Great House with a very convenient location in Ars-en-Re

The house is a newly renovated townhouse in high quality, with all amenities needed and with a great location in Ars-en-Re. We - a family of 2 adults and 2 kids (10y & 12y) had a great stay in the house during a week in July 2023. The host and property assistant are both very helpful and accessible. Very recommendable.

From the minute we parked the car directly outside of the property to getting back into it a week later was just splendid. House exactly as advertised and better than in photos. Welcomed on entry and exit. Felt safe and comfortable. Very clean and high quality bedding included ( huge plus). House can accommodate all your needs and an open plan kitchen with utilities to be able to cook. Local market 10 mins walk. We didn’t use the annexe as only 2 travellers, this would be perfect for 2 families. Not related to house at all - but take mozzie spray and raid spray as mozzies were a plenty. We had just the best time - thank you Murial. See you next time.

"Five Stars All Around – Can’t Wait to Return!"

We had an absolutely perfect stay at Muriel’s house in Ars en Ré (perfect! From the moment we arrived, Muriel and her family gave us such a warm and lovely welcome. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel right at home. A special thank you to Virginie as well — the cleaning was spotless and done with such care and discretion. The house is perfectly located in the heart of Ars-en-Ré, a truly lovely and charming village that we just love. The whole experience was wonderful, and we would come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

Mooi comfortabel recent gerenoveerd familiehuis met binnenplaats, garage en buitenparkeerplaats. Ruim van opzet, veel ruimte voor iedereen binnen en buiten. Alles is nieuw en de keuken heeft werkelijk alles wat je nodig hebt. Goede bedden en elke kamer eigen douche en wc. Rustige straat, café, fietsverhuur, bakker en centrum om de hoek. Uiterst vriendelijk ontvangst. We komen graag weer eens een keer terug.

Super ausgestattet und tolle Gastgeber! Die Lage ist optimal und ruhig. Ars en Re hat eine sehr gute Infrastruktur, die es ermöglicht, das Auto weitestgehend stehen zu lassen.

Sehr herzlicher Empfang! Die Betten wurden nach unseren Wünschen vorbereitet. Die Wohnung ist ruhig, sehr sauber und auf dem neuesten Stand. Alles ist sehr groß und geräumig. Wir konnten unsere zwei Teenager im eigenen Haus unterbringen. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Die beiden Patios bieten viel privaten Raum, es kann gegrillt werden. In der großen Garage ist genügend Platz für Räder, ohne die ein Urlaub auf der Insel keinen Sinn macht. Herzlichen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Excellent séjour!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison spacieuse et refaite à neuf, parfaitement équipée (notamment avec un bébé) et très propre. Nous avons apprécié les espaces extérieurs, le calme et la localisation. Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire Muriel ainsi qu’avec Manon très disponible tout au long du séjour.

Confort, espace et calme !

Cette maison n’a pas de défaut. Elle a été rénovée avec goût et fonctionnalité. Les équipements sont bien pensés y compris pour des enfants en bas âge. Elle est située dans une rue calme (bien que Ars-en-Ré) soit relativement calme le soir. Les pièces sont isolées les unes des autres. Nous avons eu toutes les explications de Muriel à l’arrivée sur les différents points techniques de la maison. Mention spéciale pour le garage qui nous permettait de stocker nos affaires, notre linge et les vélos, ainsi que pour la dépendance avec la cabane des enfants. Un havre de paix pour déjeuner et dîner sur la terrasse (peu être moins pour nos voisins avec nos enfants en bas âge !) Je valide agrément la literie qui est très bien ! Si je dois trouver un ou deux détail à améliorer : - quelques serviettes de toilettes en plus (il n’y en avait pas pour la chambre des enfants) - la porte coulissante de la chambre parentale est un peu dure à ouvrir. Mais pour en revenir à ma phrase d’accroche, cette maison, c’est le top ! Allez y !
