To rent our charming new house, all comfort of 75 m2, quiet in a small picturesque village on the island of Oléron for 4 people, including:
- living room with fitted kitchen area. and fitted (oven, microwave, dishwasher, bar, etc.) dining-living room area with TV, DVD player, TNT, as well as a BZ,
- 2 large bedrooms with large fitted wardrobes (140 cm beds, new bedding), baby bed, changing mat, baby bath and high chair, -
- bathroom with separate wc,
- 20m2 terrace with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, deckchairs, enclosed garden of 200m2 with trees.

La maison est super bien située. Elle est s vraiment au centre de l'ile. Elle est bien équipée. L'île est juste magnifique.C'est juste dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de wifi pour préparer les activités parce que le reseau mobile est saturé.

Havre de paix

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette très mignonne maison qui est dans un très joli petit hameau a 10 min en voiture de la Cotiniere et 15 min a pied de la plage. L’arrivée et le départ ont été très simples et très sympathiques. Le petit jardin en gravier a beaucoup de charme et la terrasse tres agréable. Vue sur les vignes de la chambre des enfants. Parfait

Angenehme Ferienunterkunft

Wir haben eine schöne Woche in der Unterkunft verbracht. Der Aufenthalt war sehr angnehm und die Betreuung vorort sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft empfehlen. Verbesserungsvorschlag: Es wäre prima, den Weg zum Ferienhaus im Vorfeld genauer zu beschreiben.

Maison au calme en face les vignes

Maison de plain pied, proche de St-Pierre. Belle terrasse et jardin clos de mur. Grandes chambres et excellents échanges avec la propriétaire.

Gîte agréable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le gîte est très agréable et bien équipé, avec notamment ce qu'il faut de base pour un bébé, et toute la vaisselle appropriée pour cuisiner et manger sur place. L'espace extérieur est petit mais agréable. Le principal défaut est le manque d'équipements de première nécessité. Pas de draps et de linge de maison (serviettes, torchons, etc.). Et pas les produits de base dans la cuisine (sel, huile, produit vaisselle, etc.). C'est dommage.

Découverte de l'île d' OLERON

Charmante maison super bien équipée dans un petit village typique à mi-chemin entre le port La Cotiniere (2,5 km) et la ville de Saint Pierre (3km). La possession ou la location de vélos est un plus qui permet de découvrir l'île grâce à de nombreuses pistes cyclables. La situation de cette maison dans une impasse permet d'être au calme et de profiter au maximum de l'extérieur.

Haus zum Wohlfühlen

Hausausstattung und Lage sehr gut, sehr ruhige Wohnlage. Das Haus ist aber sehr schwierig zu finden. Ein Anfahrtsplan wäre hilfreich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefüllt.

Très jolie, face aux vignes...

Jolie maison cachée dans une impasse face aux vignes et aux champs !!! La maison est très bien entretenue (propre, saine...) et surtout très calme. La propriétaire nous a bien renseigné sur la maison, les environs, l'île (puisque nouveau pour nous). Le jardin et la terrasse sont à l'image des propriétaires, sympathiques.

Superbe location

Très agréable maison dans un village typique de l'Ile, elle est très bien équipée, spacieuse, lumineuse, et bien entretenue.Nous avons profite également de son jardin bien agrémenté, calme et sans vis à vis. Je recommande cette location.

Nettes Haus, keine netten Vermieter

Wir haben in dem Haus einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht, das Haus liegt ruhig am Rande eines kleinen Dorfes neben einem Weinfeld. Zweckmäßig eingerichtet, sauber, etwas störender Geruch im vorderen Schlafzimmer, den wir auch in 3 Wochen nicht vertreiben konnten. Netter Garten nach hinten. In der ersten Woche gab dann die Waschmaschine ihren Geist auf, ein Defekt des Anschalters. Ein durch die Verwalterin rasch gerufener Monteur machte die Maschine lauffähig, ein Verschleiss eines Plastikteiles war die Ursache. Die Eigentümerin machte dann auschliesslich uns für den Schaden verantwortlich und verlangte die kompletten Reparaturkosten von uns, mithin bei einer Maschine von ca. 10 Jahren. Es folgte ein reger email Verkehr im Urlaub, nicht gerade erholungsfördernd und vor allem ohne gutes Ergebnis. Die Eigentümerin war nicht davon zu überzeugen, dass Maschinen nunmal einem Verschleiß unterliegen, sondern vielmehr der Meinung, dass wir zu zahlen hätten, da die Maschine ja zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts den Geist aufgegeben hatte. Um die nervenzehrende Konversation abzukürzen, haben wir dann zähneknirschend die Hälfte der Kosten übernommen. Bonmot am Rande: Die Verwalterin distanzierte sich vom Verhalten der Eigentümerin und nahm dies zum Anlass, für diese nicht mehr tätig sein zu wollen, da diese in der Vergangenheit bereits viel zu penibel gewesen sei und es immer wieder zu Streitigkeiten mit Mietern gekommen sei. Fazit: Nettes Haus, ruhige und gute Lage, problematisches Vermieter Verhältnis.

Séjour agréable,

La maison est jolie, très agréable. Nous avons pu profiter un peu de l'extérieur ( transat et barbecue), la météo étant un peu capricieuse .Région que nous connaissions déjà mais que nous affectionnons tout particulièrement, nous étions très heureux de revoir Oléron. Petit bémol: L'absence des vélos non réparés.

Séjour en famille - Avril 2014

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour sur l'ile d'Oléron (très ensoleillé pour un mois d'avril avec des températures plutôt douces). La maison est très agréable, lumineuse, propre, bien décorée, spacieuse, avec un beau jardin. Nous avons apprécié les 2 transats et les vélos mis à disposition (la location de vélo étant plutôt chère). L'ile est très sympa à visiter (belles plages, pistes cyclables, parcs à huîtres, balade en bateau, bons restaurants,...). Je recommande vivement cette location.

Très agréable maison

Jolie petite maison dans un petit hameau très calme avec ses maisons typiques. L'intérieur de la maison correspond à l'annonce, très spacieux, lumineux avec l'équipement idéal. Un plus pour le petit jardin avec sa terrasse qui est très joli mais que nous n'avons pas pu profiter en raison des conditions extérieures (vent, pluie, température un peu basse). Malgré tout, nous avons pu visiter l'ile qui est très belle avec de magnifiques plages et de petits ports. Une location a recommandé avec des propriétaires très charmant. Un petit bémol pour les vélos que nous n'avons pas pu bénéficier en raison de leurs indisponibilités (cassent par les précédents locataires)

Tres agréable maison

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour,l'accueil à été trés cordial et la maison correspond parfaitement à l'annonce.Dommage que la 2 eme semaine à été un peut humidece qui ne nous à pas trop permis de profiter dela trés agréable terrasse.Maison trés calme et trés propre.Excellente pour passer de bonnes vacances.

Superb House on Ile D'Oleron

We found the house very pleasant and even during the midday heat it remained cool. The view at the front is on a small vineyard and the house has a private garden at the back which is not overlooked. The house is comfortable, clean and well equipped and you will not want for anything. There are very nice restaurants in St Pierre and we found Le Vin sur Vingt excellent. The owner's representative is tres sympathique and makes you feel at ease . We will return to this house if we go back to l'Ile D'Oleron.

joli petit havre de paix

Cette jolie maison très bien décorée est parfaite pour un séjour avec un bébé. Notre petit garçon de 5 mois y a trouvé des pièces bien fraîches malgré la chaleur et tout l'équipement nécessaire (lit, baignoire, matelas à langer et même une chaise haute pour les enfants un peu plus grands) . Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le calme des lieux et le joli jardin fleuri sans aucun vis à vis, on se sent vraiment libre chez nous. Les pièces sont très spacieuses et les rangements sont bien présent. La cuisine est très bien équipée. La Chefmalière est un joli petit hameau de ruelles et de roses trémières et se situe au milieu de l'île, endroit donc stratégique pour l'explorer au mieux. Hébergement à découvrir.

Leben wie Gott in Frankreich

Wir haben 3 Wochen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht und keinerlei Komfort vermisst. Es ist ein sehr gepflegtes, sehr sauberes, mit Geschmack eingerichtetes Haus. Die Vorbereitungen liefen super. Der Vermieter war sehr kooperativ und ist zur Ankunft extra aus Poitiers angereist. Das wissen wir besonders zu schätzen. Das Haus liegt absolut ruhig, umgeben von einem sehr gepflegten, uneinsehbaren Garten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strand in gut erreichbarer Nähe. Empfehlenswert der Direktverkauf von Obst (Erdbeeren zum Selberpflücken) und Gemüse auf gegenüberliegendem Feld. Die Insel ist mit dem Fahrrad besonders gut zu erkunden. Dieses Ferienhaus würden wir gern wieder mieten.

Très Belle Villa de location

Merci pour l’accueil et ce super séjour passé en famille. Cette villa est magnifique et contribue à passer des moments paisibles d’autant plus que l’endroit est très calme. Elle est très bien équipée et très fonctionnelle. Tout y était, comme à la maison avec un maximum d'équipement pour les plus petits et beaucoup de confort pour les parents, Les photos du site correspondent parfaitement à la villa. Les parties de rigolades resteront de bons souvenirs et la mer à proximité permet de belles balades. Merci d'avoir contribuer à notre moment de bonheur. Nous reviendrons l'année prochaine.
