それは完全に（巨大なスクリーンテレビ、インターネット、オーブン、電子レンジ、ケトル、トースター、洗濯機や食器など.........）装備されています

このアパートメントF3（2ベッドルームには、160×200cmの超大型ベッドを含む2つのダブルベッドがあります）、リビングルームに高級なソファベッド（160×200cmの大型）もあります。写真やオンラインブランドのフェリスをご覧ください。このソファはクッションを取り外すことなく、あなたに高品質の寝具を提供します。

ビアリッツの街の中心にある全てのアメニティに近く、その偉大な資産はすべてビーチ、ダウンタウン、スーパーマーケット、ショップ、博物館、映画館、バー、レストランなど10分足で行なわれます。。）、近くのゴルフコース。大きなクローゼット（廊下の壁に象嵌された、非常に実用的）で簡単に保管できます。

Simple Apartment in Quiet Residential Area Within Easy Walking Distance of All the Important Stuff

Apartment is modern and clean in a residential block of flats (ground floor) with parking (most important in Biarritz). Slightly unpleasant drain smell in the corridor though. Msr Geurin was very helpful and gave lots of information and recommendations for restaurants, places to go some of which we did and he was spot-on. Although only about 10 minutes walk from the town centre and seafront it was quiet at night. Biarritz is hilly, so the walk to town/beach and back may be a bit demanding for some - but not unpleasant. Excellent carrefour supermarket just a few minutes away. The market hall is a must visit - stall after stall of the most gorgeous food - a feast for the eyes as well a feast to eat Although much is made of the flat refreshed by designer, the bathroom fittings are showing the signs of wear and tear. The bus service is excellent and we had a great day out at St Jean de Luz. The only thing I had an issue with is the 700 euro cash cutionary deposit asked for - I have never been asked for such an enormous sum in all my years of renting gites/apartments/cottages in the UK or anywhere else in the world

Une belle réussite

Appartement refait avec gout, conforme à la description ,au centre de Biarritz . Nous avons passé un très bon séjour Christophe même pris le temps de nous présenter Biarritz ce qui est fort agréable

Appartement satisfaisant

L'appartement était globalement conforme à nos attentes. Il est idealement situé et bien équipé. Néanmoins nous relevons que la température de l'eau de la douche était impossible à régler, et l'humidité constante. Nous regrettons également l'attitude quelque peu dirigiste du propriétaire, voire intrusive. Nous avions l'impression que ce dernier considérait la location comme une faveur rendue au locataire. Nous avons tout de même passé un agréable séjour.

Tout à pied , très bon séjour

Appartement à proximité du centre avec un parking privé ce qui nous a permis de tout faire à pied ! L'appartement est agréable. Très bon séjour à Biarritz !

Un agréable séjour

note de l'allocation

la location conforme a l'annonce ,appt très bien situe dans le centre de Biarritz quand on est bon marcheur on peu tous faire a pied . la location est assez belle et tous se qu'il faut pour y passée d'agréable vacance .propre et conforme .m.guerin nous a donnez adresse et prix des restaurant , qu'on a apprecié. le + qu'on as apprecié c'est le parking. ji retournerais et je le recommanderais a tous qui desire allez a Biarritz . bon continuation

Flat is a good size, in a great location (10minutes walk from the city center & the beaches!), clean & well equipped. The owner is very helpful & friendly (even speaks a bit of english). le logement est très corr...

le logement est très correcte,concernant l équipement il ne manque de rien, le quartier est très calme a 10 min des plages et du centre ville ,il y a tout les commerce nécessaire a proximité,globalement c est une location agréable le propriétaire et sympathique,seule petit défaut la décoration est un peu vieillotte, mais dans l ensemble c est très bien et j y retournerai volontiers .

"We were very pleased wit...

"We were very pleased with the apartment's location, size and convenience. It was very quiet at night, which was important to us, but the shops and beach were no more than a pleasant 10-minute walk away. I would just suggest that mirrors could be placed in both bedrooms, as the only mirror is in the bathroom - there were three women in our party, all wanting to dry hair at the same time, so this made it a little difficult! It wasn't a huge problem, however. Biarritz itself is great - we would definitely return (to the city and the apartment)."
