and has the old Italian rustic charm. The beds were comfortable. There is no AC but fans are provided for every room. There were beautiful sunsets every night by the pool. The views of the rolling Tuscan hills were spectacular. The color and intensity of the photos pictured online are a bit more vivid of the property and inside the home than in person, but we were still very happy with our stay. It is centrally located to many Tuscan villages. There is a great Gala grocery store in Sinalunga that has everything you need including a deli and bakery. There are endless castles, fortresses, grape fields, olive trees and cypress trees.

Stunning Property in Tuscan Hills

The house, setting and host Luigi will guarantee an exceptional stay in this beautiful setting overlooking the Tuscan Hills. We spent a week here and absolutely loved the classic Tuscan decor, roomy interior, wonderful kitchen,outdoor seating and pool. Property is meticulously maintained with unmatched views of the hills. Bedrooms are roomy, beds very comfortable, and all with en suite bathrooms. If you like peace and quiet in a country setting the villa is for you. Every positive experience we've had renting homes in Europe starts with an attentive and communicative host. And host Luigi Sanna fits that description to the highest degree. We had many communications with him before our stay and he answered every single one within hours. Once here there were a couple of minor things that needed attention and Luigi took care of them with a few hours. He cares about his clients and will do everything he can to make your stay a first class experience. Please note the house is somewhat remote near the very small but quaint village of Montisi. Closest town is Pienza--about 20 minutes away. Agree with other posters that best grocery shopping is the Coop in Sinalunga-- a 20 minute drive. The flip side of the location is the total peace and quiet you have on the property. That also means you can enjoy yourself without worrying about disturbing others. We absolutely loved our stay here and highly recommend the house.

Awesome stay!

Luigi’s house is a gem! Exactly as in the pictures. Pet-friendly. We loved the house and the refreshing pool in particular: it’s fenced, and you can really swim in there. Luigi is very welcoming and communicative. Strongly recommend!!

Private villa with private pool close to Montisi.

We loved our stay at Luigi's villa and have the best memories of our time there. The villa was very clean including the pool. Once we had a small problem with the washing machine and Luigi was so fast in sorting it out for us. He also provided us with lots of information about Montisi (a delightful hill top village, a bit off the beaten track) and the surrounding area. The photos was a good reflection of the villa, the pool and garden. We would love to go back one day. Annemarie Veldsman. Date of stay: June 2024.

The best way to celebrate turning 60!

Montisi is a quaint village that is anywhere from 10 minutes to one hour drive to fabulous hill towns and wine tasting. The house is simple but charming. We spent most of our time while at the house by the pool, dining on the terrace and enjoying the beautiful views and sunsets. The kitchen is well appointed and with 4 women, we each enjoyed having our own bathroom. Luigi is a gracious host and provides excellent recommendations. I have every intention of returning! Thank you for a fabulous stay.

Perfect place for relaxing and enjoying Tuscan life

The property exceeded my expectations. Four of us settled in comfortably and enjoyed the beautiful countryside right outside the door. The furnishings were very good and the kitchen well-equipped. The house is a 15-20-minute walk from the center of Montisi. And it is located for easy drives to Montepulciano on the east and Montalcino on the west. Luigi was very helpful on all fronts, from check-in to check-out. We are all poised for a return visit.

Outstanding Location

The property was as beautiful as the pics shown on VBRO. Location was perfect to move about and explore Tuscany. Views from this property are stunning with the nightly sunsets producing a beautiful show. The nearby town on Montisi is charming. We plan to come back and stay again.
