Difficult to explain my emotion in reading your story / fairy tale, I am even more happy if I think this is what you have tried staying for a week in my Villa. I am very happy, I'm glad you enjoyed the small village of Radicondoli, where it seems that time has stopped. We look forward to spend together the next anniversary. with love Pierangelo

Thanks Marisa for sharing your experience. It was an honor for us to organize your wedding, thanks again for choosing us to celebrate it in our villa. We are very pleased to know that you have been well and above all know that you want to come back to visit us, we are waiting for you. Much love

Dear Heinz, Thank you for your kind review. I would like to clarify a few things and apologize again if you did not feel pampered during your stay; this saddens me greatly. Our pool assistant visits the villa every morning at 6:30 AM to check the water, clean, and insert the robot. However, the location of our pool, situated under the large oak tree, does not maintain daily cleanliness because very often, shortly after cleaning, leaves can be found in the water or on the edges. I apologize for the delay in garbage collection and confirm that during that week, we were a bit slow due to a lack of staff, but we will ensure this does not happen again. As for the garbage bags, there is a cupboard in the kitchen where they are always available. Regarding check-outs, it can happen that guests leave during the night, so we guarantee the check-in, and for the check-out, if you would like our presence, we can arrive even before the scheduled time (10 AM). As I mentioned, we are very sorry for not meeting your expectations in terms of assistance and promise that if you decide to return one day, we will make it up to you. We are aware that we can always improve. Thank you again, and I hope to see you soon. Best regards, Pierangelo
