The family room has a large leather sectional hide-a-bed and lazy boys, a 70-inch flat screen SMART TV with a Blue ray player, and many games and DVD's. The kitchen has stainless appliances and granite countertops. There is a Pottery Barn Kids table and chairs for eating or coloring.

The master suite is on the main floor, and sports a massive 4 poster Tempurpedic King bed, 2 leather Lazy Boys, a 60 inch flat screen SMART TV, Blue Ray player, walk-in closet, separate jetted tub and shower, and two vanities with granite. The London room on the main floor has a queen bed and window seat and sleeps 2. The Shanghai room, also on the main floor has a queen size bed and window seat and sleeps 2 as well.

The giant kids loft sleeps 6, and has a custom made pirate bed, boat trundle bed, princess trundle bed, and a princess carriage bed. There are many pirate and princess dress-ups, and a kid kitchen to play with, and a Melissa and Doug train set as well as kids table and chairs.

Upstairs, The Paris room sleeps two, has a queen size bed, and a sitting area. It has a 55 inch flat screen tv. The Ohana Family Suite has a tropical king bed, and a set of trundle beds, a small desk plus a walk-in closet with a toddler bed..

The house has 3 full bathrooms, all with granite counter tops, and the laundry room has two washers and two dryers.

There is a gas grill and mini fridge in the backyard, and a beautiful covered private pool with a huge slide! The covered gazebo is 20x20, and there is a shaded covered patio (20x25) with plenty of seating.
