The Golden Arms is located just two blocks away from historic Flagler Avenue’s shopping, restaurants and entertainment. There is something in New Smyrna for everyone.

This unit allows for one assigned parking garage space. Parking is VERY limited at the Golden Arms. Additional parking is on a first come first serve basis and parking passes are required. Trucks and large SUV's may not fit in the garage. Garage measurements 9'2” W x 16' D x 6'4” H.
