Our spacious, modern, luxurious and beach-themed home awaits your arrival! The home is newly renovated, spacious with high ceilings, 2-story single home with brand new, comfortable, modern furniture and high-end gourmet appliances. The open floor plan will allow you to spend time in a large open space and enjoy each others company from the kitchen, dining room and family room. The home is large enough, over 2300 sq ft of living space, for the entire family or families to vacation together and enjoy the summer. You will not feel overcrowded here. There is plenty of space for everyone! The large front deck is the ideal place for morning coffee, evening cocktails and viewing Friday night fireworks (in season). The backyard is fully furnished with a grill available for cookouts and entertaining. Cable television and WiFi, central AC and much, much more!

The neighborhood is quiet, but close enough to the many attractions that the Wildwoods have to offer including the wonderful water parks and amusement parks. Located only 3 blocks from the beautiful Wildwood beach and boardwalk, right between Morey’s Pier and Mariner’s Pier with fun, games, shops, amusement rides, and water parks. We love our location! Being 3 blocks away from it all is perfect because you can't hear the goings on at the boardwalk yet it's close enough to walk to. Also walking distance to shops, restaurants and the new Byrne Plaza that is filled with entertainment and events all summer long including farmers markets, concerts, movie nights, outdoor exercise classes and more!



The beach is free (no beach tag fees) with plenty of lifeguards and has many miles of sand and sun for your enjoyment. It is also only a short drive to Cape May, Stone Harbor and Avalon.

*Fully furnished with seating for 8, gas grill, water hose for washing off sand, spacious deck and yard fenced-in for privacy.

*Spacious for single car parking and storage area for your beach equipment. Included for use are 2 umbrella strollers, 1 full size stroller, beach chairs, 2 coolers, boogie boards, sand toys, wonder wheels beach cart, beach umbrella . Free up some space during your travel and use ours:)

*2nd bedroom: comfortable bunk bed with full-size on the bottom and twin-size on the top, dresser, ceiling fan.

-Kitchen:
*Spacious with plenty of cabinet space filled with pots, pans, baking sheets, various cooking utensils and pantry items, large island that comfortably seats 6 people, double wide kitchen sink with garbage disposal, high-end, stainless steel gourmet appliances including side-by-side refrigerator with water filtration and ice-maker system, double wall oven, island stove-top, 4 slot toaster, blender, drip coffee maker, Keurig, electric teapot, griddle and 2 crockpots. Everything you need to prepare meals at your fingertips.

*Please neatly remake beds with comforters smoothed. * If the grill was used, please double check that it has been cleaned and recovered.
*Please lock all doors, close and lock all windows, lower all blinds/shades and turn off all lights. *Place the keys back inside the lockbox.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Just Grand!

Family trip with a baby 10 months old. Everything listed for our grandson was as promised and in almost new condition. Great wildwood

As we arrived everything went smoothly, Amy’s directions house instructions were clear and to the point. The home was well decorated and furnishings were more than adequate. The neighborhood was filled with friendly people. I liked that WAWA was only block and half away and I went for more coffee every morning. I am not a beach person but I did my brisk walk of 3 to 4 miles every day on the board walk bristling at the infamous tram car message “WATCH THE CAR PLEASE”. The others in the group especially youn adults enjoyed the water and the beach immensely. Overall it was a good vacation for me but a great one for family and friends.

New Year's Get-a-way

Amy's house was the perfect place for our extended family to stay. We celebrated NYE and my husband's 40th birthday. The house was very spacious for us all and the kids had a great time. The house was clean and comfortable and came equipped with everything we needed. Amy was always quick to respond with any questions we had prior to and during our stay. This trip was a girls weekend for a group of 8 girls in our late 20s/ early 30s. We LOVED it!! The house is beautiful and is great for groups or families. There was a ton of living space and seating. Close walk to the beach and steps from a wawa. Getting to nightlife was a quick Uber away. Amy is very easy to work with and extremely responsive! Everyone who walked in immediately commented about how nice the house was. I would absolutely stay there again and recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Wildwood.

My partner and I stayed at Amy's house for a week in June, and loved it. Amy was extremely responsive, polite, and helpful. She's not just trying to make a quick buck off an unused house. She is genuinely trying to create a comfortable, welcoming experience for her guests. The house is awesome. We loved that it's a single-family, so you don't have to worry about noisy upstairs neighbors or anything like that. It was very clean, well-stocked, and spacious. We loved the proximity to the waterfront. We walked to and from the boardwalk 2-3 times each day it was so convenient. I would recommend this house without any hesitation at all. In fact, it will be difficult for us to stay anywhere else on the South Jersey shore now. : )

Wonderful Fall Getaway! Perfectly Furnished!

We had an amazing time in Amy's beautiful home. We were so impressed with all of the finishes and furnishings in the home. The photos posted are very accurate but it is even more beautiful in person. Every detail of the home was well thought out! We loved the main area of the home, which allowed us to all be together, on a comfortable and spacious couch. The gourmet kitchen was perfect for us to all have meals together. It was great to have a second comfortable sitting area on the lower level, and the teens loved the PlayStation. The ping pong and chess set were also enjoyed by the whole group. Showers were great and the hot water was abundant from the first to the last shower! The shower in the master was by far the favorite! The home was immaculately clean when we arrived and directions for checking out/trash were extremely clear. Amy was very responsive throughout the booking/staying process. Thank you for a perfect weekend!

Great Wildwood Week

This is a beautiful property, the listing represents the home very accurately. Many spaces to relax, gorgeous and well stocked kitchen, with numerous appliances and a double oven. Wet bar and second fridge on the first floor. The primary bedroom was specious, with loads of storage and a large en-suite bath, with jetted tub. The beach decor through out the home was lovely. There are many sand chairs, a beach cart and boogie boards to use. We enjoyed the numerous outdoor decks for cocktails and cards. Amy was so quick to respond and was easy and professional. Our only suggestion, would be some heavier black out drapes in the primary bedroom, the security spot light from the fire house in the rear shone pretty brightly into the room. Other than that tiny issue, our stay was memorable for a adult family of 8. Thank you Amy

Fantastic vacation experience … again

This is the second time I have stayed at this house, and both experiences have been excellent. First of all, it’s very comforting working with Amy as the host. Whenever I text her she responds immediately and with whatever help or guidance I need. She proves all necessary house and access information, reminders, and other helpful information. I love the location of the house. It’s a few blocks off the boardwalk so it takes a bit of walking to get to the waterfront area, but I actually like that. The house is in a quiet residential area, far from the traffic and noise of the boardwalk. I’m definitely noise sensitive, and I’ve never had a noise issue here. The house itself is extremely comfortable, spacious, clean, and well-equipped. It has central air which works very well, which is critical during warm summer months. The upper level is a showpiece with its open floor plan, attractive kitchen and dining area, and huge family room and television. The garage is comforting, too. The area feels very safe but it’s added security knowing you can park your car in a garage. I would highly recommend this house and hope to return soon!

Beautiful home ready for relaxation

This house is amazing! From the very beginning Amy made us feel welcome with communication as soon as we booked. Everything we could possibly need and then some was already provided, which saved us so much space when packing the car. We traveled with 5 kids, age range from 7 to 9 months so knowing the property had toys, a few pack-n-plays as well as a baby gate was very comforting. Once we walked into the house, it was everything a beach house should be. The tiny details from the decor leading all the way up to the glassware was perfect. The downstairs play area was ideal when the kids got a little to loud, giving the adults some “quiet” time upstairs. On the rainy day, the couch was ideal for family movie time. It was so large, the whole family could fit comfortably! The welcome book Amy provided was very helpful and useful as it has takeout menus, local restaurants, as well as some local information. As previous guests have stated, it is a bit of a walk to the beach and boards, however it was a great to get all the extra energy out with the kiddos when they enjoyed the treats a little to much :) there was so much comfort knowing we didn’t have to fight for a parking spot for my family as the garage and driveway provided plenty of space. The highlight for us was knowing we could enjoy the fireworks on the balcony. Yes, some of them were blocked from the other homes, but we were able to catch a few while the kiddos were asleep. I cannot wait until next summer to book this property again!!

Tout était super!

Nous avons séjourné une semaine, 2 familles totalisant 11 personnes, adultes et ados. À 10 minutes de la plage et du boardwalk, 15 minutes de l'épicerie, pharmacie. We are beach lovers and have always enjoyed vacationing at the Wildwoods, NJ. I grew up vacationing here as a child and now my parents live in Wildwood. I spend my summers in Wildwood to this day and wouldn't have it any other way. We know you will love our home as much as we do. Our home means so much to us and we will be retiring here when the time is right, but until then we love sharing it with other families to enjoy and make their own memories.

Your comfort and feeling at home is my # 1 priority! When you visit our home, you will not want to leave!!! It is newly renovated and remodeled, spacious, comfortable, modern, and family-friendly home. It is in a great location, a nice quiet, one-way street, with minimal traffic. Only a short walk to the wonderful and most popular places of the Jersey Shore, including the beach, boardwalk and amusement piers of the Wildwoods. Just a 3 block walk to Byrne Plaza Park with events, concerts, movie night and much more. A short drive to Wildwood Crest, North Wildwood, Avalon, Stone Harbor, Cape May, and Atlantic City.

What makes this property unique

Our home is just a block away from Wawa and nearby restaurants and close by to parks, a supermarket and shopping stores including Acme and CVS and more importantly, 3 blocks to the beach and boardwalk....a perfect distance to get away from it all for some quiet.
We chose this home because it is just gorgeous and it can accommodate our large extended family. We never feel crowded even when we have 12 people there.
When we were looking to buy a home and entered this one, it was jaw dropping. We knew right away that this was the place we are going to retire. There was nothing like it from the other properties we looked at. The fact that it's a large single home and not a condo building to share was also a huge bonus.
