Can Only Agree With All the Other Good Reviews....

We arrived following a 4 hr drive from the north and were warmly welcomed by Paola and her husband. The apartment is well cared for ,spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped with good quality linen and kitchen equipment. Located in a residential area with parking available it is quiet at night yet only a few minutes walk away from the centre with its bars, shops, night market and gelaterias (a different one to try each night!). This location means you can experience the Sardinian way of life yet not miss out on the ‘fun’. We thoroughly enjoyed a very relaxing week here.

Villasimius è una città a misura di villeggiatura per famiglie con bambini. La casa della Sig.ra Paola è ben posizionata, adiacente al centro del paese. Tutti i servizi a portata di mano. Organizzandosi con il servizio navetta si potrebbe anche lasciare l auto per tutta la durata della vacanza. La casa è perfettamente equipaggiata e fornita di tutto, molto funzionale. Un soggiorno tranquillo e piacevole.

La casa è in ottima posizione sia rispetto al centro cittadino di Villasimius e sia per gli spostamenti verso le spiagge della zona. la casa è fornita di tutte le comodità e ci si trova molto bene, la proprietà cordiale e attenta ad eventuali bisogni, ma non ci è servito nulla. Ha soddisfatto appieno le aspettative confermando le positive recensioni che avevo letto prima di prendere questa casa in affitto. L'appartamento ci è stato consegnato in perfetto stato di pulizia non dovendo fare nulla di aggiuntivo. Grazie alla signora Paola proprietaria dell'appartamento. Vincenzo

Ottima vacanza

Abbiamo soggiornato a fine luglio in questo appartamento io e il mio compagno . L'appartamento è situato in una palazzina al secondo ed ultimo piano a due passi dal centro . Appartamento molto ben accessoriato di tutto sia per vivere in casa che per la spiaggia . A disposizione ombrellone, seggioline x la spiaggia , stuoie e giochi x bambini , borsa termica . Phon , asse da stiro, aspiapolvere, forno a microonde, più piatti e stoviglie abbondanti. Due split uno in camera e uno nella zona giorno . Di giorno nn lo abbiamo usato in quanto c'era una buona ventilazione ma di notte è stato indispensabile ! Completa l'appartamento un terrazzino coperto dal prolungamento del tetto lavandino e piccolo fornello , lavatrice. I proprietari sono persone gentilissime , ci hanno fatto trovare un bel cabaret di pasticcini sardi , pasta, vino , acqua fresca, passata, olio, burro , the caffè sale zucchero detersivo x piatti ..... che dire , mai trovato tutto ciò! Siamo sempre riusciti a trovare un parcheggio nelle vicinanze senza difficolta' . Grazie infinite a Paola e suo marito x l'accoglienza !

Unfassbar schön!!

Das Appartment ist wundersüß und sauber. Alles was man in einem Haushalt braucht ist vorhanden. In der nächsten Nähe, zu Fuß erreichbar, gibt es Geschäfte, wir Bäckereien, Metzger, (lecker) Cafes, Bars, Restaurants uvm. Ein wundervoller Strand (spiaggia simius) ist in der Nähe, mit dem Auto nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Umliegend befinden sich unglaublich schöne Strände, Panoramastrecken und Naturpur. Wir freuen uns bald wieder bei Paola einzuchecken. 10 Sterne von uns ❤

Cosa desiderare di più??

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo appartamento per tre settimane, all'arrivo siamo stati accolti dalla Sig.ra Paola e da suo marito, persone squisite, gentili e disponibili. Ci hanno fatto trovare delle bevande fresche e dei dolci di benvenuto. L'appartamento è curato, pulitissimo e dotato di ogni piccola cosa (non mancava praticamente nulla.....) siamo stati benissimo e non possiamo far altro che dire ancora grazie della splendida vacanza. Era il quarto anno che alloggiavamo a Villasimius e un appartamento così non lo avevamo mai trovato (ora Sig.ra Paola non vi lasceremo più .....) Aggiungo che è situato praticamente in centro, in una strada senza uscita e praticamente con pochissimo rumore di traffico. Inoltre è dotato di aria condizionata (noi non l'abbiamo mai accesa in quanto l'appartamento è fresco). Esiste un bellissimo balcone grande e attrezzato con lavandino e cucina ed un bel tavolo; noi abbiamo sempre mangiato fuori con bel fresco. Un grazie ancora di cuore e a rivederci il prossimo anno. Completo in tutto! Come essere a casa!

Ho soggiornato con mio marito e la bimba di anni 4.ci siamo trovati come a casa:appartamento molto funzionale,accogliente,moderno e completo in tutto.Speciale il terrazzo per i momenti di relax , così come l'accoglienza dei proprietari Paola e il marito! Comodo al centro( auto mai usata per le passeggiate serali) e a tutti i servizi e ottimo punto di partenza per le più belle spiaggie della zona! Villasimius bellissima, acqua indimenticabile! Grazie ancora dell'accoglienza Paola! Appartamento super consigliato!!!

GENIAL !

Le logement est parfait, bien situé et très propre. La climatisation était fort appréciée et on a adoré se reposer sur la terrasse... Paola nous a accueillies comme des reines. Le logement est bien situé, à 2 mn à pied du centre de Villasimius... les belles plages de la Costa del Rei sont à 10 mn en voiture... un endroit à recommander.

Felici e a proprio agio...

Siamo ritornati in Sardegna dopo 6 anni dall'ultima vacanza... Villasimius e le zone vicine non le conoscevamo ma da subito ci siamo sentiti accolti da Paola e Giovanni. Il loro, un piccolo appartamento, ben curato con gusto ed attenzione...dove ci siamo sentiti molto bene e dove abbiamo potuto passare una bella e riposante settimana. I punti di forza sono la terrazza nella quale abbiamo fatto colazione, pranzo e cena in grande libertà, la vicinanza al centro e a tutti servizi essenziali e il fatto che non manca nulla ... ma veramente nulla!!! Lo consigliamo assolutamente. Come ho detto personalmente a Paola e Giovanni, incontrare persone come loro fa pensare, nonostante tutto che ci possa essere un futuro migliore per tutti! Buone vacanze

Perfecto! Beautiful apartment in Villasimius

We had a wonderful welcome from Paola and Giovanni. The apartment is in a perfect location for town, within a short walk of all the bars and shops. It is a 20 minute walk to the beach too. We had a hire car, for which there is also parking. The apartment has everything that you could possibly need, a real home from home. Paola and Giovanni have thought of everything! We have recommended this apartment to our family and friends and we would love come back soon. accogliente e funzionale

Situata in un'ottima posizione centrale ma in una strada molto silenziosa e tranquilla, la casa si presenta accogliente e molto funzionale, non è la solita abitazione da affitti massivi, si capisce dalla cura che i proprietari hanno per i dettagli e per la messa a disposizione di tutte le comodità. Dotata di un bel terrazzo vivibile e aria condizionata. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibili a fornire tutte le indicazioni utili per vivere al meglio la vacanza. Bellissimo ricordo, ci ritorneremo sicuramente e la consigliamo a tutti

Very nice, cosy and clean appartement. Fully equiped, even washing machine. Good location, nice terras. All communication with Paola was very easy, she was helpful and very kind. She welcomed us with local cakes and recommended different places to go. Villasimius is beatiful!

Passt alles!

Hübsche Wohnung, wie bereits mehrfach beschrieben mit allem nötigen ausgestattet; dazu einige hilfreiche und schöne Extras (Beachtennis-Set, Sonnenschirm, etc.). Der Kontakt zu Paola und ihrem Mann ist sehr nett, schnell und zuverlässig. Die Klimaanlage war an einigen schwülen Tagen sehr hilfreich. Internet hat uns Paola zur Verfügung gestellt (3GB für 2 Wochen), einen kleinen TV gibt es (bei und allerdings nur italienische Sender), Müll sollte am einfachsten selbst weggebracht werden zur Mülldeponie, für das Kaffee machen muss man mit einer Mokka-Maschine umgehen können :) Nahe Lage zur Innenstadt, die nächsten Restaurants/Bars/Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 5 Minuten erreichbar, zum nächsten Strand muss man etwas länger laufen. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt vor dem Haus. Wir würden wieder kommen! :)

Wonderful experience!

Right when we got there I knew we made the right decision. Paola and her husband welcomed us kindly and peacefully despite the late hour. We got all explanations and details including some warm recommendations for nice beaches, restaurants and everything else we needed. We stayed for a while week. The apartment wasas described, clean and beautiful. It has ALL what you need for in and outside. Linens and towels more that needed, kitchen with stove (no oven, for you to know), plenty of plats, pots, pans, wine glasses and more and more. You even have beach chairs, mats and umbrella. Super useful! They were so kind, and left us drinks and some food to be cooked, and even traditional sweets :) Thank you for your hospitality! I recommend your place to everybody on your next visit in the wonderful Villasimius.

Bellissimo appartamento

Io e mio marito siamo stati 1 settimana in questo delizioso appartamento, ci siamo trovati benissimo, pulito, accogliente, funzionale , veramente spettacolare il terrazzo con possibilità di mangiare e cucinare all'aperto. Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima vacanza, merito dei posti merivgliosi, ma anche dell'appartamento. L'accoglienza non poteva essere migliore da parte dei proprietari, che oltre ad essere gentili, premurosi verso gli ospiti sono anche molto simpatici. Ci hanno fatto travare dolcetti, frutta, vino , birra. Che dire di più.!!!! L'appartamento è ancora meglio visto dal vivo che in fotografia CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!!! Liamara e Fabrizio

Übernachten wie bei Freunden

Sehr hübsche kleine Wohnung, die sehr persönlich und modern eingerichtet ist. Hatte alles, was wir wollten und brauchten. Paola und ihr Mann waren sehr unkompliziert und super nett. Toll war die zentrale Lage....zum Strand muss man halt ein Stück laufen, was solls, man hat ja Zeit ;) In der ruhigen Nachbarschaft hatten wir auch um unsere Motorräder auf der Straße null Sorgen. Wir kommen gerne wieder .

Perfekte Destination !

Wir haben zu zweit eine Woche in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Alles war perfekt - Lage, Sauberkeit, Ausstattung, und die Terrase - EIN HIT !!! Trotz die nicht direkt an der See ist, kann ich sie nur weiterempfehlen, die ist absolut zum Wohlfuehlen, kontakt mit Paola auch ok. Urlauber aus Polen
