¡Tan cerca de la playa como sea posible! Ubicado en las exclusivas Shore Villas, este hermoso condominio de playa con su propia recepción directa de Wi-Fi se encuentra a solo 33 pies del océano con impresionantes vistas sin obstáculos desde la sala de estar, el dormitorio principal y la cocina recientemente renovada. Shore Villas consta de solo 33 unidades selectas ubicadas en la parte de la playa que no conduce, con solo 9 unidades directas frente al mar. Shore Villas se encuentra entre Ebb Tide y Errol by the Sea. Esta unidad del segundo piso no tiene vecinos a ambos lados, lo que brinda privacidad absoluta y serenas vistas impresionantes del Océano Atlántico directamente en frente y de toda la Nueva Smyrna Beach hacia el norte y el sur.

The condo was clean and comfortable. The balcony was large with access from the living room and master bedroom. We were directly on the beach and enjoyed beautiful sunrises from the balcony every morning! The property manager and condo owner were both available for any questions before and during our stay. We will definitely be back!!

Beach Front Condo

This condo was great. It is right on the beach. Two big sliding glass doors for a perfect view, one is in the main living space and the other in the master bedroom. We will definitely return.

Oceanfront view!

This condo is great for enjoying oceanfront views, super easy beach access, and comfortable amenities. The condo had everything a family of five needs to have a great beach vacation, including beach chairs and toys. Nice kitchen, comfortable living room, quiet building and an outdoor pool. No complaints! Location and ease of parking is fantastic.

Florida resident getaway

We will definitely stay here again. Perfect view of the ocean. Cannot find a unit any closer to the beach. The pool was very nice but it was not heated, so as Floridians we were not able to enjoy it (which we were really looking forward to).

Fantastic condo and experience

This condo was fantastic. Communication with the owner was quick and super helpful. The views can’t be beat. It has to have the best, unrestricted views in the whole complex. We saw dolphins from the balcony almost every morning. The area is great and the beach and pool can’t be beat. The property manager, Sam was fantastic and was so friendly and genuine. Would recommend this place to anyone. We had everything we needed for a fantastic week long vacation.

Fabulous view!

We booked this condo for our son and his family of four and they loved it. It's on the no-drive beach and the location can't be beat! The beach is so close and the view so fabulous that when you on the balcony it is almost like you are down on the beach. The condo was clean, well supplied and beautifully decorated, including new bed linens! Our family especially was glad to have the washer and dryer in the unit. And Ted was very responsive and helpful. We have already booked it again for spring break next year!

Quick review

The microwave did not work which made it more difficult to fix our meals and due to cooler temps we were inside more than we liked and with repairs going on we had to listen to jack hammers off and on all day, which made it very difficult to even hear the TV. Other than that the condo was very nice.

Clean condo on a beautiful beach location

Very nice condo on a wonderful beach. Condo was well equipped with most everything we needed. I rated it a 4 as the bed coverings in the spare bedroom had stains on them - but the sheets were nice and comfy. Also, the swimming pool is only open from 9-5. Would have been nice to have the lights on and be able to swim at least until 10. Nice condo complex - would gladly stay there again!

New Smyrna Beach

In my opinion, New Smyrna Beach is the best beach on the east coast. I love Shore Villas condominiums. I have stayed there many, many times in a span of nearly 50 years - various units. This unit was very nice, well equipped, perfectly located (second floor ocean front). Lots of little touches made for a homey feel: games, beach equipment, washer and dryer in the unit, spices, paper and cleaning products, etc. We will request this unit again!

Perfect Oceanfront Getaway

If you are wanting a spot steps from the ocean and the beach this is it. This was our first stay in New Smyrna beach and we loved it. The property is older and definitely needs some tlc but it’s clean and decently provisioned. A number of the cooking utensils were in rough shape. The furniture is dated and not the most comfortable. The couch is pretty worn and there’s a lot of whicker inside and out on the patio. Beds were comfortable and bedding, towels, etc were very nice. The appliances and washer/dryer were newer and worked well. There were a number of beach items and the patio is wonderful. Having two sliding doors out to the patio was really nice.

Issues with the condo

The king-sized bed detracted from the overall experience. The headboard is detached and the “linens” are old, feel cheaply made, and do not stay put. Very disappointing. Also - way too many pillows. The kitchen was confusing in that there were perishables in the refrigerator and, the ice-maker was not engaged prior to check-in. Finally, the closet full of beach supplies was a pleasant surprise, but the chaotic manner of its contents was a detractor. Sam was WONDERFUL!

Almost Perfect

The condo was perfect for what we needed. The "almost" part was because of the maintenance work being done while we were there. It was loud at times, but the building manager and the workers were very courteous and polite. We underantand that maintenance needs to be do so didn't let it bother us too much.

Beautiful place

The condo is awesome for getting as close to ocean front as you can get to! This is my second time there and plan on going to the condo yearly. I have no complaints. Nice condo manager, the Wi-Fi went out, he called it in immediately.. beautiful week all around.

Very Relaxing

My sister and I needed a relaxing week, and we certainly got it! We love this place so much that this is our second time staying there. Ted, the owner made sure everything was good when we got there and Sam, the facility manager was super all week! We highly recommend this condo.

Very nice place, top rated views

Place is great, clean, location good, views exceptional. It is a smaller complex and pool was nice but super small and quiet, same people in same spots everyday and you were not supposed to have drinks by the pool and felt if you made any noise by the pool like having fun, you would annoy people. That said, beach is an extra 10 steps away and our teenage children had fun there and my wife and I enjoyed our adult beverages there. Probably not the place for kids but overall very nice, only a 4 for the atmosphere.

Our condo is located on a no drive section of the beach so you don't have to worry about cars with kids or non-guests setting up in front of our complex.

Our condo is directly ocean front and closer to the ocean since it was built before more restrictive setbacks. So, you are much closer to the ocean. The view at high tide is like from a cruise ship!
