This spacious 2232 sq. foot 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Chalet style townhome has easy walking access to 4 O’Clock Ski Run (2 minutes), Snowflake Lift/Sawmill Trailhead (5 minutes), Peak 9 Base & Main Street Station(7 minutes), as well as downtown's central Main Street (8 minutes). The townhome’s 3 levels each have a private bedroom and bathroom. The spectacular vaulted great room has a wall of windows with great views of Mt Baldy, 2 comfy leather sofas, a great rocking chair, and a beautiful stone fire place with gas log, large hearth and easy on/off timer. Dining area has a rustic 7ft hardwood table with seating for 8. The large fully equipped kitchen has full sized appliances, cooking utensils & dinnerware for 10+, as well as a breakfast bar with 4 leather stools. The large vaulted ceiling master suite has a king size bed, large jetted tub, walk-in shower, double sinks, as well as a full walk-in closet. On the master level is a quiet loft sitting area with office hutch. The second main floor bedroom has a queen size bed and bathroom with walk-in shower. The third lower floor bedroom with full bath has a king size bed and twin-size trundle beds, great for a third couple or family. It has a one car heated garage with storage for skis, boards, boots, bikes, and equipment. The convenient inside laundry room has a full sized washer & dryer. There is easy access to the complimentary clubhouse heated pool with hot tubs, kids’ play-set, and two blocks from downtown Main Street restaurants and shopping.

Although very conveniently situated to the ski slopes and downtown Breckenridge, this three level townhome is on a lovely, wooded, quiet street with good mountain views, privacy, and excellent access to family playground & pool clubhouse area. It is just half a block to the Free-Ride bus stop.

Loving life in Breckenridge!

It's our second time in this unit for our family ski vacation. The place is fabulous. Located with easy walk to town and ready access to slopes. House is perfectly set up to accommodate 6-8 people. Kitchen is well stocked. The place is very comfortable and Bill makes everything really easy to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Thanks Bill!

Location! Location! Location!

Our group of 5 adults (3 skiers and 2 non skiers- aged 23-50+) LOVED our week in Breckenridge at this fabulous house! We did not have a car and could walk or catch a bus to everywhere we wanted to go. The home has so many extras that I cannot list them all here. We very much appreciated the well appointed kitchen with everything we needed to cook breakfast each morning. There were pots, pans, baking dishes, coffee makers, a measuring cup and even an electric skillet for pancakes and bacon. We also appreciated the humidifiers in the bedrooms to help us sleep at night in the dry climate. The house is set up wonderfully with 3 bedrooms on three different levels, each with its own bathroom and each bedroom with its own thermostat! The home has a heated garage to store skis, coats and boots as well as another coat rack by the front door. The skiers loved having access to a hot tub across the street and down a short path after their days on the slopes. The house has everything you could want including sleds in the garage and cards, games and books in the main living room. There was a basket of cute quilts and blankets so we could snuggle up while watching TV or reading. They even provide grocery bags and a grocery discount card!

The location is brilliant! The skiers rented/stored their skis at Charter Sports right by the Snowflake chairlift and comfortably walked there each morning to ski. We also loved just walking a few short blocks into the heart of Breckenridge with shops, dining and the cutest movie theater! There was plenty to see and do even for non skiers.

Bill is the best VRBO owner. He is very knowledgeable of the area, immediately answered all of my questions and provided a very helpful information packet about a week before our trip. There are beautiful views from the windows and the house is on a very quiet street. We were all so comfortable that we wanted to stay another month! I could go on and on but have used up my allowed characters. We will be back next year! Thank you Bill!

Bill was great from the time I booked. Condo was clean, well appointed, had everything we needed and felt like home away from home. I will be back and highly recommend to anyone heading to Breck.

Perfect family vacation rental

Wonderful place to stay with our extended family of 8. 2 spacious bedrooms upstairs for the adults and a bedroom downstairs for the kids. 3 bathrooms really helped. Plenty of space to hang out. Close to the breck free ride stops at four o’clock and village road. Kids could walk to peak 9 base for lessons. Owner was fantastic to work with and was very helpful in every step of our planning. Quiet street with no sounds to keep you awake at night. Kitchen is very well stocked. Would highly rec for a close knit family who enjoy being together.

Excellent location and accommodations.

Bill and Shelley have their town home set up as though you are personal guests in their home. Directions for operating thermostats, laundry and appliances are clearly posted and the rooms are welcoming and comfortable. Location is an easy walk to Riverwalk and Main Street we never needed our car to head into town. You can walk to the gondolas for Peak 8, too.

Townhome was clean, bedding and towels were luxurious.

About Bill Avirett

I came to Breckenridge in 1971 as a new grad from Florida State and a kid from South Florida who had never seen snow. I worked as a ski tech/salesman at the Norway Haus ski shop, bunked in what is now the upstairs of the Hearthstone Restaurant, and fell in love with skiing and Breck. After 8 years as an Air Force pilot, 34 years as an airline pilot, my other love (and wife of 44 years), and I are back in Breck as part time residents. We consider 303 Primrose Path to be our second home, not just a rental unit, and hope to find folks who will enjoy it as much as we do.

After looking at many properties and locations, we were delighted to find 303 Primrose Path. The location is fabulous with very short and easy walks to ski lifts and downtown Breck. The street is very quiet and picturesque, not a parking lot condo! The large welcoming entry area was an immediate attention getter. The 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms are each on different levels offering a get-away and privacy. The comfortable and spacious great room features a high vaulted ceiling, large stone gas-log fire place, wall of windows with lots of light and views of Mt Baldy. The large fully equipped kitchen offers a comfortable setting for family food prep and gatherings. With a heated garage and full sized laundry appliances, we truly felt at home.
