This spacious 2232 sq. foot 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Chalet style townhome has easy walking access to 4 O’Clock Ski Run (2 minutes), Snowflake Lift/Sawmill Trailhead (5 minutes), Peak 9 Base & Main Street Station(7 minutes), as well as downtown's central Main Street (8 minutes). The townhome’s 3 levels each have a private bedroom and bathroom. The spectacular vaulted great room has a wall of windows with great views of Mt Baldy, 2 comfy leather sofas, a great rocking chair, and a beautiful stone fire place with gas log, large hearth and easy on/off timer. Dining area has a rustic 7ft hardwood table with seating for 8. The large fully equipped kitchen has full sized appliances, cooking utensils & dinnerware for 10+, as well as a breakfast bar with 4 leather stools. The large vaulted ceiling master suite has a king size bed, large jetted tub, walk-in shower, double sinks, as well as a full walk-in closet. On the master level is a quiet loft sitting area with office hutch. The second main floor bedroom has a queen size bed and bathroom with walk-in shower. The third lower floor bedroom with full bath has a king size bed and twin-size trundle beds, great for a third couple or family. It has a one car heated garage with storage for skis, boards, boots, bikes, and equipment. The convenient inside laundry room has a full sized washer & dryer. There is easy access to the complimentary clubhouse heated pool with hot tubs, kids’ play-set, and two blocks from downtown Main Street restaurants and shopping.

Although very conveniently situated to the ski slopes and downtown Breckenridge, this three level townhome is on a lovely, wooded, quiet street with good mountain views, privacy, and excellent access to family playground & pool clubhouse area. It is just half a block to the Free-Ride bus stop.

About Bill Avirett

I came to Breckenridge in 1971 as a new grad from Florida State and a kid from South Florida who had never seen snow. I worked as a ski tech/salesman at the Norway Haus ski shop, bunked in what is now the upstairs of the Hearthstone Restaurant, and fell in love with skiing and Breck. After 8 years as an Air Force pilot, 37 years as an airline pilot, my other love (and wife of 46 years), and I are back in Breck as part time residents. We consider 303 Primrose Path to be our second home, not just a rental unit, and hope to find folks who will enjoy it as much as we do.

After looking at many properties and locations, we were delighted to find 303 Primrose Path. The location is fabulous with very short and easy walks to ski lifts and downtown Breck. The street is very quiet and picturesque, not a parking lot condo! The large welcoming entry area was an immediate attention getter. The 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms are each on different levels offering a get-away and privacy. The comfortable and spacious great room features a high vaulted ceiling, large stone gas-log fire place, wall of windows with lots of light and views of Mt Baldy. The large fully equipped kitchen offers a comfortable setting for family food prep and gatherings. With a heated garage and full sized laundry appliances, we truly felt at home.

Summer in Breck

What a great location! We were able to walk down to Main Street in less than 10 minutes, there was a park with playground just across the street, and some great hiking trails just two blocks up from our street. The townhome is three stories with one bedroom and bath on each floor; which is perfect for a family or group of friends. It's the middle unit of three, which we preferred over the larger "condo" buildings in the area. The home is well stocked (far better than a number of places we've stayed) and nicely appointed and maintained. It felt bigger than the pictures suggest. The owner, Bill, was responsive and answered our questions both leading up to and during our stay. We spent eight days and would have no problem recommending this property to friends and family.

Wonderful Stay!!

This was truly a great experience from the start of our vacation planning. Bill and Shelley go above and beyond to make their home comfortable and accommodating to their guests. The layout was perfect for our extended family as we each had a little privacy yet were able to come together on the main floor. The location is super convenient to downtown and other Breckenridge activities. We had a couple little ones with us who enjoyed the use of the pool and playground, which were both a quick walk away. Everyone in our family was impressed by all the planning and added touches that went into this townhome, from local recommendations to a well-stocked kitchen, nothing was left unnoticed! We have all used VRBO many times and this is beyond the best experience we've had! You will be super happy with your stay here and my family and I all hope to be back soon!! Thank you again Bill and Shelley!!

Don't Look any further for your Home away from home at Breckenridge!

Each year my family of 8 goes on a spring ski vacation. In the past years we have hit all the summit ski areas, Vail/BC, Tahoe and Park City... and if we could take this Town Home with us on all our future Spring Breaks we would! (in fact we may break our "rules" in the future and come back to Breck and this Town Home...)

The Town Home is perfect for multiple families with one bedroom on each level (added privacy)..and a magnificent middle floor with Kitchen, Dinning and Fireplace Family room, makes this a fantastic place to rest and have fun, when not on the mountain.

The Home is decorated to make you feel right at home, and is immaculate and very well kitted out.. In fact we've never rented a summer or winter Condo or Town House that was

so ready to just have fun when we arrived..

The Snowflake Lift is an easy under five minute walk.. and using the 4 O'clock run to return, makes the walk home even shorter..

It is a HOME not a house

Our stay was wonderful at 303 Primrose Path, it is a palce where you live as if you were in your own place. All the details you find there show you the love that the ownwer has for the property and his dedsire that you feel as if you were in your own home. The house is impecable, the situation is excelent, very close to the lift.

I only can say we will repeat.

Loving life in Breckenridge!

It's our second time in this unit for our family ski vacation. The place is fabulous. Located with easy walk to town and ready access to slopes. House is perfectly set up to accommodate 6-8 people. Kitchen is well stocked. The place is very comfortable and Bill makes everything really easy to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Thanks Bill!
