About this property

Villa on the beach and by the sea with private pool

Nice private villa, feet in the water, filled with charm, open on a beautiful garden with a private swimming pool, 70 m from a beautiful white beach. The house is located in the middle of a large bay with a beautiful lagoon protected by coral reefs. The bath is very nice. The fenced house is at the back of 2 private houses and also fenced. No road to cross to go to the beach, just a small path to take that leads to the beach.
The villa can suit from 6 to 10 people. It consists of a large veranda, a small TV room, a large kitchen, 03 air-conditioned bedrooms + 1 bathroom with toilet. Two other rooms are independent of the house and are also air-conditioned, each having their bathroom and WC en suite (NB: In case of renting the villa for 6 persons or less, the 2 outer rooms will not be available for rent in other clients). WiFi internet, satellite TV and telephone (local calls) are available. The house includes bedding, beach towels, washing machine and dishwasher, among others.
The rate shown is for 6 people for 3 rooms, an extra charge of € 20 will be requested per additional holidaymaker to 6 people, that is to say the 7th to the 10th holidaymaker.
For the rental of a room in addition to the 3 bedrooms of the villa, always for 6 people, an extra charge of € 20 will be requested.
A housekeeper takes care of the maintenance of the bungalow, 3 hrs per day (included in the rate). She could with a slight supplement prepare Mauritian meals. A gardener deals daily with the maintenance of the pool.
Beautiful steps to do all along the beach.
The public beaches of Belle Mare and Grand Baie are 15 and 30 minutes away by car respectively where you will have access to various water sports, water park and two golf courses.
The typical Mauritian villages are 10 minutes drive and cities whose capital 30/45 minutes drive.

It was perfect for us!

We are an elderly couple and just wanted to relax and the house met our expectations! The area is very quiet, the house has character and is very well equipped. The large pool was always very clean. Natasha, the maid and cook, made our stay very pleasant with her kindness and really good food! We would love to come back!

Perfect vacation

We had a very pleasant stay in the villa. It is situated in very peaceful part of the island with private beach just 50m away. It is even suitable for kite surfing. Everything was perfect. When we arrived we were welcomed by Natasha (the lady taking care of the villa) who showed us everything. My brother is using a wheelchair, and they built a small ramps for him to climb the little stair, which was extremely kind! Natasha was cleaning the house everyday. She helped us a lot for the supermarket, taxies, boats, everything we needed. Patrick is very kind an welcoming host! Thank you, we definitely recommend this place!

C'est la 4e fois que nous venons à la maison de Patrick et Hélène Mamet, et toujours avec autant de plaisir. Le cadre est enchanteur, très calme. Le lieu permet de combiner harmonieusement plaisirs de la plage et de la balade à proximité.Tout est parfait au niveau conforts et aménagements. Nous recommandons chaudement cette location !

Jolie maison mais quelques inconvénients

Conforme à sa description et aux photos, très jolie décorations et très bien fournie en linge, jouets, cuisine, etc. Malheureusement, la piscine, malgré nos demandes à la personne qui s en occupe, est tellement pleine de sel et chlore que l on devait sortir rapidement tellement les yeux brûlaient et les enfants se couvraient à chaque fois de petits boutons. L autre souci, c'est qu il n' y a pas de vitres sur toutes les fenêtres mais seulement des volets en bois donc il faut vivre dans le noir le soir ou on se fait dévorer par les moustiques, très très nombreux ! Dommage... moustiques moustiques ou est qu il n' es

La maison est très spacieuse, la varangue est magnifique et l'espace piscine au top. Les 2 chambres a par de la maison sont un vrai plus. La superbe plage n'est qu'à 100m de la maison. Natasha est très bonne cuisinière et très discrète, merci à elle et sont mari.

Séjour au calme...

Très bon séjour pour notre famille (2 adultes + 2 ado de 14 et 17 ans). La maison est très bien équipée, la piscine très agréable, la plage à proximité est magnifique et sauvage. Il faut absolument une voiture car vous serez vraiment au calme malgré la route qui longe la maison. Natasha qui nous a accueilli est une perle, très arrangeante et qui cuisine à merveille ! Je vous recommande de faire appel à elle pour vous concocter de bons petits plats 😊 Un séjour au final trop court !

Nous avons été accueilli par Natacha, une femme extraordinaire qui nous a tout expliqué et facilité notre séjour par ses conseils et aide (pour réserver un taxi, pour nos excursions...). Elle nous a préparé des dîners succulents. Elle a été au petit soin, ce qui nous a permis de profiter de nos journées a 100% La maison est propre, spacieuse et bien située, toute proche d'une plage loin des hotels et du tourisme.

Wir waren 6 Personen und rundum sehr zufrieden. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und es fehlte an nichts. Die Lage zum Strand von ca.50m ist sehr gut. Hervorzuheben ist Natasha, die jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand zu Ausflugszielen, das Leben auf Mauritius, das Wetter, die kreolische Küche und das Housekeeping. Ihre Kochkünste sind sehr gut. Nach Absprache mit ihr waren wir zusammen einkaufen und sie kochte hervorragendes Essen. Für uns war alles perfekt. Viele Grüße

Location très agréable

Maison très agréable , dans un quartier calme et proche de la plage ,environ 70 m par un petit chemin longeant les autres propriétés .C'est vraiment très appréciable si vous êtes entre amis grâce aux deux chambres équipées de salle de bain et wc qui se trouvent derrière la maison. La piscine est très bien entretenue. Un grand merci à Natacha pour sa gentillesse,ses conseils et ses petits plats locaux. Je dois signaler néanmoins une odeur de moisissure au niveau des meubles de la cuisine qui est désagréable .

Belle villa très agréable à vivre

Environnement très calme (voiture indispensable) , à 50m de la plage comme indiqué dans l'annonce. Nous avons passé de bons moments dans la varangue face au jardin très soigné. Natacha nous a accueilli très gentiment et a assuré les repas à notre demande.

Très bon séjour.

La maison est telle que sur les photos et bien équipée. Calme Proximité d'une très belle plage Natacha est là pour le ménage et surtout pour faire découvrir les plats typiques de l'île. En supplément, mais tellement agréable de ne pas faire à manger pendant les vacances :-) A refaire

un paradis

rien à dire juste parfait, la plage juste à coté ,le ménage parfait natacha nous à fait des plats divins. je recommande cette maison,je reviendrais,l' ile Maurice est très belle et les gens sont touchants ont à fait de belles rencontre comme paul notre chauffeur .
