Le Volte Antiche Holiday House offers charm and a pleasant homely atmosphere. It is the ideal place for those who want to spend time out of city chaos finding natural rhythms and the ideal holiday for those who are looking for relax, nature, sea, sun and culture.

Accommodation: ( 85 sq.m interior + 224 sq. m. terraces) 4 +1 persons, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms

It is a comfortable well equipped house split on two levels surmounted by an ample barrel vault. The entrance hall is an open-plan living/dining room which is large and luminous. Its furnitures are 1 single sofa bed, a dining table seating 6 people and satellite TV. At the same level kitchenette and the bathroom with wash basin, bidet, WC and shower. The kitchenette is equipped with 3 burner cookers, minifrige, microwave and toaster.A staircase leads up to the intermediate-floor double bedroom. From the living room access is into the second room with matrimonial bed on the mezzanine floor and bathroom on the ground floor level. Also this bathroom has wash basin, bidet, wc and shower.

Outside the terrace and the solarium with Jacuzzi are at guests exclusive use.

Prices include: utilities (electricity, water and gas), bed linen and towels, private parking.

Heating ( on request) 20 euros per day to be paid locally in cash.
Damage deposit to be returned on departure date Euro 200,00.
Arrivals are accepted between 5:00pm and 9:00pm.
Tourist’s tax 1,50 per person per day
Outside Jacuzzi available from May 15the to October 30th.
Heated water (on request) at the extra price of euro 20,00 per day

Tramonti stay

Very beautiful place and charming location. Quiet, in the mountains with plenty of fresh air. The apartment was great had everything we needed as described in the Ad. Vicenzo and his daughter are very helpful with everything. We even tried the delicious lemons from their property. We didn't use the air conditioning at night since it was cool enough. The only issue is driving with the car to the property from the village square. The road is very narrow and one has to be careful.

Wonderful stay in the hills above the Amalfi Coast

We loved the apartment in Tramonti (we had rented both parts). The view is wonderful. We had our E-Bikes with us and with them it was not problem going down to Maiori to hop on a boat. We even went to Ravello with the bicycles. The road up to the house is a bit narrow but we managed with a Skoda Octavia. The restaurant owned by the family is in walking distance and is just marvelous: Great food, friendly staff and the most romantic location under the lemon trees. I would even have extended our stay but unfortunately that was not possible. Maybe next time :-)

Stunning Beauty

The accommodations were great. The owners kept their distance but were available through text and would meet whenever needed. The picturesque beauty of the property and the scenery are breath taking. You won’t want to leave! Sure the driving in the local town is tight. So is the hole Amalfi coast. So, if you can’t handle tough spots with a small car- don’t drive anywhere on the Amalfi. Our family did just fine, it’s my first time driving in Italy. Don’t rent a car anything bigger then a fiat or similar. The owner Daniella and her father are great hosts. You will love i! The house is 10 min from the coast and 15-30 min from everything you want. Book tours / ferries in advanced. At least 1 day in advance. Get the hot tub heating before you leave in the morning so it’s ready when you get back. It takes a couple hours. Thanks Daniella and Vincenzo!!

Großzügige und mit Liebe eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in herrlicher Lage mitten in einem Zitronenhain in den Bergen. Sehr ruhig. Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Fußläufig gibt es nur eine Pizzeria, Einkäufe etc. muss man mit dem Auto erledigen.Die Vermieterin Daniela ist sehr freundlich und war jederzeit für uns ansprechbar. An der zeitweise instabilen Internetverbindung innerhalb des Hauses wird gearbeitet.

Prachtige locatie en heel fijn vakantiehuis

10 dagen in Le Antiche Volte verbleven eind april. Heel fijn vakantiehuis met fantastisch terras met uitzicht op de prachtige omgeving, vol citroenboomgaarden. Pompeii, Herculaneum en Napels prima te bereiken, laatste met de trein vanuit Angri. Rijden op de bergweggetjes went snel. Voordeel van deze locatie boven ergens direct aan de Amalfikust is dat je niet beperkt wordt door de alternerende dagen waarop je de kustroute mag rijden. De bergen van Tramonti zijn echt prachtig! We kunnen dit huis van harte aanbevelen.

Quelle déception!

Le descriptif du propriétaire n'est pas totalement objectif puisqu'il annonce une "villa très pratique" : en réalité ce sont deux appartements mitoyens situés au rez-de-chaussée d'une maison dans laquelle vivent les propriétaires ce qui n'est dit nulle-part... L'annonce évoque un certain nombre de service comme le chauffage, le bain à remous, la wifi qui n'ont pas été correctement délivrées. Les appartements étaient froids et humides (PH) mais seul l'exploitant pouvait décider de mettre le chauffage : au terme de discussions surréalistes, on nous accordé deux heures de chauffe le soir! L'utilisation du bain à remous était aussi contrôlé par l'exploitant qui avait mis un scotch noir pour que le locataire ne puisse chauffer l'eau et qui stoppait le bain à son gré le soir à 19.00...! La wifi ne fonctionnait pas le soir après 20.00 interdisant tout accès à internet et toute communication avec le monde extérieur en l'absence de bornes permettant de téléphoner : le problème a été résolu au terme de notre séjour, la veille du départ!!! La machine à laver est commune avec les propriétaires ce qui n'est pas précisé dans l'annonce sachant que l'on nous a fortement incité à utiliser le cycle court de 15 mn de lavage!!! Ajoutons qu'une caméra vidéo film sans votre accord la zone de déjeuner ! Nous avons réglé 50 euros pour le ménage. En conclusion nous avons été déçus par le décalage entre l'annonce et la réalité de la prestation délivrée qui interdit de croire que l'on est chez soi.

Good morning Mr. Pourcel, It is the first time, since we opened our holiday home to guests, I have to reply to some false complaints mainly due to your complete inattention of our well detailed description and much more grave the contract you signed at the time of booking through VRBO. This is the only answer I gave to me reading your feedback. Please take a few minutes reading the following MISSED INFORMATION : 1) TERRACE: it is true I live next door apt but you forgot to mention that we only share access from the parking. Terrace is private and you have exclusive use of it so you don't see me or my family around. 2) HEATING: as written in the contract and description on VRBO is allowed from April 1st to November 30th. We made an exception due to the very bad weather condition and we turn the heating on in the evening. It is central heating with timer and I only asked your preferred time. This service is on charge and to be paid but you get it without any extra charge. 3) JACUZZI is heated on requests at a daily fee and after 7:00pm I check water pH and chlorine for guests' health and skincare . You missed to say that you use it heated and I have not charged nothing. 4) WI-Fi It is true you had a problem with wi-fi in the evening after 8:00pm but, as I have already said to you during your stay, it was a problem of the Italian provider power due to the very bad weather condition. The electrician came to check and assured me it was not a problem of my WiFi system. 5) WASHING MACHINE. The laundry room is not in the apt but outside in a separate room closest to my main door, this doesn't mean you shared it with me. Also, I have never encouraged clients on using 15*minutes program but I printed out the washing machine instructions in English to help them with it. Finally, my most important suggestion to you is....next time READ AND BE INFORMED!!! On my side , in many years of hospitality I have all good feedback on VrBO website .

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Es fehlte an nichts. Garten und Terasse traumhaft - besser als beschrieben! In knapp 10 min. mit dem Auto zur Küste. Das Restaurant der Familie ein Erlebnis - regionale Köstlichkeiten vom Feinsten! Vielen Dank für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub.

Splendida situazione di campagna: molto chic

Bellissimi monolocali soppalcati comunicanti: tutto nuovo e perfettamente pulito. Noi eravamo in due coppie, quindi perfetta la soluzione della sistemazione: ciascuna coppia con la propria zona giorno, notte e bagno. Comodissima la lavanderia a disposizione. Magnifico il dehor dove abbiamo potuto cenare al fresco della brezza di collina. In un quarto d'ora si raggiunge Maiori, mare perfetto. Padroni di casa squisiti, gentili e disponibili. Assolutamente consigliato. Attenzione che dalla app non si evincono i costi di pulizia.

Tolle Gastgeber in einem wunderschönen Tal

Die Eigentümer Vincenzo und seine Tochter Daniela sind uns unglaublich freundlich und herzlich begegnet. Die Unterkunft ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt und sehr großzügig gestaltet! Das Haus liegt etwas versteckt, weshalb es nicht ganz so einfach zu finden ist und auch besser maximal mit einem Auto in kompaktklasse angereist werden sollte (steile, schmale Straße). Das Haus und die Terrasse sind sehr schön und alles umlegen von Wein- und Limonenterrasse. Das Tramonti Tal lohnt sich, um abseits von der viel besuchten Amalfiküste ein bisschen in die Gegend und die Natur einzutauchen. Die Küste ist dennoch nicht weit. In 10 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Maiori. Nur zu empfehlen!!! Vielen Dank Vincenzo und Daniela!

Fabulous place

We loved our time at Tramonti and will definiately return. You need to be a competant driver, the last part of the journey is difficult, you wouldn't take a Landrover up there you need a skinny car. Once you are there - fantasticio! Brilliant venue. You adjust quickly to the roads and the Italian driving style or you're in real trouble, best advice take maximum insurance on your rental car, the Italians are nuts! My only council is that 'Tramonti' is two properties and from the pictures it isn't easy to understand the divide and the description says sleeps five, well it can actually sleep six easily, but you need to be good friends. Le Limone where we stayed, had double bed mezziane and a double sofabed downstairs, and the other is a double mezziane (as I understand). The family are wonderful, kind and very accomadating. Top place!

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit schönen Ausblicken

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnungen lassen keine Wünsche offen. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich, konnten viele hilfreiche Tipps für die Gestaltung des Urlaubes geben. Die ruhige Lage des Objektes war ein guter Ausgleich zum quirligen Leben in den Städten. Von der Terrasse hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Berge.Bis Maiori sind es etwa vier Kilometer. In Maiori ist man dann direkt am Meer. Ein Mietwagen ist empfehlenswert, geht aber auch mit dem Bus.

Maison de charme au calme

La maison Volte Antiche est une très belle maison idéalement située. Proche de la côte amalfitaine, mais suffisamment retirée dans la montagne pour profiter du calme et de magnifiques paysages de vergers de citronniers. Nous avons pleinement profité de la superbe terrasse. Tramonti permet également de se rendre à Naples, Pompéi ou Herculanum par un col qui évite la route bondée de la côte. Très pratique... Daniela et son papa Enzo nous ont réservé un accueil chaleureux et ont toujours été très disponibles pour répondre à nos questions et nous donner de bonnes adresses.

Perfektes Domizil für ruhiges Erleben der turbulenten Amalfi-Küste

Unterkunft bietet auf kompakten Abmessungen alles was man braucht. Wir waren zu viert (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) für eine Woche bei Daniela zu Gast und haben diese Zeit sehr genossen. Wir haben die große der beiden Ferienwohnungen gemietet und hatten nebenan zwei unterschiedliche Parallelmieter bzw. einige Tage die große Terrasse für uns allein. Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal für Naturfreunde, die dem Trubel der Amalfi-Küste entfliehen wollen, aber nah dran sein wollen (mit dem Auto braucht man ca. 10 Minuten bis Maiori). Wir haben unser Auto dann in Maiori abgestellt und uns per pedes oder mit dem Schiff an der Küste bewegt. Die Anfahrt mit dem PKW ist allerdings gewöhnungsbedürftig, da die Straßen sehr eng sind und im Gebirge eine (unübersichtliche) Kurve der nächsten folgt. Der Blick auf die Berge, ins Tal und auf die Zitronen, Oliven und Weinreben ist einfach unvergleichlich!!!

Keurig verzorgd, warm en persoonlijk. Voldoende privacy, maar de gastvrouw is nabij. Het zijn twee geschakelde appartementen, verbonden door een deur. Voor ons was dat prima. In de praktijk ben je dan vooral in 1 appartement (als je niet buiten bent).

Very peaceful area and welcoming hosts.

We had a really lovely time in Tramonti. Our hosts, Daniela and her father, were really warm and helpful. We had two apartments joined together which was ample space for four of us and we used the terrace a lot of the time for eating outside and enjoying the wonderful view over the valley. Novella was a perfect place to be based for driving to Pompei, Ravello (our favourite) and Maiori where you can catch ferries to Amalfi and Positano. We were always relieved to leave the busy towns and return to our peaceful apartment high up and surrounded by lemon trees. We reiterate a previous review that you only can drive a small car to reach the house-the local roads are very narrow.

Perfect place in the mountains / Un endroit parfait au milieu de la montagne

Un endroit merveilleux, à 10 minutes de Maiori et de sa plage mais au milieu de la montagne. Calme parfait, sentiers de randonnée tout autour, à 40 minutes de Pompei, à 1 petite heure de Naples. Nos hôtes ont été très accueillants et serviables. Le granité au citron au passage du col au dessus de la maison à ne pas manquer. Une semaine au paradis. One week in paradise. Perfect place, quiet, not far from the beach (10 minutes by car), 40 minutes from Pompei and less than an hour to Napoli. Our hosts were perfect and so helpful. House is very clean, large and fresh. Don't miss the lemon granite on your way to Napoli when crossing the col of the mountain. Thanks so much.
