Experimenta las montañas en una casa redonda. Ubicación Montreat Ideal. Directamente al otro lado de la calle desde las canchas de tenis, el patio de recreo, el Centro Juvenil (piscina, futbolín, ping pong) y Flat Creek. A pocos pasos de Centro de Conferencias. Las dos cubiertas ofrecen vida al aire libre perfecto. Relájese y disfrute de la vista a la montaña o escuchar el agua corriendo por Flat Creek. O pasar el día en la pintoresca cerca de Blue Ridge Parkway, explorando los senderos sin fin de Montreat o las encantadoras tiendas y cafés de Cerro Negro. Está a 5 minutos en coche de las maravillosas tiendas y cafés en Cerro Negro y a 15 minutos en coche del centro de Asheville, el Blue Ridge Parkway y la Casa Biltmore.

El nivel superior cuenta con un dormitorio principal con una cama de hierro king size, una cama doble y baño completo adjunto. Además, una gran sala con una televisión grande, techo con vigas de madera, chimenea, comedor, cocina completamente nueva y una zona de juego. En la planta baja tiene dos dormitorios, uno con una cama de matrimonio y otra con una litera triple y un baño completo compartido recientemente renovado. Estacionamiento para dos vehículos. Fantastic Stay!

Love this house! Would absolutely stay here again. Can be hard to find centrally located homes in Montreat that are well kept and affordable, but this one ticks all the boxes. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful house with great location

It was a pleasure and treat to stay at this house! The interior is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, and you can't beat the location for quickly getting to Montreat conference and clubs events. Amy was a very helpful and responsive host. We highly recommend this rental property!

Home away from home

Great place for our family of 5. 2nd time we have stayed in this home away from home. We love it. Great location in Montreat. We really enjoyed playing pickleball on the courts across the street.

The Great Family Vacay

The house was in the perfect location for our kids to play at the playground and rock hop in the creek. The house has tennis rackets and pickle ball paddles which was also very fun for our fam. The layout worked really well for our fam of 7. It was a wonderful retreat for us.

Home away from home

The treehouse was absolutely perfect for our family of 5! It quickly jumped to our favorite place in Montreat. Great location! All of the comforts of home. Awesome porch to see the leaves, read and enjoy a cup of coffee! We can't wait to go back and stay longer! Perfect!

Great stay in Montreat

The Treehouse was a perfect place for our family to spend a week in Montreat. It was right by the amazing park with the stream running through it. We were there several times each day. The house was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. We have stayed in many Montreat homes, and this is one of our favorites!

Beautiful and thoughtfully managed

This is a two-story roundhouse sitting far above a quiet street, within less than 5 minutes' walk of Montreat center. It is relatively new and flawlessly maintained, with up-to-date kitchen and bathrooms. The two porches (one open, one comprehensively screened) are a dream come true on warm Montreat summer afternoons. Everything was spotless during our visit. Communication with Amy was great and we had no issues at either check-in or check-out. We appreciate the great experience and will reserve this house again next time we come back to Montreat.

Perfect Family Getaway

We loved our trip to Montreat/Black Mountain and our stay at this property. It was the perfect location for us- close enough to Asheville and tons of family friendly things to do near/around the property itself. We were able to hike nearby and the recreation type center across the street was perfect for our young children in between activities. Our young kids (7, 6, and 4) even played with some local teenagers who were extremely kind. The house was clean, well stocked, and cozy. It was obvious that it is a well cared for family home. Our family of five would like to visit this area in all seasons and we’d love to rent this property again.

Wonderful Fall Break in Montreat

We loved our stay in Montreat. The house is very well loved and cared for. The owners have put a lot of thought and detail into their house and it has everything you could need for a great getaway. We had our three children with us (9,7, 3m). Our two older kids were especially excited for the bunk beds and our 3 month stayed comfortably in a pack n' play with my husband and I in the master. My mom stayed with us and had her own room downstairs. My mom is in her 70's so going up two flights of stairs was a little challenging at times for her when unloading and loading the car but overall she did great and was very comfortable. The house has two porches that are really cool with great views. You really feel like you're in a tree house!

Great location for families in Montreat

We had a great time in the treehouse! Location is unbeatable, easy walk to playground, Lake Susan, etc. even with small children. Comfy beds, updated kitchen and baths, two fantastic porches, lots of games, easy to use thermostat and TVs. We would have loved to stay longer! As pictured/stated in description, the house is on a sloped lot and there are many steps both outside and in. If accessibility is an issue look elsewhere.

Top House in Montreat

Rare find in Montreat. Completely updated home in perfect location with great porches for relaxation. I was very excited about our week on Montreat and this great house with its central location, and nothing about the house failed to meet my expectations. If it's available, you should rent it. I have stayed in many Montreat houses and this one is at the top. And it has a great and easy to communicate with host. 5 stars across the board.

Awesome vacation spot for family

This home is perfectly located within Montreat for families! Playground and lake Susan just steps away. Views from top porch were gorgeous. The home is very well stocked, furniture is comfy and the space is even bigger than the pictures show. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back ourselves!

We love this particular property first because of its proximity to everything in Montreat. It is directly across the street from the park, the tennis courts, the playground and the creek. We also love being able to sit on the decks and look at the view of the mountains.

We have recently added two huge decks, one is screened in. There is room for lounging, dining and playing games. It's been a huge hit with our guests.
