Al elegir este estudio, que realmente será "el corazón del corazón" de París. Su ubicación le permite, al mismo tiempo, un mínimo de tiempo, visitar museos, ir al teatro y las compras. Piso en pleno centro, acogedor pero pequeño

Ubicado en el centro, muy cómodo para desplazarse y cerca del metro. Acogedor y bien decorado, pero muy pequeño para 4 personas.

En el corazón de Paris, cerca de todo. A 100 mts del metro que llega de ambos aeropuertos.

Es perfecto tener el metro en la esquina para comenzar el día sin demoras. La zona es lo mejor de este pequeño pero bien dispuesto departamento. Zona con muchos bares y restaurantes.

Mal equipado y poco cómodo

Es muy pequeña para tres personas, los 2 sofás-camas son incómodos para dormir con ropa de cama muy usada y no adecuada para el calor que hacia, la escalera de caracol en algunos tramos, empinada y peligrosa, la única ventaja es lo céntrico que está.

These people were three: a 70-year- woman with two young women in their twenties. There was among them a person allergic to dust. There was no problem with the latter point. For the rest, the studio is effectively 20 m2 and people sleeps in two sofas: it is well specified on the site. It is an excellent price / performance ratio in the heart of Paris. The studio is well equipped: washing machine, television, Wifi, microwave oven etc ... Each of the two sofas is equipped with a topper mattress to provide you additional comfort. As for the staircase, nearly 2,500 people have slept in the studio since I rented it and no one has been hurt by using it. I would like to add that 5 days earlier a small American family had slept in the studio under the same conditions and that they have been totally excited by their stay, the parents were delighted and the children too. Most of my guests are very satisfied with their stay, they tell me when leaving but for reasons of time, they do not all make me an appreciation.

Muy mala experiencia, apartamento muy sucio/ Very dirty studio, bad experience

Hemos estado alojados 4 noches en este apartamento, y nuestra experiencia ha sido muy mala debido a lo sucio que se encontraba todo en el apartamento: cubiertos, platos, cazuelas, paredes de la cocina con grasa, pelos en el baño, sabanas y almohadas con manchas y sin planchar, polvo en todas las baldas y armarios, olor a tuberías en el baño, etc. Se lo dijimos al propietario el mismo día de nuestra llegada y para remediarlo nos ofreció 3 cosas: no realizar la limpieza final obligatoria, mandar a alguien a limpiar al día siguiente y no cobrarnos nada por guardarnos el equipaje el último día (esto ya lo habíamos acordado antes de nuestra llegada, así que no lo considero como una compensación). Limpiaron al día siguiente, según dice él durante 1,5h, pero seguía estando muy sucio y se lo dijimos, pero no hizo nada más. El propietario no se encontraba en Paris por lo que toda comunicación fue por teléfono y no pudimos ver con él el estudio, pero le mandamos fotos de todo. Al final no nos fuimos a otro sitio por el trastorno que nos suponía en nuestras vacaciones, pero desde luego no repetiría y no lo recomiendo. He alquilado muchas veces apartamentos en la web de Homelidays y nunca me había encontrado algo así. We've been four nights in this studio and we had a very bad experience because everything was dirty: dishes, curtlery, hairs in the shower, strong pipeline smell in the bathroom, bed sheets and pillows not ironed and with spots... We told the owner the day of our arrival and he offered us 3 things: extra cleaning next day, not doing the final cleaning and free keeping of our luggage the last day (this was already agreed before our arrival so I don't considere it a compensation). Next day someone came to clean, but the studio was still very dirty and we told the owner, but he didn't do anything else. He was not in Paris, all comunication was by phone so we couldn't see the studio with him but we sent photos. Finally we didn't go to another place because it was a disorder for our holidays, but of course I wouldn't go back and I do not recommend it. I've been in many apartaments rented with homelidays and I had never seen something like this.

As for the cleanliness, again, I repeat, these guests did not contact me during their stay to make me notice, it is useless to do it in an appreciation. I must be notified and let me know during the stay and if so, an additional cleaning will be done. However, these customers did not notify me and they also signed the contract specifying that on arrival the studio was clean and they accepted it as is. As for the general housekeeping, this one is done twice, once by guests before leaving (almost no one takes the housekeeping option) and, then, an hour of cleaning is done at an extra charge. As the stays are short, the housework is consequently done twice a week in the studio. Nevertheless, if the household does not suit you, do not be shy, just say it! Thank you in advance !

Small but was appropriate for us

The apartment was somewhat smaller than it appears online, and we did not realise until we got there that the bed was a fold out sofa. It was still comfortable but not quite what we expected. The welcome itself is brief, so if you want to know about the area you need to find it out yourself, as opposed to some other places where leaflets and information can be left for you. The apartment is quite basic but if you are aiming for a trip where you spend a lot of time out and about, this place is pretty perfect. The size also makes it quite cosy and homely during your stay. The absolute best thing about this property is the location. It's only ten minutes walk from the Louvre and Notre Dame and has really good transport links too.

Great location, small space

Best thing about this location was the location. It was in walking distance or near underground to everything. We were able to check in a little early which was very nice. The only thing was it was a little small. We only used the apartment for sleeping, so it didn't matter to us :)

Convenient and Affordable

We wanted to be in the middle of Paris and found this lovely studio. Its steps from the metro, restaurants, grocery stores, a lovely bakery, and walking distance to Ile de la Cite'. It is a studio and if you are on a budget then it is a great place to stay. There is no air conditioning, just as most Paris apartments, so be aware, and you will have to climb some stairs. Laurent was very accommodating and was on site as promised to help us get settled. Best food around is Akash (Indian). Thank you Laurent for a great stay!

Perfect location in Paris - no frills

This was the perfect location in Paris. Closer to the metro than it seemed at first, since there's so many entrances/exits for the Chatelet station nearby. The noise and light from neighbors is tough to sleep through, but otherwise the host was very kind and the place was perfect.

Decent place to stay for the price if you don't mind sleeping on a couch and lack of cleanliness

Overall it’s not a BAD place to stay. The location was great. It was just a few minutes walking distance from the Louvre, very close to bus stops and train station, restaurants, etc. The restaurant right below this apartment was an excellent and very friendly place that serves crepes, Mediterranean food, paninis, etc. The apartment itself could definitely use some attention. It was not very clean. There was quite a bit of mold in the bathroom and shower, the quilt was stained and dirty and there was a horrible smell coming from underneath the sink cabinet. The sink and shelf in the bathroom were about ready to fall off the wall. The curtains were broken. The shelf above the couch was also about to fall off. Several of the outlets were badly damaged. It just seemed like everything you touched was either broken or just about to break. The couch (bed) was one of the biggest challenges. We pulled the bed out and set it up (as a bed) which was actually pretty difficult. There were two very small, thin blankets available, which we used on the one bed. The pillows were the WORST pillows I have ever seen. It is a very good thing we only needed one bed because I really don't think it would be possible to use both at the same time. The bed/couch was not very comfortable as you can imagine. Luckily we are fairly young and healthy so it wasn't too big of a deal. For anyone who is older or has any kind of back problems, I would not recommend staying here. There were also three flights of very windy, narrow, uneven stairs leading to the apartment which would make it even more difficult for many people, especially transporting any luggage. Overall, it was not a bad place to stay, since we only used the place to shower and sleep. I don't know what the "standard" is in Paris, since this was our first time. If I could recommend one thing to the owner it would be to spend a couple of days cleaning and making small repairs to the place. This alone would REALLY improve the overall experience.

Excellent located studio

The size is right for two adults. You could also fit in two young children as well though that would be a bit tight. Location is perfect for getting to know central Paris and close to Metro and RER lines. It's only a seven or eight minute walk to Louvre, and another five of so to Orsay and Orangerie. Our host was extremely nice and accommodated our early arrival and late departure with a place to stow our luggage allowing us extra time to explore Paris. The studio was clean and just as advertised.

Fantastic location

this was the perfect apartment for our vacation in Paris. The apartment is in a great location, near Pompidou center and a few steps from the subway station (Chatelet). It is well appointed, with a decent bathroom, very nice shower and kitchen with stovetop, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc. It is in the middle of an area with numerous restaurants and cafes. Grocery stores are nearby. It was very nice and comfortable for us. We would definitely stay here again. Lauren was wonderful.

Le studio est soigné et bien équipé. Il est conforme au descriptif, calme et l'environnement est pratique. l'accueil est chaleureux, les RV de mise à disposition du studio et de l'état des lieux pour le départ ont été faciles et l'aide à l'installation très efficace. Je recommande ce logement.

Studio au cœur de Paris

Petit studio absolument adorable dans un quartier que j’affectionne particulièrement. Le propriétaire a été formidable, un accueil excellent et très disponible. Il faut que j’arrête de faire de la promotion car je veux absolument y revenir lors de mon prochain séjour, et avec trop de pub il risque d’être loué !
