Villa on the beach and by the sea with private pool

Nice private villa, feet in the water, filled with charm, open on a beautiful garden with a private swimming pool, 70 m from a beautiful white beach. The house is located in the middle of a large bay with a beautiful lagoon protected by coral reefs. The bath is very nice. The fenced house is at the back of 2 private houses and also fenced. No road to cross to go to the beach, just a small path to take that leads to the beach.
The villa can suit from 6 to 10 people. It consists of a large veranda, a small TV room, a large kitchen, 03 air-conditioned bedrooms + 1 bathroom with toilet. Two other rooms are independent of the house and are also air-conditioned, each having their bathroom and WC en suite (NB: In case of renting the villa for 6 persons or less, the 2 outer rooms will not be available for rent in other clients). WiFi internet, satellite TV and telephone (local calls) are available. The house includes bedding, beach towels, washing machine and dishwasher, among others.
The rate shown is for 6 people for 3 rooms, an extra charge of € 20 will be requested per additional holidaymaker to 6 people, that is to say the 7th to the 10th holidaymaker.
For the rental of a room in addition to the 3 bedrooms of the villa, always for 6 people, an extra charge of € 20 will be requested.
A housekeeper takes care of the maintenance of the bungalow, 3 hrs per day (included in the rate). She could with a slight supplement prepare Mauritian meals. A gardener deals daily with the maintenance of the pool.

The public beaches of Belle Mare and Grand Baie are 15 and 30 minutes away by car respectively where you will have access to various water sports, water park and two golf courses.
The typical Mauritian villages are 10 minutes drive and cities whose capital 30/45 minutes drive.
