My charming 2-bedroom condo offers a tranquil retreat, and is just a short walk to the beach. Spend your days soaking up the sun by the pool, or venture out to explore the nearby Anastasia State Park, just a 4-minute drive away. For a dose of culture, visit downtown St. Augustine, just an 8-minute drive from your doorstep.

Your home-away-from-home is equipped with all the comforts you need for a relaxing stay. Prepare delectable meals in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. This condo was a great location and a short drive to downtown St. Augustine. The beachy decorations made for a cozy stay and the unit was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with any equipment you would need. Phylis communicated promptly on every question. We would stay again if in the area.

Phylis is an excellent host - she left a number of personal touches throughout the condo that made us feel welcome and appreciated. The condo is well-maintained and has lots of extras (beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart, games, etc.) in a perfect location very close to St. Augustine beach. We loved our stay here.

I live in the Shenandoah Valley in Virginia with my husband, Ted. We have three grown daughters and seven amazing grandchildren! I've always loved the outdoors and the beach, and I love visiting our condo in St. Augustine as often as I can. I spent alot of time visiting family near St. Augustine and I was blessed in 2021 to be able to purchase this condo! I had a blast redecorating it and I'm happy to be able to share it with others when I'm not there. I've stocked it with everything I've ever wanted to have available to me in a vacation home, so hopefully you'll want for nothing when you are there!

Why they chose this property

It's all about location, right? You can easily walk to the beach and many restaurants from my condo. The beach is right next to Anastasia State Park, so there are no houses or hotels to the left when you get there. On your non-beach days, explore historic downtown St. Augustine, which is just a 10 minute drive from the condo.
