Quiet Alpine Apartment with Panoramic Terrace and Dolomites Views

A quiet and cozy alpine apartment with a spacious panoramic terrace overlooking the Dolomites.

Fully renovated in 2022, the apartment is located on the ground floor of a traditional chalet in a peaceful residential area of Cortina.

The highlight of the apartment is the large wrap-around terrace with beautiful views of the surrounding Dolomites, including the Tofane and the Cinque Torri — perfect for breakfast in the sun, an aperitivo at sunset, or simply relaxing outdoors.

The apartment features:

• an open-plan living area with entrance hall, living and dining space and kitchen
• a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom
• a twin/double bedroom
• a twin bedroom with bunk beds
• a second spacious bathroom with window, bathtub and shower

Ideal for families or small groups.

The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine. Guests will also find a small selection of thoughtfully provided cooking essentials such as salt, sugar, oil and spices.

Amenities include a washing machine, free wireless Internet and a smart TV.

Bed linen and towels are provided.
For stays longer than one week, an additional charge applies for linen changes.

Two reserved parking spaces are available for our guests: one in the shared garage (width: 2 m, length: 5 m, height: 2 m) and one outdoors.

The centre of Cortina can be reached in about 5 minutes by car or with a pleasant 15-minute walk.

The walk follows a paved panoramic pedestrian and cycle path, about 5 minutes on foot from the apartment, which leads both to the village centre and to the Faloria cable car, providing access to the ski slopes and hiking trails of the Dolomites.

The return involves a short uphill stretch.

Cortina d’Ampezzo is an ideal base for exploring the UNESCO World Heritage Dolomites and makes a perfect stop on a Northern Italy itinerary, just about two hours from Venice.
