About Bill Avirett

I came to Breckenridge in 1971 as a new grad from Florida State and a kid from South Florida who had never seen snow. I worked as a ski tech/salesman at the Norway Haus ski shop, bunked in what is now the upstairs of the Hearthstone Restaurant, and fell in love with skiing and Breck. After 8 years as an Air Force pilot, 34 years as an airline pilot, my other love (and wife of 44 years), and I are back in Breck as part time residents. We consider 303 Primrose Path to be our second home, not just a rental unit, and hope to find folks who will enjoy it as much as we do.

Bill Avirett purchased this townhome in 2014

Why Bill Avirett chose Northwest

After looking at many properties and locations, we were delighted to find 303 Primrose Path. The location is fabulous with very short and easy walks to ski lifts and downtown Breck. The street is very quiet and picturesque, not a parking lot condo! The large welcoming entry area was an immediate attention getter. The 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms are each on different levels offering a get-away and privacy. The comfortable and spacious great room features a high vaulted ceiling, large stone gas-log fire place, wall of windows with lots of light and views of Mt Baldy. The large fully equipped kitchen offers a comfortable setting for family food prep and gatherings. With a heated garage and full sized laundry appliances, we truly felt at home.

What makes this townhome unique

Excellent location and accommodations.

  • 5 of 5

Bill and Shelley have their town home set up as though you are personal guests in their home. Directions for operating thermostats, laundry and appliances are clearly posted and the rooms are welcoming and comfortable. Location is an easy walk to Riverwalk and Main Street we never needed our car to head into town. You can walk to the gondolas for Peak 8, too.

Townhome was clean, bedding and towels were luxurious.

Thank you for sharing your getaway with us.

Exceeds all expectations.

  • 5 of 5

Over the years we’we stayed in number of homes found through VRBO. Some were better than others, but all of them looked better on pictures than in reality. This is not the case with this property, where the pictures do not do it justice. It has a great floor plan, is very clean, and it’s by far the best equipped home we’ve stayed in with VRBO. In addition the community poll was a big hit with the kids, and the 5 minute walk to Main Street’s shops restaurants and bars kept the adults happy. This is the place to stay when visiting Breckenridge.

Fantastic townhome and trip!

  • 5 of 5

What a treat. My family, 5 adults and one 4 yr. old, went to Breck for a special birthday. When we arrived, there was waiting for me a very special birthday gift. Just an added touch to a great stay at a perfect home for our family. Bill and Shelley could not have been nicer and faster with their responses to our questions. Again, an added touch to have no worries about where to go, what to eat, etc. Bill suggested some great casual family restaurants which were delicious and fun, especially for my grandson. The view from the townhome was beautiful and we were fortunate enough to have a couple of days of nice snow. The convenience of being able to walk to town was perfect for all of us. Thank you, Bill and Shelley, for a wonderful time, a wonderful home, and for being so attentive to every detail. Such nice people, which is important to us Texans!!

Great Property, Convenient Location

  • 5 of 5

Really enjoyed our multi-family stay at 303 Primrose Path! The location is excellent for skiing and access to town, by free shuttle or an easy walk. The house was incredibly well-equipped! All the bathroom and kitchen accessories you could possibly need! There was even beer in the fridge when we arrived! The three bedrooms on three floors offered privacy for multiple families and the living area had plenty of room for all of us. We would absolutely stay there again, winter or summer. Could not hope for a better accommadation in Breckenridge!

Beautiful Breckenridge Townhome!

  • 5 of 5

What a wonderful place to stay while in Breckenridge. Walking distance to Main Street shopping and easy access to anywhere in the region. 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhome with heated garage. All of the amenities you could possibly want - comfortable beds, gas fireplace, radiant floor heating, fully furnished kitchen, enormous fluffy bath towels, plus expert advice from Bill and Shelley on where to dine, shop and explore. We visited in winter (February 2017) and enjoyed all of the winter sports. But, we believe this would be perfect place to stay any time of the year.
