"Sand In My Shoes" is a newly renovated (end of 2019) Townhouse Condo, beautifully decorated 2 bedroom 2 ½ bath townhouse; Sleeps 6. Master suite with king size bed, walk-in shower, walk-in closet, with enclosed lanai upstairs with view of lagoon. Sliding doors open to the lanai to a screened-in area where you can enjoy the breeze and fresh beach air. Guest bedroom has twin beds, bathroom with tub/shower. Wall mounted flat screen TVs and DVD players in each room. Pack n’ Play, Highchair/booster seat, and a blow up kids mattress which are available upon request. Stairway has rails on each side of the steps for additional safety.

Combination living room and dining room is tastefully decorated and has a large flat screen TV and DVD player with movies, games and playing cards. Living room has comfortable queen size sofa bed and 2 swivel rocker/glider recliners. You can soak in the beautiful Florida sunshine and relaxing sea breeze from the enclosed lanai. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything we could think you would need and has a beautiful breakfast room. Service for 12 dishes and additional silverware if requested.

"Sand In My Shoes" only a short minute stroll will take you to the white sandy shore of the Atlantic Ocean to enjoy a walk on the beach, where you can collect sea shells or enjoy a dip in the beautiful water.

Great place to stay for attending events at: Dayton 500, TIAA Bank Field (Pro football, College football, Soccer, etc.), a day trip to Disney, St. Augustine Amphitheater, Daily Amphitheater, Space Center

We love Sand in My Shoes

We had another wonderful stay! The complex and unit are wonderful. We especially love the beautiful beach and the pool. The condo is perfectly equipped, comfortable and clean. Well be back!

Gem on the Beach

We rented this property twice once in July and again back in August. It is a great location, very clean, had plenty of chairs and beach items available. I highly recommend staying here.

Another Great Girlfriends Getaway

Four of us returned again to Lee Anne's beautiful condo for a few days of relaxation and fun at the ocean, Ocean Gallery, and the St. Augustine area. We spend the majority of our time together at the beach, either walking or relaxing in chairs provided while we share the time together, at the condo, and also some time at the heated pool and poolside. Our plane had to be de-iced before our trip this year, so the warm sun and warm condo atmosphere were both most welcome. You will enjoy getting Sand in Your Shoes here, too!

B-R-R-R!! It's cold in Pennsylvania in the winter and that's why Jim and I moved to Florida in 1956 and have never regretted the move. We lived in the Pittsburgh area in a little town named Aliquippa. After raising our family in St. Petersburg and Clearwater, we retired to Ocala and live in the 'Horse Capitol of the World'. I retired from the Pinellas County school system and Jim retired from owning his own scale company. I've always liked looking out over the ocean and enjoying the sun and the breeze so I start looking for a condo near the water. Although I live in Ocala, I really enjoy the two-hour drive to St Augustine Beach where my condo is located.

Why they chose this property

Having family living in St. Augustine and enjoying the history of the oldest city, I found the beautifully landscaped resort of Ocean Gallery. Although my condo is not directly on the beach it is within a short minutes' walk to the boardwalk which is the private gated walkway that takes you to the beautiful white sandy shore of the Atlantic Ocean where I can sit under one of the gazebos or on one of the benches along the walkway. It is so peaceful and relaxing. But if it's fitness you want, take a brisk morning's walk along the ocean's shore and enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets or enjoy the many amenities provided including a fitness room at the indoor/outdoor pool area among others. I bought this condo as a 'home away from home' and have enjoyed immensely having my family and friends enjoy it with me. I can sit on the lanai upstairs or downstairs and enjoy looking at the lagoon with its pretty fountain and watch the many birds and turtles who have made it their home too.

What makes this property unique

It offers 24 hour security which to me is an important feature. The amenities can't be beat. It is newly furnished with a beach theme. It gives me the opportunity to meet new people and make new friends.
