Charming family home in Ars en Ré
In a flowery and quiet alley in the heart of Ars en Re, nice house renovated. It has 5 bedrooms
3 bedrooms on the ground floor: 1 with a double bed and a bathroom; Other 2 with single beds, leaving the possibility of using them in singles or doubles real (160). Each room has a corner sink and shower and separate toilet.
2 bedrooms upstairs: one with 2 single beds that can assemble into double bed (160); 1 with a single bed and a wooden cot. A bathroom separates the two rooms.
The kitchen is spacious and bright, large table is set up for the meal inside.
The living room overlooks the pretty courtyard garden, which can be illuminated at night. A flat screen TV is planned for the evening TV!
2 During sunny: one where you can store bikes, surfboards and surfing (a tap with hose is scheduled to rinse their feet back from the beach, the second has a large table for outdoor dining and lounge chairs for relaxing.
