Guest love this floor plan with two bedrooms on opposite sides of house, with two baths. An artistically designed Santa Barbara style home, looking out on large vistas of greenery, home to wildlife. It is usual to see deer, wild turkey, quail, hawks, red winged black birds, owls, wild boar the occasional bears and much more. See photos for views.
This home is secluded at the end of a private cement lane, just a short walk to the shopping center, with two restaurants, thrift store, grocery store, and post office.
You will secure your vehicle in a private two car garage, and come to the front door through a private courtyard.
You are about ten minutes from the Sequoia National Park Entry.
The floor plan is open, with complete kitchen, living room and dining room. There is an outdoor bbq and patio just off the dining room for relaxing with spectacular views.
This property has a full size washer and dryer along with soap at your service indoors.
Comfortable patio furniture on the patio for relaxing with coffee or as you bbq in the evenings. A great comfortable base camp for exploring the National Parks.

About Pam Lockhart
We are a family of Realtors. We designed and builit this complex for privacy, on a location that is enchanting, secluded, yet close to everything! You'll experience privacy, and large green expanses with beautiful hill and mountain views. We welcome our daughter, an upcoming Cal Poly graduate to the family business. We expect she'll bring fresh ideas, and carry on our tradition and love of hospitality to guests coming to The Sequoia National park. She has a great eye for design and has consulted on and contributed to the decor in all of the artistically furnished vacation villas. Her Dad, Gregory is a property manager and business owner in Three Rivers, and I bring 25 years of experience in new home sales for local builders, with the privilege of decorating new models and clients homes. We are fussy about what a vacation home standard should be, and we just know you'll love staying at one of our vacation villas.
Pam Lockhart purchased this Villa in 1997

This home is beyond our expectations. The beds were comfy, amenities are on point, and location is unmatched! This place has a creek in the back, a rad market walking distance and great restaurants around! Pam’s place is a luxury and worth every penny! Thanks for all the advice on Sequoias and restaurants Pam! You know your community and are a stellar host. Thanks so much. We will be back!
This is a great property.
My wife and I along with our daughter, son-in-law and baby stayed here for 4 nights. Pam is a very gracious and responsive host and provided us with great ideas on where to go and see while we were here. House was clean and comfortable and just what we needed.
Nice house in nice location
I enjoyed my stay at this house. It is in a nice location, very close to Sequoia National Park entrance; less than 15 mins or so. The owners were very responsive. We had some problems with the water heater and barbeque grill, they sent somebody to fix it immediately.
Overall we enjoyed our vacation there.
Great place to stay for visiting the National Parks
We loved this house - it was so clean, everything looked brand new. The house was very well stocked with toiletries, toilet paper, laundry soap, etc. and kitchen was well stocked as well. We loved the outdoor patio area. The house could not have been more perfect. I particularly liked that the two bedrooms were both about the same size and minor differences in bathrooms - helps when you are sharing expenses equally with another couple. Pretty neighborhood for early AM walk. Great house and very well maintained.
Awesome 2bdrm near National Park entrance.
This place was perfect for 2 couples. Everything spotless and well maintained. Grilled dinner first night and cooked breakfast every morning. Lots of room to stretch out, nice big screen tv, beds are super comfy, good water, 5 star all the way. Great walks out back yard of this home. We watched shooting stars and spotted the constellations we recognized laying out in an unused, but well kept fairway 30 yds from the back patio. There is a river with a nice sandy beach, with deep enough water, but not a strong current, where we went swimming a couple hundred yards walk across the same fairway. We drove into Sequoia National Park everyday, not crowded, lower park entrance only a few mile away. Very hot this week in 3 rivers outside our backdoor everyday and night(95+), but excellent a/c kept us cool as cucumbers inside at night. Once we drove into park to our destinations, the temperature for our hikes at 5000- 6000 feet, cooled down to about 75 degrees every day. Saw black bears up close, lots of doe and a huge 8 point buck , bald eagles overhead, lots of lizards, chipmunks and some cat tracks during our hikes to Moro Rock, Lincoln, General Sherman and General Grant sequoia trees, Topeka Falls, and Hume Lake. WOW, We had a beautiful park experience. Thank Pam for the excellent restaurant tips with Ol Buccaroo less than a mile away and Monets about 20 minute ride. Found Anita's by accident in Lindsay, Co on our way to 3 Rivers. They had some of the best Mexican/SanSalvadorian food at great prices. Great communication by the owner as well. Will come back again, no doubt. No verizon cell service9as advertised), but one in our group had ATT and it worked fine all the time at the home and in the park. We used Wifi included with rental for email and facetime, and it worked flawless all the time. I wish verizon would put some nodes on the cell towers out there.
